Booked a 4 Bed Room, was pretty small for 4 people but manageable. Bed were not that comfortable. Enough storage for stuff tho and if requested we got more towels, didn’t work over the app tho. The room key over the app also didnt really work because it took a long time to load and you were just faster with a physical key.

Location is great, forcing an app that I don't know any of the source of etc, that won't work unless you give it every single permission it wants (even notifications) is a dick move, the walls are so thin I could hear housekeeping coiling the wire on the hoover in the hall, that they had just used to wake me up at 9am. The pillows are terrible, more like air sacks with no structure or support, the bed was lumpy and again soft with no support. Remainder of room was okay but not great no fridge or anything. A/C would blow cold when you had it on full fan but that sounded like a jet taking off and on auto it did nothing. Bedding is also cheap manmade fibres so I was sweating the whole night.

Nice room with comfortable bed and the usual amenities. Breakfast was good but I missed some fruit variety. There is no safe in the room, but there are some small drawers that can be secured if you bring a lock

Decent hotel, with pros and cons.
Pros:
Close to subway, rooms are clean, nice lobby atmosphere, there is breakfast. Front desk was very friendly. Free wifi.
Cons:
Room was very compact, there was AC but it didn’t work well. Location wise, not many restaurants nearby worth eating at.

Rooms are simple but clean, breakfast consists of pastries, meats, cereal and plenty more. The restaurant has nice food and the bar has a great selection of cocktails and more. Air con is available once the window is closed, and is very effective. The guest kitchen is again simple but has all utensils needed and is handy for making any warm drinks or food whenever. staff are very friendly and i recommend staying here.

This hotel was really good for a reasonable price. The service was really nice to me and very outgoing. Not only did I get a physical keycard to open my room, they also have an app with which you can open your door or call the service to restock your bathroom. The room itself looked really good, was clean and even had a little couch. I had a great view of the Ostbahnhof which looked great, especially at night. I even got a letter with pictures, giving tips where I could go. It had a kettle and a coffee-maker with 2 glasses and 2 cups. Only downside was a lack of a proper table, there was one but it was so small not even a laptop could properly fit there. Overall enjoyable experience.

Great rooms and nice location- right next to the station.
The only thing is that, if you arrive earlier than the check-in time- you have to self drop your luggage in a room that’s not locked and is accessible by anyone.
Otherwise everything was perfect, clean rooms and good service.

Great hotel located close to the train station with good airport links. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious. Breakfast is fantastic with a wide range of cooked and non cooked options. There's a well priced bar on site with a good selection of beers and cocktails. If you want to stay in Berlin by the gallery we would highly recommend staying here!

The room were super clean, cozy and nice decoration. The hotel in general is super nice and beautiful. The location is perfect because you are in front of the train station Ostbahnhof. It was a nice experience and I am sure that I am going to repeat booking.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. The location is unbeatable - right as you exit Ost station you can see the hotel, which makes it rather handy to travel across Berlin with public transport. The rooms are more than sufficient, the staff is friendly. I didn't have any complaints during my stay - no noise, no dirty rooms, nothing.
I would say that the breakfast is expensive for the options you get. I would rather not book the breakfast but go across to Ost station and buy something to eat for half the price.
