Overall a really nice hotel. The staff are especially capable, I would personally like to thank the lovely staff member who worked the evening shift in the attached pizza restaurant- you are awesome. Rooms are perfectly fine, if a little spartan, but then hey, it is merely where you sleep. They were perhaps a little warm for or tastes. The location is ideal - there is a station nearby. A good number of sights are within walking distance. Like I said, a great, well-run, reasonably priced hotel. 5/5 would definitely stay there again!

The rooms are very clean, modern and got all the necessary amenities. Overall the hotel is very nice designed and offers lockers in case you arrive early. Next to that you need a key card to use the elevators that get you to your room which felt at least very secure. So overall I’d definitely recommend the hotel, especially for that price.

The unit was very clean, but it felt quite small, especially if you have two large suitcases. While the room could benefit from being a bit larger and having better amenities like a proper table or at least a refrigerator, our overall stay was smooth.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, with a metro station just a 1-minute walk away. Although major tourist destinations aren't within walking distance, the well-distributed transportation system in Berlin makes getting around incredibly easy and efficient.

Our first time in Berlin and also in this hotel…
The room it’s super good and spacious and the location it’s super good too with a metro station 3 minutes away.
The check in it’s at 3 pm but we arrived at the hotel at 10:30 am i they allow us get into the room what was amazing and we could rest
Also the breakfasts ready worth the price, we booked without breakfast and in our second day we decided to try. They charge 19.50€ pp but worth it. Many different varieties of food and drinks
I recomend and hope be back in future.

Aletto Hotel Potsdamer Platz is an excellent value for the price! For less than €90, you get a cozy, well-designed room with plenty of storage space, making it perfect for a short stay. The location is unbeatable—just a quick three-minute walk from the train station, making it super convenient for getting around Berlin.
The hotel also offers a nice buffet breakfast for just €15, with a good selection of fresh options to start your day. The staff is incredibly friendly and always willing to help, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. For the price, it’s a fantastic find in the heart of Berlin!

Great hotel. Nice staff, all really clean and comfortable. It is also super silent for a great night sleep.

One of the worst places i’ve ever been. Rude staff, especially the manager. JUDGMENTAL!
When i went to complain about:
•the lack of sympathy at my arrival,
•the fact that no-one activated my card when I checked-in (which made me be stuck in the elevator for a while) no apologies were given
•the termostato wasn’t working in my room
• the bedroom floor was cold
• the wi-fi works poorly
• my room smelled like someone drunk slept in there (I don’t believe they ever open the bedroom windows, and they should, SPECIALLY in times of a world pandemic.)
She talked to me like if I was asking for a bathtub made of gold and special treatment. No, not at all. I was just asking that the service I was paying for was delivered.

Before going to the Bansky exposition at Station Berlin, I went into the Aletto Hotel to grab a coffee and a sandwich, which were very tasty and I took a seat at a very calm and nice area. I recommend it.

Cosy, suitable and affordable for business trips. They have a Starbucks corner by the reception, can't say anything for eating because I skipped breakfast here. Friendly staff, overall a pleasant experience. Also close to the center of the city.
