Sir Savigny Hotel

As a big fan of the Sir Collection, I had high hopes for Sir Savigny in Berlin. Unfortunately, this one didn’t quite meet my expectations. The hotel feels a bit dated and not well-maintained. The carpet, curtains, and furniture have definitely seen better days. To make matters worse, there was noticeable dust on the furniture, which was disappointing.

Sir hotels are usually known for their chic and hip designs, and while this one tries to follow that trend, it’s not very practical. The sink is oddly placed right next to the bed, and the shower door drips water on the wooden floor when opened, which was frustrating. The room itself was also very small, which added to the overall discomfort.

Honestly, for the price, I’m not too upset, but I am disappointed. It doesn’t live up to the standard of other Sir Collection hotels. It feels more like a 3-star hotel, or maybe a very fancy hostel. I wouldn’t say I don’t recommend it, but definitely don’t book it if you’ve stayed at other Sir hotels and expect the same level of quality.

All around great experience. The decor is really nice, making just staying in the room and chilling (AC works perfectly by the way) a viable option. My room was on the smaller side and having a sink right next to the bed seemed questionable but in the end it wasn’t a problem at all; the important thing is that bathroom utilities were properly separated by actual doors, so no complaints there.

Perfect location, with hundreds of restaurants nearby and right next to the robust public transportation network. Tasty breakfast with multiple live-cooked meals to choose from, so different from your typical bland hotel fair!

We loved our stay at Sir Savigny! The location is great, the room is most comfortable, with whimsical decor (that is true for the entire hotel). Breakfast is copious, with very good coffee choices made to order and buffet as well as special order items. But what makes the hotel an excellent choice is the superb staff: friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We especially appreciated the coffee served to us at check-in after a long journey.
We will stay here again when we return to Berlin and try other Sir locations.

The Sir Savigny Hotel is well placed to explore Berlin without being too near the centre.
The hotel is full of character and boasts a courtyard garden that is ideal to relax in after a busy day of exploring.
Breakfast options are excellent with a good choice and everything is cooked and presented to perfection.
Dan and his front of house team are great - friendly and keen to help you make the most of your trip to Berlin.
Donna and I will definitely be staying here again - hopefully next time without her boot!

wasn’t sure if that was kind of the vibes as there were supposed stains on the table and leather cushions as well.

Excellent experience from the moment you step into the hotel. All the receptionists were very kind, friendly and warm. The rooms are spectacular, beautiful decoration and design. The breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant area is very cozy. The breakfast’s service is also really good. It is undoubtedly a hotel to recommend in Berlin and located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city with transportation to everywhere.
We highly recommended this experience.

Oh my stars, this hotel is a real-life fairytale! From the moment I stepped foot into the lobby, I knew I was in for a magical adventure. The decor was like something out of a storybook - all velvety sofas and twinkling chandeliers. And the staff? Absolutely enchanting! They treated me like royalty, minus the pesky crown.

My room was a cozy little cave of wonder, with a bed so comfy I never wanted to leave it. And the shower? Good golly, it was like a rainbow in a glass box! I half expected a unicorn to pop out and offer me a bottle of champagne.

But the real magic happened outside my room. The hotel's location was like a treasure map, leading me to all sorts of hidden gems in Berlin. And when I returned, exhausted from my adventures, the hotel's bar was waiting for me like a warm hug.

All in all, the Sir Savigny Hotel is a real-life fantasy land. If you don't believe me, just go and see for yourself. But be warned: you might never want to leave!

Really enjoyed our stay at the Sir Savigny. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms cleverly fitted out and it is so quiet. The location is excellent in Charlottenburg, we spent some time wondering around the surrounds and there are many beautiful shops, bars and restaurants on your doorstep. There is also a surprise 3 doors down from the hotel .... an outstanding wool shop. We will be back

Overall a great experience. The hotel is conveniently situated right at Savigny Platz with numerous restaurants and cafés.

The hotel itself has a calm and unique aura. The interior is modern, and though I don't agree with every individual decorating item, the overall feel is lovely.

The staff is helpful and available 24h with a welcome drink on the house :)

Cleanliness is superb, beds comfy.
