Very nice hotel with helpful staff. Rooms were clean with nice decoration. Although you didn't have a big variety in breakfast, everything was perfect and high quality. The major problem was the lack of elevators. We were waiting 10' in order to reach ground floor every morning due to many guests and the two elevators. Also, the fridge was not working.

Very nice hotel, well placed in central Berlin. The highlight by far was the breakfast - middle eastern and european, very fresh and delicious. Just for that it's worth the stay. Rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. The elevator was a bit problematic, quite slow, but thankfully it wasn't very busy.
A criticism would be the staff posture. While friendly enough, but also aloof, they were a bit casual and informal for my taste. It was like we were a bit in their way. Discussions about work schedules and so on were being held in front of everyone. It may a relaxed Berliner thing, but I didn't need to know about the inner workings and details about staff's lives. More professionalism would have been welcome.

What I don't like:
- The room is really small. I had difficulty open up my large luggage flat on the floor.
- The aircon in the room was not working, and the room was horribly hot. Imagine the heat during summer. I needed to request for change of room.
- The front desk staff attitude was unsatisfactory. They were not as helpful when I feedback about the faulty aircon. When I tried calling the receptionist from my room, nobody answered the call as well. Likewise, no smile put on by the restaurant staff as well. The only helpful staff is the General Manager, who helped me to carry the lugagge which I appreciated a lot. Perhaps the rest of the staff should learn from him.
- The lift was surprisingly slow. Be prepared to wait very long especially during peak hours.

- The breakfast spread is pretty good. I also enjoyed the outdoor dining.

A brilliant stay. Booked a weekend stay in this spacious and comfortable hotel as we had a tickets for the Tempodrom. It’s located in a quiet area with easy access to many attractions. Staff were helpful and very courteous.

Great value, cool decor, beautiful garden and superb location, but the aspect I want to focus on is the exceptional service and staff on duty on 16 and 17 August 2024.
1. Check in was busy and the staff were efficient, professional and friendly.
2. Our tv wasn’t working and within 5 minutes (truthfully!) some came up to sort it and replaced the remote batteries.
3. The breakfast selection is beautiful and because it is a large restaurant there were a lot of people. The staff (and manager in particular) were incredibly well organised and kept on smiling
4. Later in the day before we left for the airport we had some lovely cocktails in the bar and the bartender and manager were great fun and sorted out charging my phone.

We are currently staying at Precise Hotel Potsdamer Platz in Berlin, and it’s our fourth long-term stay here. The rooms are super spacious and spotless, thanks to the amazing housekeeping team.
Breakfast is excellent with a great variety of delicious options. The energy and friendliness of the staff, from housekeeping to the restaurant and management, really stand out. Everyone goes above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
Special shoutout to Sami, the General Manager. He is incredibly nice and ensures everything is perfect for us. His leadership shines through the excellent service from all the staff.
