Some outer rooms have connectivity issues
The room was relatively compact, and the bathtub was small, but everything was clean and functional. The Lounge was a pleasant surprise, offering wine in the evening, which allowed my wife and I to unwind without stress.
Breakfast was basic, with limited choices. If you’re looking for convenience and quick airport access, this is a solid option — just don’t expect luxury space or buffet variety.

The highlight was undoubtedly the fantastic, high-quality breakfast. The selection and freshness of the food were outstanding. The entire hotel was exceptionally quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. My room was spacious, well-appointed with all the necessary amenities, and the shower had a truly fantastic jet stream – a real treat!
The location is ideal for anyone needing quick airport access.
My only minor complaint was the chair at the desk. It lacked a backrest, which made it a bit uncomfortable for extended use.
Overall, I highly recommend the Sheraton Düsseldorf Airport Hotel for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and exceptional breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.
She is a woman in her forties or fifties, and I don’t know her name. Despite this negative interaction, our overall stay was acceptable, primarily out of necessity. The other staff members were very kind and helpful, which we appreciated. I hope improvements can be made regarding this particular employee, as her attitude made us feel unwelcome, as if we were intruding in her home. Thank you.

Modern room with amenities, complimentary bath robe, and slippers to use.
The room was comfortable and warm.
Coffee machine, a safe, iron, and an ironing board was available to use.
We had a showerhead in a bath option.
The reception staff were very friendly and helpful.
Open 24 hours.
Free Wi-Fi is available. We did not have breakfast, but an early bird departure breakfast snack was laid out by reception, which was appreciated.
The hotel is centrally situated within walking distance to train station of airport connections.
