Stay away!! Bed bugs, mold, blod, and smoke.

During my stay, I encountered the following unacceptable issues:

1. Filthy Rooms: The rooms were in an utterly unhygienic state.
2. Mold and Mildew: All the bathrooms had significant mold and mildew, which is a serious health hazard.
3. Stained Mattresses: There were stains of blood and urine on the mattresses, which is absolutely intolerable.
4. Bed Bugs: I found bed bugs in all rooms after spending a couple of minutes there, causing discomfort and health concerns.
5. Strong Smoke Odor: Two of the rooms had a strong smell of smoke, which was very unpleasant and unacceptable in non-smoking accommodations.

The conditions in the hotel were completely unacceptable and far below any reasonable standard of hospitality. Due to the severity of these issues, I had no choice but to check out immediately and find alternative accommodations. Although they offered two alternative rooms, every room was in a similar state (Pictures attached). They deny a refund and claim that there are no bed bugs, despite my having photographic evidence with metadata.

The room is located close to the main station and we hoped that will be advantageous but unfortunately the area there is pretty shady.

The room standard was pretty poor considering the price - the towels were torn and there was mold in the bathroom.

The service was equally bad and unhelpful - we asked for an extra blanket and we were initially denied. Only after a long discussion with the staff we managed to receive it.

Terrible stay - can't recommend AT ALL.

Arrived , guy at reception tried to charge us city tax (which we.d paid already when we booked)Room seemed spacious and even looked clean at first glance. No blankets on bed,only thin quilt and one pillow each..on closer inspection,I doubt any but most superficial cleaning had been done- or any hoovering whatsoever under bed for a long time,evidence being bits of dried food,other unidentifiable objects,as well as a used tampon ,embedded in a thick layer of dust..grouting in the bathroom was black with mould in places,neither sink nor bath had a plug,showerhead filthy,towels ragged,and whole room generally looking tired and worn..two of the staff didn't try ever so hard to find replacement bath plug,whereas a third one seemed very helpful,located one and even offered a free drink as compensation..contrary to photos on website,there is no breakfast available- breakfast room not been in use for some time. Ok for a cheap one night stay maybe, if it wasn't for late night noise from other rooms it might even be quiet..overall ,the place is very run down as well as pretty dirty in places..and nobody seems to care very much.. didn't feel like putting anything in the safe ,as didn't trust it. WiFi did not extend to our room,only worked in hallway.. Avoid unless cash strapped and desperate!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Stay at the Ibis or Toyoko or any other hotel in the area. The room was freezing cold and there was no one at reception to help!!! When I spoke to the desk clerk in the morning, the first thing out of his mouth was ‘what do you want me to do about it’ he offered no apology, told me he has no authority to do anything and basically implied it was my fault for not checking the heat. This was a terrible experience. There’s a reason it’s the cheapest hotel in the area! The only benefit is it’s located near the train station.
