Ruby Louise Hotel Frankfurt

Stayed 3 nights for business. Overall it has a cool vibe and nice design.
The self checkin in smooth and fairly quick if no queue but it’s make it less “human”.
The room are nice but it’s missing a place to store your clothes. There is no cabinet.
Breakfast is average. It’s missing on demand eggs (omelette) - unless I missed it. The pastry are average.
The barista coffee is great.
The terrace for drinks seems to be very used by people outside of the hotel - so best is to book. The hotel should tell their guest at checkin to manage satisfaction.
Mixologist drinks are really good.

We had a wonderful evening at the rooftop bar. Thank you Sami for the outstanding service. Food and drinks were amazing. We will definitely come back!

The terrace is well appointed and lively, the crafted drinks are worth the price, and the outdoor view is not bad.

Budget Hotel with a very good location. Nice terrace for a drink, food menu is small.
The rooms are ok, I always miss having a proper wardrobe to hang the clothes properly.
The reception is on the 6th floor and the lifts take ages, especially in the morning.
Service is not the strength of the hotel, is not the quality of it, is more that the offer is small. No help with luggage or with the check in (you have to input all your data yourself), not enough people behind the bar… but I guess this is part of the philosophy of the chain (I personally like having good and well staffed service teams in the hotels I stay)

Loved my stay here. The staff were great. They have a bar on the 6th floor open 24 hours for guests. So during the day anyone can go up but after a certain time only guests have access. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. We had to hang out awhile to wait for our flight and they were great with holding our luggage and letting us just hang out. Great location and price too. I would definitely stay again

I went to Ruby with a few friends and we were really happy about our choice. We got to know Lion, who’s service was very good this evening. The drinks which were served were great. I’m looking forward to go to Ruby the next time I’m in Frankfurt.

The location of the hotel is great and the price is decent. The room is small, but clean and has everything you need. The drinks at the bar are good and the service is great.

I’m taking one star off because of the rude service I received at the reception before I left.

I was not sure about if there was a check-out process, so i went to tap the keypad at the reception desk to see if there was an option. The receptionist saw it and said “stop”, and then proceeded to do his own things without giving me any explanation. I had to ask him to get an answer.

I was extremely impressed by the service at their bar. The staff, especially the bartender Alexander, was incredibly kind and helpful. The location of the venue, with a terrace offering a nice view of the city, adds further value to the experience. The quality of the drinks is undoubtedly great. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to spend a lovely evening in a welcoming and refined atmosphere.

One of the most comfortable hotels we stayed. It is very central, quiet with soundproof rooms. The bed was very comfortable. It is small but practically and tastefully designed. The bar also looked very cool.

Love coming here for good cocktails and amazing views.
The staff is so friendly and helpful- big thanks to Ardi, Fabian and Dido who were super nice. Such a positive energy between them and drinks they made are super nice.
Would really recommend this place- you can find good coffee, good drinks in the evening and overall just an amazing place to hang out and have fun.
