Worst place ever. My friend got a room for us before 22:00 and I came late and he refused for me to enter. Will never recommend this place if you travel with a group of people

The staff are super helpful and friendly, the price to offer ratio is very very good and the location is really good for people who want to be near public transportation. Would definitely go back!

Very bad room; no air ventilation, and carpet on the floor. OK bathroom and breakfast. Staff never say more than necessary.

Price/quality ratio is great here. Service is very good. Rooms are clean and spacious and in solid shape. Small breakfast but all that you need. Location is just next to Hauptbahnhof, can't be better.

Nice, clean, and affordable hotel. Really close to the train station and easy walk to the Christmas markets.

If you love sleeping with cockroaches, bins full of other people's trash and leftovers, dirty glasses in the bathroom, this is your place.
They could not provide me an other room, because they were fully booked. I've been promised to get an other room for the second night but they were fully booked again so it didn't happen. It's near to the station, so at least you can run away fast from this vomit inducing area.
Breakfast is also bad, you can have boiled eggs and some salamis but that's it. No scrambled or fried eggs, no sausages or bacon, no beans. Disappointing place.

Perfect accommodation if you want to have a lift, (really 🤩!) nice office managers, a breakfast every morning, a cozy and quiet room. Only 5min of walk from the central station.

First time for long time I felt real welcome and warmth from the hotel staff. Everyone is genuinely kind and accommodate your needs. Breakfast is super bonus. It was exactly what I want to have at home. I will come back here when I’m in Frankfurt.

Such friendly staff! Wonderful breakfast (other reviews are pretty critical of the breakfast...they must have upped their game)! Replaced my coffee when I spilled and let me take my broetchen to go so I could catch my train. Highly recommend!
