Disappointed with the Experience
Our stay was frustrating from start to finish. The TV in the room didn’t work the entire time, and when we mentioned it, we were told it’s “better to play games anyway.” That’s not the solution we were looking for.
We paid for 3 people in the room but had to repeatedly ask for an extra towel—3 out of the 4 days. On top of that, the mini bar and coffee bar were never adjusted for the third person, even though we were charged an extra $750 for 3rd person.
For the price we paid, I expected much better service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling undervalued and disappointed.

A very unique tranquil hotel in the heart of Garmisch. I couldn’t recommend enough.

This property was very unique in style. It was very eco-friendly. They had free garage parking and were not for from the train station for the Zugspitze. It's a little further away from some of the shopping. We ate one night at the hotel restaurant and it was very expensive and very neuvo cuisine-lots of foam sauces. The next night we ate a 5 minute walk away at Braustuber. It had great food and was very reasonable and authentic. Breakfast at the hotel was included and was very good. There were a lot of options, even a gluten free area. The outdoor bar area was lovely. There is a big park right behind the hotel. There is a spa and a pool but we didn't use them. They looked lovely. One tip, request a room facing the park. We were on the street side and the traffic was noisy.

I fell in love with this hotel . Everything here is well function. Location is the best . It is next to beautiful park and lovely creek and not far from train station .The owner is so kind and thoughtful . The service is wonderful. When we arrive at 12:00 , they offer us free many delicious plenty breakfast that I have never had the wonderful experience like this before from other hotel . I think that the owner of this hotel must be kind and generous. I am impressed at lady with round black eye glasses at the check in counter , she is so kind and friendly. Wifi is perfect . Plenty of drinking water in our room . I am not wonder why this hotel is become no1 in Germany . If I can vote , I will vote this hotel no1 in the world . I stayed here three nights . I try to find something wrong of this hotel , but I can’t. Only thing I would like to suggest is they should have pick up service from the train station. From a full score of 10 , I give them 9.8 . I wish to come back to enjoy life here again and again.❤️

This is a boutique hotel in a great location. I found this hotel on ******* at the last minute due to our one night stay at another hotel nearby which was sub-standard. This hotel was a life saver and my wife loved it. She also spent an afternoon in the spa with a massage. The food was very good and the bar tenders were great!

Had the best time here using the Spa amenities and relaxing after hiking Lake Ebisee and summiting Zugspitze. Great location next to a beautiful park and crystal clear mountain stream. I will be coming back to this hotel in the future. 10/10

Absolutely loved it! We only stayed one night but we will come back for sure. Breakfast was amazing, spa area felt premium and the dinner was a great experience.
