Close to the airport and every sort of public transport. 15 minutes to the city centre by s-bahn.

Hotel was old but the rooms are updated. Breakfast is good and have good choices. The only thing bad is there were molds all over by the window. My husband and I have allergies so it was really bad!

I does not have air condionated, you have the windows open and you can not sleep be cause all the noise around (people and cars)

based on other reviews I made sure to get here early before check in. Doing that was a little inconvenient waiting around for about half an hour but the mobile check in was easy and the room was right for a budget one-night stay before a flight.

The room was spacious and clean. A refrigerator, air conditioning, safe, kettle, and tea and coffee were available. The bathroom unfortunately lacked a shower curtain. But everything was clean. Affordable accommodation in a central location

The hotel is just three stops with S-Bahn from the city centre. My room was decent but could be improved. Clean, very warm and silent: these are the things I appreciated the most. In the other side, the hotel has no lift and this was very annoying especially if you are travelling with two big suitcase and your room is on the 3rd floor! No other mirror was provided, except the one in the bathrooom....

Have stayed there a night and have needed in the end, only a bed to sleep in. It was completely sufficient. Only the price was a bit steep but since we were the blame for this because we booked late.

Lovely location, good view of the river. Clean rooms with plenty of space, and bathrooms are adequate. Very short walk to the cathedral and other sights. Rooms are quiet even with the restaurant below.

Room clean but the size of the room with the bathroom which is in my opinion a mistake is ok for a quick night ok for a longer trip I do not recommend

Rooms kinda small and not very good smell inside. Otherwise inline with the expectations, fast access from the motorway, at the outskirts of Koeln City.

The reception staff were kind and helpful, breakfast was good, the environment was clean and hygienic, the restaurant/room was clean, there were long hairs on the bed, the sink could have been cleaner. The only shortcomings in the room were: no drinking water (a bottle would have been nice), no slippers, no heater, no minibar, I felt like I was just passing through the room, there were glasses but...

Apart from the lack of parking and the costs, everything was more than fine.

There was a cockroach on the floor when we got in and there have no water boiler for use

I was happy with the hotel and the price. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is good. It’s also quite central but the downside of this is that it’s a bit noisy.

Review is for Restaurant only. Had dinner here and really enjoyed the experience. Servers were friendly, menues had pictures which helped selecting dishes. Portion sizes and prices were fair for the location. We gad a salmon pasta and a chicken skewer with mash and salad. Chicken was super tender but the pasta needed some seasoning or olive oil /lemon just to elevate it a bit.

The staff was always so nice to me, really friendly and helpful at all times. I stayed in the hotel and everything was really clean and functional. I assume I was a bit concerned due to being such an old looking hotel but I ended up finding it really cosy and full of history! Very well located and nice outside space to take a few beers. The hotel is very good. I booked it for a client. I originally wanted to book a hotel with my employees, but there were no rooms available. So I booked here. The client responded very well.

It's cheap, friendly staff, clean and a nice allround hotel. Only disadvantage is thr location, it's a 15 minute walke on a very uncomfortable road to the nearest bus and the industrial terrain besides the hotel isn't very nice either.

Check in, checkout : great. The keys are provided with locker box and you receive it's code on email. Cleanliness : great. Kitchen : great. Location : not so good. Wesseling Nord is the nearer station, that being outside Köln zone. Also Google Maps do not show the stairs to cross the bridge on the way from station to to hotel.

Good priced hotel and the room was great with a shared kitchen that was good to have. Very friendly helpful host. The location is a bit out of the way so you need a car or Uber. If you come bring train Wesseling Nord is a 20 minutes walk along a straight road.

The staff were very generous, they always had a positive attitude. Great for long-term stay though you need to walk a little to get to the nearest train stop. The shared kitchen is open all the time. The rooms were quiet, so were the surroundings of the building.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the train station, the cathedral, and the Rhine River. The staff are friendly and the price is reasonable for Germany. However, the rooms are quite small.

All personal were very efficient,friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean ,our view was excellant,.. i had reserved a double room for 2 with 2 twin beds,i was given a double occupancy with a single double bed... the hotel staff was able to accomodate with grace and efficiency. Great location But!! Must say a great location, but no tea/coffee making facilities and no refrig. Staff were helpful and spoke both English and German. Its a little tired. The hotel was low cost and that is what you get, no frills, but it was clean and the cleaners were really friendly as were all the staff. No pressure to check out, location was excellent (I actually came back after checking out for lunch!) bed was very soft (some may not like that) but was very comfy. Overall a nice stay, just for one night. I couldn't say how it would be for longer.

As an IHG member, I really always go to IHG hotels. This one is one of the better ones I've been to in Germany. No annoying ID check, no annoying surcharges for multiple people in the room. Friendly service and staff. A good franchise partner that IHG has here! keep up the good work. The rooms are rather small and I miss queen size beds, but everything else is ok, very clean.

Very central small bed and breakfast in Rodenkirchen, typical of German traditions with approx 22 rooms. There is a lift to all floors. The property was spotless in respect the general areas as was the room. Little touches like sweets on the pillowcase and tissues in the bathroom just added to the good stay. The most recommended thing is the location! It is only a few hundred meters away from Cologne Train Station and Cologne Cathedral, and it is quiet in the bustle. The service facilities are very good, but there is one thing I am not satisfied with: the price on their own website is lower than the price on Ctrip! I felt a little unhappy when I found out.

Very friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable and the breakfast was great. A taxi into the airport cost about €12, so offers a great value alternative to airport hotels. Plenty of shops and places to eat nearby, and a 15 minute walk from the nearest rail station.

This hotel is located in a nice place and run by an amazing landlady herself. You won’t feel like living in a hotel but at home. Foods are fresh and the owner lady makes the breakfast herself and it’s worth it.

More like a personalized BnB with comfy hotel-like rooms. Highly recommend staying here. The owner was very accomodating and has a great philosophy, let me check into my room as soon as it was ready around 10am, gave a great overview of the area and then cooked me a personalized breakfast. She even took me to the airport instead of calling a cab. 10/10

The proprietor running the place is a lovely woman. The place was clean well stocked with what you need when traveling and comfortable. I would certainly reccomend to anybody I know coming through Cologne.

Location was idea, beds very comfortable and lots of space. Location was perfect for a city break. However the shower temperature was temperamental and the towels were as rough as sandpaper.

Clean and spacious room, especially the bathroom. Only real negative point is the lack of dedicated parking space, we didn't thought of that. Luckily we could park our car for 4 euro's a day within 10 minutes walk to the hotel. Don't forget coins because the parking meters only accept coins.

Front desk staff very nice and helpful, they will hold on to your luggage if you arrive before checkin and want to explore the area, they will provide you with an umbrella if it's raining. Room was clean and upto date, needed light dusting, had finger prints on TV noticed dead bugs in the bathroom light fixtures, the shower head was loose I had to constantly hold it upright, water temp in shower fluctuated...

No ironing board in the room. The room was very hot despite the heating being off. Single pane glass noisy outside. Easy to hear other guests in the hotel. Room was clean, bathroom is new and nice. Friendly and helpful staff. Very tiny elevator.
