Very nice hotel in the center of Cologne. The room is small but very clean and furnished with modern furniture. The staff is very polite and friendly. I can only recommend it

I have never encountered such a young concept that was implemented so professionally. The house is in the very center of the city, very modern and "fashionable". The young staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean. We liked it.

Very nice hotel, really nice and friendly staff, good location 5 minutes walk from the cathedral and the city. The food was really delicious, one of the best I have ever had. The rooms are also perfectly clean. The welcome and farewell were also very good. Can only recommend! We will definitely be back :-)

Amazing (and affordable!) hotel close to the train station! Lovely, clean rooms with cozy lighting and great windows. We loved the view from our room. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and we could walk to all the sights we wanted to see. We would love to stay here again next time we visit Köln!

The rooms are too small, even for one normal-sized human. Rooms use a card system to turn on the power. This buzzed loudly and intermittently in the night so I had to leave the power off. So I had no lights nor could I charge anything. The shower is good but sprays water on the floor. Breakfast was good, but a little too much sugar. You can leave your luggage and they actually check that you are taking the correct bag when you come to collect.

They tell you they just block the money on your account but that’s bullshit. They actually do charge you twice. When you check in and the when you check out.
They gave me my money back after a few days but a little amount was missing.
They say that this is a standard procedure in Germany but while staying in Mariott in Cologne they just took my card on file without charging me anything. They only charged me at checkout. THIS IS THE STANDARD PROCEDURE. Not whatever bullshit they try to sell you.
I will never stay in this joke of a hotel again.

Great stay at Urban Loft while in Cologne for a conference at Media Park. The room was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The location is tough to beat, as it is close to the train station (don’t worry, the rooms are incredibly well sound proofed), the Cathedral, and a few subway stops that can take you anywhere you want to go. The gym was a nice bonus as it was fairly well equipped. I would stay here again.

Rooms are comfortable and the minimal design is great.
The location is also good close to the city center and the rail station.
Unfortunately the service is bad, they don't pick up the phone, nor respond to emails.
Even worse, what's happened with a payment.
We booked 2 singles rooms and 1 double room for 3 nights (29/5-01/6).
Before arriving we booked another single room, so at the end we had 4 single rooms.
While checking in, we have been asked to pay the city tax again and we did it.
In addition we have been charged €403,50 on our cc with no reasons.
During our stay I explained the situation to the concierge and we have been told not to worry, they would have reimbursed the city tax, the difference to the single occupancy room and the €403,50.
As of today (04/06) despite several mails we haven't received the money back and we haven't received any mail/comment from the hotel.

In September 2023 I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The room was exceptionally clean, the staff members were very nice and helpful. The breakfast box was delicious and nutritious. On my departure day my train was very early in the morning before breakfast time but they arranged a box for me which was a very nice gesture. The location is also superb. Overall highly recommended

Great little hotel, pretty trendy. Amazing rooftop garden with views of the city and Dom. Super convenient location next to the Central Station, walking distance from the old town, museums and central shopping district. The staff are friendly and helpful. Free coffee in the breakfast area from 11:30pm until 11am.
