We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was very accommodating to all our needs. The room was clean and more spacious than expected, with a good city view. The breakfast was lovely with some menu options that we tried and loved as well. Everything what we needed was within walking distance.

If you plan to use the gym, bring light and airy clothing as the space is also connected to the sauna which makes it quite warm.

Would recommend this hotel the rooms were nice the only downside they were warm and even with the AC on low every night was not able to cool the room down, The staff were amazing so helpful, there is not too much to do on the media park, a walk in to the center is about 20 minutes the tram is Christophstr./Mediapark and this about 5 min away, Hansaring train station just under 10. with been out of the center is nice and quiet. I would look to stay again if i was to return to Koln

Room was super clean and in great condition. The park view is stunning especially in the autumn months. The location is convenient, there are restaurants, bars, grocery stores nearby. The front desk staff was friendly and professional but the people who make the experience very special are the breakfast staff and John the guest relations manager so a million thanks to them.

The service and rooms were great. The selection at the breakfast was good.
I really liked the idea of the voucher for the hotel bar for every night you don’t want to have your room cleaned.

The parking at the hotel is pretty tight though.

Great and friendly service. Room was good, if a little humid for some reason, but otherwise great! Breakfast had a nice selection of foods too. The underground parking space is quite hard to find and navigate, though. That’s more of a Köln problem, but it will impact your stay here.

The best hotel in the area. Great price quality ratio.
Friendly service at the reception desk, comfortable rooms and a very good bar to grab a bite or a drink.
The only improvement would be a better fitness area, is almost non existent now.
Otherwise very good and only one stop away from the Central Station.

We loved it! Had a great experience. Everyone was kind and friendly, service for breakfast was fabulous, along with the food, and the room was nice and clean. Would absolutely stay again.

Excellent stay at this hotel, very comfy beds and a really clean room. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful including Thore who made a lasting impression with his helpfulness and conversation with us.

Underground car parking is really convenient and well signposted making it easy to find on arrival. Highly recommend visiting this location by car.

Thank you to all of the team at NH media park and I look forward to staying again.

I booked a stay for my parents and I and it was their first time visiting Cologne. I have stayed in this location before and it's a great spot. It has everything you need for a quick visit. There is parking for a fee located on site (was €48 euros for two nights). Located next to a few restaurants if you need a bite to eat. Easy to walk to downtown area - about a 25 min walk to the center. Each person working the front desk was very kind and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience staying at NH Collection – everything was top-notch, from the service to the stylish and comfortable rooms. A special mention to the Golden Bar – the atmosphere was amazing, and the cocktails were absolutely delicious. The service provided by Giuseppe was absolutely fantastic – friendly, professional, and made our visit even more memorable. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back!
