We enjoyed our third long stay this year at this amazing place. They make you feel welcomed and appreciated. Nina is a great manager, Dario is kind and wonderful to talk to at the bar. The front desk staff is attentive and remembers our names! Thank you for making is so welcome!

Nice and comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are clean, a little bar fridge would be nice. Would recommend staying here as it's nice and central with easy access to public transport

Location is very good. Rooms are clean and quiet, but service is bad. Stuff is totally uninvolved. Rooms are clean but cleaning is not perfect, very formal and very superficial. You ask something simple, stuff is ignoring you. I asked to refill conditioner in our room ( it was finished by previous tenants) promises but nothing done. I stayed in different Marriott and courtyard Marriott hotels I didn’t see anything like this. Not good for price and quality

Excellent hotel! Nice design, centrally located waking distance from main train station and shops restaurants cafes and sightseeings. The rooms were spacious , delicious breakfast offerings and amazing staff. All staff members smiling, always willing to help and I would like specifically like to thank Natasha for the warm welcome and great hospitality and Adi at the front office as well always with great smile and great check in experience.. Absolutely recommended great value for money

Good hotel near the centre in Cologne. Welcoming staff. Reception areas clean and well maintained. Rooms spacious and well appointed ( although would have appreciated some milk on the hospitality tray!) Bar area large although still intimate with small alcoves. Food in the restaurant in the evening was fine and the breakfast choice excellent. WiFi signal good - no charge for use. Not expensive. Can recommend.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the room accommodations provided by your reservations team for our planned upcoming stay at your hotel.
As a family of four with children who have special needs (aged 7 and 12), it is essential for us to have accommodations that meet our specific requirements. However, I was dismayed to learn that rather than offering us a single, larger room suitable for our family's needs, your reservations team suggested booking two separate rooms. This arrangement not only fails to consider the comfort and convenience of our family but also poses challenges given the special needs of our children.
Furthermore, it is concerning that the rooms being offered are not guaranteed to be together or connecting. This lack of assurance regarding our accommodations adds unnecessary stress and uncertainty to our travel plans.
I must express our disappointment in the sudden increase in prices, which doubled after just one day. This unexpected surge in rates has forced us to seek accommodations elsewhere, where we found a hotel that not only caters to my family's needs but is also more affordable.
Our family is traveling with a group of people who are also booked in your hotel, and we had hoped for a seamless and enjoyable experience together. However, the current arrangement falls short of meeting our expectations and does not adequately address our needs.

The location is central but still in a decently quiet neighborhood.
Rooms are fine everything works and is available but might need some more cleaning on parts of the walls.
Check-in and check-out we're quick and easy and the private parking was very convenient as well.

My first experience at Courtyard Hotel was exceptional. The room was generously sized and equipped with all the essential amenities. The breakfast offered was satisfying, and I particularly appreciated the friendly demeanor of the staff. Moreover, the room provided a serene atmosphere, ensuring a peaceful stay. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future.

The hotel was nice and I especially liked the service, kindness and attitude of the receptionists. They didn’t have single bed rooms so I had to stay in a room with 2 single beds. The room was OK. But there wasn’t any slippers and water inside the room so I asked for slippers. The receptionist didn’t even bring it to the room , they just handed the slippers. I bought drinking water from Rewe nearby. Shower water was not stable, it was sometimes colder and sometimes hotter during the shower. The hotel is close to restaurants and markets but far from city center. Breakfast was good .

The room was clean and tidy, though the shower pressure was lacking and they didn't refill the tea and coffee supplies the second day.
The breakfast buffet was great. There is a bottleneck with breakfast around 9am and they open other areas as the crowd increases, but it would be great if they did that in advance so that people aren't left wandering the room searching for seats.
