Nice and friendly reception! (It really matters when you are tired from trip..)

I made a non-Refundable booking in July, 1021, covering a stay in October 2021, for a trade show. This past week, my flights with British Airways were cancelled, because of Covid related cutbacks, totally out of my control. I explained this to the hotel clerk, and to Expedia. The clerk gave me a robotic answer about their non-Refundable policy, and then Expedia tried with them as well, albeit with no positive result from the hotel. Since I had no alternative here, and was stuck covering a $1,922 bill, without any option, the hotel should have shown their understanding and cooperation. They did nothing, which is unfair and insulting. We in our company which has been a regular users of Wyndham, will never book for any Wyndham facility, or for their associated lodgings, again.

Shabby, old furniture, furniture does not fit together, business room for the price to small. Breakfast is out of all proportion to the price, definitely not a 4 star. Location is very Central. Reception at check in very nice and super friendly, complete opposite of today at the time of departure.

Very tiny room. Great location to everything. Staff was excellent. No iron or fridge in the room. No parking, had to walk from the nearesy parking garage. Overall was ok for our needs.

Friendly staff and an incredibly easy to find hotel (we arrived by train).
Room size was Ok, though an odd layout. Room was tired and neglected - in urgent need of a refurb: ripped carpet, heavily scuffed walls, heavily stained furniture. I wouldn't stay again.

The staff have been amazingly helpful. Everybody speaks perfect English and goes out of their way to help. I was loaned a travel adapter for the duration of my stay with no issues. Breakfast was quite expensive and not that good a selection but what they had was tasty.

Great location if you travel as I train. In spite of station wars in the room quietly. Very clean and well equipped. Only the rooms were quite small but overall super price performance.

Double room : rooms are very usual. Our bed not much calibrated semi-apart connector from the lamp. Giant holes in the curtains. Frumpy looking furniture and very run down for a 4 star I'm bad anderst usual. The price was o. k. the location was very good. However, the feel-good factor was Zero, I would not go in this Hotel again. Only the staff was very accommodating and friendly, the Breakfast was very good

Double Room Superior. On arrival there was a "small" Problem with the room was, however, resolved this easily and directly. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.
