We loved our stay here. Unique hostel style hotel with a private bathroom and bunks. Super easy virtual check in and virtual keys so we could unlock everything with our phones. My biggest complaint was there was no shampoo or conditioner on site so we had to run to the store to buy some

Really liked how it was self service, very easy, beautiful rooms felt so fancy. We had a small issue with our TV, emailed the help desk at 10.30pm and by 10.35 we had a staff member there helping us. Incredible.

It's a good hotel, but be ready to call the service, as the check-in caused us some issues. Note that there is only self-check-in. Sadly, the software is buggy and we came across many problems with receiving the entry card. The couple which was checking in right before us had the same issue. I never miss a stay at this hotel, which, in addition to being less than 2 km from the airport, is also a welcoming and relaxing place. We paid attention to the details of the furnishings, with a high-quality breakfast, and two attentive and very kind managers. The price couldn't be lower.

It's very remote, in a residential area, very quiet. Basically it is a low-cost operation. The facilities are very old. It was supposed to be relatively close to the airport, but road construction has made traveling less convenient. Fortunately it's cheap

Seems to be family-owned small hotel. Despite of the name, restaurant didn't work. Nice lobby but the room is below average even for 3*. Don't see any single reason for 4* for this place. Breakfast is extra but okay. Overall, okay for quick overnight stay but certainly no more.

The only five-star rating we got was for the front desk staff; they were very nice. However, we couldn't believe this was supposed to be a three-star hotel. We tolerated the extremely small room and bed, and the lack of amenities—almost nothing at all—but in the dead of winter, several bugs were crawling on the bed. It's impossible to give it a friendly five-star rating.

My friend and I stayed here for two nights and it was alright. The staff were super friendly and ready to help with anything. They gave us some good recommendations about public transit in the area. The public transportation was one thing that was lacking. Because of the location of the hotel, the best way to get to the city center is walking about 10 to 15 minutes to the tram stop and then riding...

Deluxe 2 person room is huge! And huge bathroom! Very nice to stay for the night in our way back home. Staff very friendly. We did not take breakfast so don’t know about that. Outside of center but tram 5 min walking around the corner. Parking place but limited due to residential area.

Spacious room, that's nice. Bathroom was not clean enough (traces of toothpaste and shaving cream at the sink). Floor of the room was too dusty, apparently not vacuumed. I solved this myself by wiping the entire floor with a wet towel. That was disappointing because otherwise it is a nice hotel.

Very fashionable hotel with spacious rooms and friendly service. Excellent value for money. Due to C19 we didnt use any F&B facilities. There is little kiosk adjacent to the hotel, where you can buy drinks, light snacks and candy. No restaurants or bars near by, therefore just 4 stars due to the deserted location.

Lovely management at reception. I stayed for 4 nights. The rooms are well priced , with breakfast as an extra starting from 8 euros. Local shops are around the corner if you need anything. No kettle or microwave in my room, but was not needed from my end. Local tram stop is next door going directly into town, with the river Rhine a few meters away.

I visited here for about 6 nights and it was great. They had a breakfast buffet every morning that was about $8.00. The rooms are decent and the beds firm .. the pillows were a little too soft for me but its in a great location! Right in the middle of town! A very clean hotel with an excellent staff. Breakfast was quite good and offered many different options. The only complaint I have is that the beds were extremely hard. This is a personal preference and the bed firmness might be suitable for others. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here.

Nice room, but no bar and expensive parking. Nice hotel in the area of the Neustad (by U-Bahn). The hotel bar is closed, so nothing to do in the evening, At ********** it says it's open, but it isn't. Also parking is not € 25 a day but an expensive € 28 for a day. Room was OK, but the other things dissapointing.

Ideally located for attending a 1. FC Köln game. The stadium can be reached on foot in around 15 minutes or conveniently reached by public transport.

The room was very big and well decorated, the staff was super friendly and helpful with everything! The only thing is that the room didn't had A/C so we struggled a lot with the noise outside because we needed the window open. Was a good experience though

Perfect room. Comfy bed. However... our privacy was disrupted during our first day when other guests got into our room using the same key. I suppose this happens because all the rooms on the same floor have the same key, since the key also opens the middle hallway door that goes to the rooms. Also, Saturday night was very noisy due to the pub downstairs.

An absolute must if you want to experience the Kölsche culture, locals, food. Bier is the best and made in-house. Food is typical Cologne culture and amazing. We happened on this hotel by accident. We were scheduled for another hotel and the booking was confused. We contacted this hotel on line. Although a little on the pricey side, it offers clean, nicely furnished rooms and a varied breakfast buffet. The staff are competent, but lack warmth. The tram stop is just a few minutes' walk away.

We had a lovely diner at Prevôt. Nice people who welcome you, unlike their neighbours. Had some beers and the Salmon and Flamkuchen which were delicious. We stayed all night due to the lovely ambience. Would recommend!

It's just ok. Rooms felt tired with minimal amenities, same with the rest of the hotel. Service was ok and receptionist was polite but didn't feel friendly. WiFi situation not good either.

Nice clean rooms with plenty of space, comfortable beds, great bathroom. Perfect for that price. air-conditioning worked very well too. Staff was very friendly.

It is decent. Overall it was good, the placement is good and the staff was good. They helped us with parking in their garage that is just outside. The downside was that it was 30 degrees and we couldent get the room temperatur down so we had aprox the same outside temperatur inside, was hard too cool off when going too sleep.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a short trip. The room was okay—clean and functional—but nothing particularly stood out.
