Great hotel with friendly staff, good breakfast and spacious rooms. Traveling with a family of four. Stayed July 2022

Excellent family-run hotel in a convenient location at great rates. Rooms are very comfortable, A/C and large patios are a big plus. The service is excellent - family is very dedicated, hardworking and are super accommodating. Staff is equally hard working and very friendly. Plenty of free parking, big rooms with full kitchens. Highly recommend and will be coming back myself at some point.

Very nice place to stay in the outskirts of Munich, quiet and safe area, with private parking (outdoors, but partly covered area). Also child friendly. Although the hotel is a bit out from the city centre there is a train station near by that has regular trains that take you into the city centre. The quality you get for your money staying that bit out of the centre is well worth it. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were very clean and identical to the pictures listed. The breakfast which was included was delicious.

Modern design, great and useful kitchenette with a full fridge, lovely downstairs lounge area with a coffee bar and snack shop. The staff is attentive, helpful and very friendly. Olympia Park, parks and 2 lakes in walking distance. As well as grocery stores and a few restaurants. I highly recommend this place for a short or longer term stay.

Very Good Hotel, stayed for 1week and only problem i had was connecting my ps4 to the WiFi network, which i solved easily.

This hotel was SUPER clean. Our room was Super Clean. We had a larger room.It had everything that we needed. Very modern and simply designed. Loved the separate bedroom. Good hotel for good money. It's clean and the service is so nice. If You pay a little bit more You can leave your car in underground parking. 5 min on foot to Olympia park. I recommend this place

The only meal provided is breakfast. You can take as much as you can, but there is no so much variety: just one option of milk, two options of juice, three options of bread and also two of jam and cheese. It also has some yogurts, butter and marmalade. You can also take coffee and tea. The first 4-5 days it was wonderful. But after so many days, you get bored of eating always the same thing. Rooms are perfect for families. The facilities too. But the people in the reception were not helpful at all and rude and arrogant. They have to know working with tourists means providing information. Moreover the quality of cleanliness is very poor. And please change these curtains!! And a tip for the families to follow, when they say there are strollers available, it is up to luck to find them available...

Clean rooms, enough space and soundproof. Excellent value for the money. The only thing that could be improved is the lack of basic toiletries like toothpaste. Garage is excellent, albeit at an extra cost.

Location is good but nearby train station, parking is 15€ per night , kitchenette poorly equiped compared to other long-term stay hotels in Munich

Stayed for a long time due to business trip. Very helpful staff. Rich breakfast. Right next to shopping center. Walking distance from U-Bahn & S-Bahn.

Room looked clean. I had some issues getting back from the Garage as my card was not loaded with the rights to open the door and the Bell was not working. The coffee in the morning was good and the staff was friendly. I had a comfortable and clean room. The staff at the front desk were helpful and courteous. The breakfast had a good mix of options including meats, cheeses, and hot items. There is a tram immediately outside the hotel which goes to the main train station or toward the Nymphenburg palace in the other direction.

A good place to stay and everything is just ok at this place for the price they charge. Rooms has good ventilation, AC cum heating system works like charm. They do provide free wifi. Decent aparthotel, great for people who are staying a bit longer and prefer to cook for themselves. My room was very big, but interior was fairly simple (especially mattress). Staff was very helpful and friendly.

A great home away from home. The rooms are spacious and clean and offer a small kitchenette with all you need. An easy 5min walk to Netto supermarket as well. It's situated quite central not far from Circus Krone and the Augustina Keller beer garden which is amazing. Friendly staff. The stuff is very nice. They provided us a room, which is appropriate for human with disabilities (cripple, invalid). Unfortunately there are only two rooms, which are appropriate for these people. Nevertheless the stuff was really nice and always wanted to help. Location is close to Railway station.

Very comfortable room with separate living room and separate kitchen

Overall, I am satisfied with their service. Parking at the hotel is convenient enough, and the bar isn't horribly overpriced - one of the most important aspects! I have always had pleasant experiences with them, but I do find their prices slightly high for what they have to offer. Oh, and have fun trying to leave the hotel garage during the rush hours.

It's absolutely pet friendly. So if you are looking for a pet friendly stay then thumbs up, you are at the best place. The staffs are very helpful and kind. Breakfast is too good but it becomes boring as the same menu is repeated everyday. Room service is offered every third day. I deducted one star because during our stay there were lots of minor technical glitch, like the lifts would stop working...

Very satisfied with the room. Modern, spacious, well equipped. Staff speaks fluent English and very helpful. There are coin operated washing machine & dryer you can use, capacity is not big. Cost 4.50 euro for washing, another 3 euro for drying. 2 grocery stores with bakery are located on the ground floor of the building. Only a 750 metres walk to Trudering station. Highly recommended!

Very nice and modern deco, comes with dishwasher and an electric stovetop. I like the dining table and the rooms are very stylish. The market is also right downstairs for convenience.

Hubby and I stayed for a week. The apartment was roomy with a street view, we were not bothered with street noise in this friendly area. We did take the rubber mattress protector off, as it was cooking us! Though easy access to the cool beers in the vending machines was a real bonus! Also easy access to the external stairs for a ciggy whilst watching abundant wildlife (lots of birds, red squirrel)...

The room was big and the kitchen is nice to have. Check in done with a machine and was easy to figure out. We had a balcony that was accessible by exterior staircase that led to the street. So any creeper could access our balcony in the middle of the night if they wanted to, The street parking situation was not awesome.

The double room that I booked was pretty clean. Just a little bit of dust here and there. It was warm, there were clean towels, lots of toilet paper, shampoo and shower gel, the plates and kitchen were clean as well. Nice and clean apartments. Cool and good. Clean bathroom. Bed was a bit less than may be expected in this price range.

They boast only non-smoking rooms, but some guests clearly ignore this rule, or are happy to just pay the extra cleaning fee. Don't be fooled by the designation as "serviced apartments"; they are hotel rooms with a 1 sq m kitchenette with mini fridge, range, and sink, at the cost of shrinking the bathroom and not having daily cleaning or many hotel amenities. Avoid street parking, underground garage...

Clean, did the no. Nice and easy to get into centre. Though was advertised as full kitchen, only two jobs and microwave, would have hoped for a little oven. Also the safe was broken for duration of stay and wasn't fixed so we had to keep our things out of it, not too much of a problem though

Spotlessly clean, complimentary drinks and snacks, comfortable stay, with the exception that there were noisy Germans in the middle of the night talking aloud in the yard. I am guessing, they were guests, too. I don't know how the quiet hours are secured.

The room was extremely modern, cozy, and comfortable. I was able to use the wifi to work from my room and the stove allowed me to heat up my leftovers from the night before. Also there was a free beer and wine!

Very impressed. A great size room with a sitting area and a small kitchenette. Also a large shower and bathroom. We also really enjoy the breakfast buffet every morning. Tram stop within 100 metres and 600 metres to Munchen Ost Hauptbahnhof.

Great hotel. The rooms are comfy and nice. The showers are the open style, which can get water on the floor. The breakfast is one of the best ones I've had. I recommend staying here.

Amazing room, clean bathroom and modern tiny kitchen, very nice view. Good services, friendly staff. But very expensive parking.

Staff is generally not friendly, cleanup is most of the times poorly done and breakfast, specially during lockdown, is terrible - always the same thing every day.

This stay was incredible. The buildings were modern, clean and in a perfect location. The price was great and well within my budget. I will definitely be returning here for my next stay in München. Modern apartment hotel with nice and clean rooms. The kitchen is well equipped. You will get the room cleaned every 2 weeks or you can do it by urself. They have a Washing machine and a dryer which works with coins. There is a grocery store in 10min walking distance. Tram and subway are also close to the hotel. Parking is possible either on the street in front of the hotel or in the underground car...

Clothes iron is very useful but hard to find. Would be great to have a couple more per floor, or a more strict policy of usage. Reception could have coins available for exchange, to use in the vending and laundry machines.

We had a very good time during our stay at this hotel. The room very spacey and clean. All kitchen set and dine tools are provide by the hotel. They even have laundry room on basement. The only problem that it far from nearest public transportation. We have to walk 10 minutes to U bach station and 10 minutes to bus station. During winter time walking that far was very uncomfort and cold. But overall...

Clean and comfortable rooms with kitchens! Kitchen has all the dishes, pots, pans and glasses you need - also small refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 burner electric stove, microwave, coffee maker and tea kettle. Just a short tram ride from lots of restaurants and 2 blocks away from a grocery store.
