Located near downtown in very quiet neighborhood.
Inside your room, there is everything you need for a long and short stay.
Mini kitchen ( literally everything you need ), iron, ironing table…. Very big rooms, compared with standard hotel rooms, with modern interior design. Gym is small, but there is basic equipment to cover all types of workouts.
Crew is amazing, everyone is friendly!
Wish that daily cleaning is available.
At least to take garbage out of room and provide new towels.
Otherwise you have to call a reception and coordinate with them.

The bed is tiny and hemmed in by walls on both sides. The TV faces the balcony and cannot be viewed from either the bed or the sofa. The outdoor furniture needs to be thrown out as it is so stained and mouldy. There is no air conditioning, although the front desk provided a fan on request. The shower recess is in need of a deep clean and there were bloodstains on the living room and bathroom floors, which they cleaned up after we requested it. The hand wash and body wash bottles were empty when we arrived and we had to ask for these to be replaced. (They also left us another four spare 250ml bottles. While I can see the funny side of this, the passive/aggressive nature of the gesture was not lost on me. Maybe if you did your job properly in the first place, you wouldn’t need to be called back.)
Later on in the stay, we also discovered that there was no washing powder or dishwasher detergent either.
The hotel is in an ugly and dodgy part of town and so factor this into your decision making.
I have stayed at the Schwan Locke in Berlin previously and had a really pleasant stay, so it was a shame to have had such a poor experience in Munich.
The rooms are spacious and the kitchenette facilities are really nice. Clean space, and had the required kitchen amenities for a nice stay for a couple of nights. There are some other perks offered as well, including laundry (although the dryer machines take forever), a fitness center, a bar, and breakfast (for an extra charge). No AC during the summer heat wave, although fans were available upon request.
