Great hotel in a very quiet location. My room was clean and well-maintained. Hotel has a rooftop terrace and nice backyard. Availability of laundry makes your life easier. Although it is pretty far away from the city center, it provides a good value for money if you rent it for >10 days as they have special offers.

No words for how bad this hotel is. You will receive an email well in advance that there is no air conditioning, but there is a fan in EVERY room. Girls behind the reception are really irritated. There is no fan in the room, about 30+ degrees in the room. You can't sleep or life. Sorry, the hotel is fully booked due to the Coldplay concert. You also knew this when you sent the email with a promise. DO NOT GO HERE. You pay 238 euros for a sauna. inhuman!

Extremely good value considering what you get. Stayed one month in a room with balcony and kitchen. Well equipped. (Beds are hard though, and noisy mid-night delivery to the bakery across the street is a thing. Not that bad if you close the window, but then you cook as there is no fan.)

It is perfectly splendid place. Very clean room with minimal design. There is a small kitchen with essential equipment. There isn’t AC. However we didn’t have any issues room temperature. They have very kindly staff. Our experience was absolutely enjoyable.

I found this hotel on HotelTonight and booked it on my arrival to Munich at 10am. By 12 I had arrived and they let me leave my luggage until check-in at 3pm. This hotel was fantastic and I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place. They have baby cribs if you ask. We came from USA and this was a huge help for our 9month old baby. I’m sorry I didn’t take pictures of the room. The room featured a balcony and a kitchenette with plates, dish soap , cups, etc. we stayed 4 nights and were extremely please. There is no AC but they do provide a fan. We went in mid-May and the temperature lingered around 70°f and at night we left the balcony door open and we never had any room temperature issues. There’s a bakery next door and the hotel features a buffet for an added fee. It is close to 2 U stations and a 40 minute U/S ride to Munich airport.

Very bad place with cleaning only after three days kitchen equipment not taken and cleaned at all. New towels full of yellow marks. No idea why it has a good rating on online web pages.

Worst for business travel. They do not even replace soaps, shampoo basic stuff !! bluntly denied. Expecting to come to reception if one needs . Rooms don't have intercom. No complimentary water bottle. No AC depend on external air only. no room service for air freshness..No work friendly desk.

My worst experience in a hotel. Bad management, bookings missing, room keys that dont open the doors, everyweek has to claim about clean up my room and even so they continue forgetting it everyweek. Really noisy rooms...

Directly at the house is a large construction site. It is very noisy all day. The work begins daily at 7 am and ends at 8 pm.
There is a come and go in the house.
The room rate is for what is offered too expensive. Repeatedly the cleaning staff did not manage to clean the room and care for fresh towels.
The staff seems to be overstrained with the operation of the house with over 300 beds.

More of a small apartment than a room. Wad only here one night but a modern hotel with a relaxed atmosphere. Rooms are clean and modern but this does mean they lack character, however for a business trip they are ideal. Plenty of plugs in good places to recharge your electronics, large blackout blinds and comfortable beds. There is a small kitchen area with utensils and crockery should you wish to cater for yourself.
