No A/C but I think that is normal here. There was a fan in the room that was a life-saver. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. An unexpected treat was the water bottles, which came in handy because all the stores closed.

This is the very first time I see a hotel FULLY CHARGED your stay when you cancel less than 1 MONTH. This was done during Oktoberfest so I doubt you didn't find anyone when I had to cancel my room. No exception, no understanding, really there for the profit, what a shame.

Wonderful and friendly reception. Excellent service throughout. Rooms clean and well appointed, kitchen area great addition. Lovely rear balcony !

A lovely hotel in a quiet location. The staff is friendly. I was given excellent assistance when I wanted to book a room by phone on the day of arrival. Excellent transport connections.

Excellent service at the reception, the room was clean and tidy, the location of the hotel is near a metro station, in a few minutes you can reach the city center. The disadvantages, there is no air conditioner in the room and it was difficult because of the heat during the day and the windows face a noisy road, so it is impossible to open windows during the night for those who suffer from noise, I understood that there are rooms facing a quieter area so it is worth checking while booking. Near the hotel there are good restaurants where you can sit without going to the city center.

The hotel is clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, the breakfast is good. Two minutes to underground route U3, by U3 there is 8min to city center. We would go there again. I would like to see recycle bins for plastic, metal, glass, paper etc. by the elevator doors.

Comfortable, Clean Rooms and Quality of service. The housekeeping does a good job. Efficient Restaurant staff. Right at the U-Bahn station and Bus Stop. Away from noise of city but not very far off.

Price does not match the equipment. 4 star Hotel with no air conditioning.
Family room with three single beds ,different height selected .The bad and the very narrow Parking lots.Parking daily fee, no reservation paid but guarantee,it's first come first serve basis.
