I stayed at Leonardo Hotel München City West and was truly impressed! The staff were extremely friendly and professional, the rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the temperature in the rooms was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cozy and high-quality stay in Munich.

The location is good, the breakfast is good, although there are not many varieties. The room facilities are all there, and the shower area is a bit small.

Hotel was really good. Staff were very helpful and kind. Room was clean and there was everything we need. It was only 5 stations away from center. There was market and bakeries near. We definitely recommend.

Rooms smaller and facilities not perfect, but at a good price.
The main area for improvement is the staff & service - many didn't seem to be paid well and looked like work was not something to enjoy. I think the owners should really assess if they are doing enough for them.

No A/C but I think that is normal here. There was a fan in the room that was a life-saver. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. An unexpected treat was the water bottles, which came in handy because all the stores closed.

This is the very first time I see a hotel FULLY CHARGED your stay when you cancel less than 1 MONTH. This was done during Oktoberfest so I doubt you didn't find anyone when I had to cancel my room. No exception, no understanding, really there for the profit, what a shame.

There are rats in the lobby. The service attitude is very poor and arrogant.
