Amazing experience there with very nice staff. (that were all speaking multiple languages very well)

Excellent location near Bahnhof and Strassenbahn access, with dozens nearby food stores and shopping plaza inside of the Train Station that is walking distance. Hotel is huge, built from multiple buildings together, and at first can be challenging to find your way around to your room. Service is excellent (for any small necessity needs), breakfast choices are many inside of the Hotel (basics with coffee, bread (brothchen and croissants), eggs, fresh jogurt, Nutella/Honey/Jam... We came for SPS conference - walking distance to U-Bahn, and 5-6 stations away. "Old Town" was walking distance for the authentic German experience and amazing German food as tourist, as well as multiple nearby small Turkish and Bosnian restaurants (For Kebabs, Baklava, and Ćevapi. Rooms could have bigger TV's and easier streaming setup... but that is not why you came to Germany 😀 Overall great experience, will come back again.

Traditional old style hotel (room doors with “actual” keys, carpet decorated and cleaning shoes in every floor) with friendly service. Was recommended by the fair I visited. Very good location (close to the historic centre, main train station and subway). Breakfast was included in my rate and was well served with many different options to eat.

酒店就在火車站邊上. 很方便. 雖然面對火車站, 但隔音效果做得很好, 關上窗就沒有嘈雜聲音. 酒店沒有空調, 夏天入住會感覺有點熱, 但有風扇提供.衛生間比較寬敞, 房間整體衛生環境很好. 服務員態度也很好, 大堂有冰水提供消暑. 唯獨wi-Fi 訊號比較弱. 但整體感覺還是不錯的.下次到這裡也會選擇入住.

Very convenient location from the central station, just take the lift from the platform down to the passage underneath, one way to the hotel and another way to the shopping mall. Stay away from the busy old town but can walk their in 10 minutes.
Improvement on the instruction to the hotel from the cental station : direct the customers to take the lift at the end of the platform, after reaching the passage underneath, go towards the larger numbers of platform and the exit for the hotel will be there.
When we arrived at the station, there were so many people going up and down and no indication for lifts, maybe in German!
