Nice older hotel in middle of Main Street Old Town Tallin. Lots of stairs to get to room, bath/shower very slippery. Otherwise nice people, good food (including breakfast) & good service!

Wonderful boutique hotel slap bang in the centre of Tallinn Old Town. Fantastic staff, rooms are spacious and scrupulously clean. Will be returning!

Perfect location. Perfect customer service at the reception. Perfect room.
Everything was perfect. The room was more than clean. All of the possible essentials were in the room. The location was great. If you want to visit the Old Town, this hotel is ideal.

Really quirky hotel which looks tiny from the outside, but keeps going + going once you get inside. The location is amazing + the rooms are comfortable, keeping the spirit of the original building. There will be some noise from nearby bars/clubs until very early in the morning... bring some earplugs if you're a light sleeper!

We had an incredible stay at this hotel – everything about it exceeded my expectations. The location is ideal, right on the edge of the Old Town, making it super easy to explore the charming cobblestone streets, historic architecture, and cozy cafes of Tallinn.
The service was exceptional from start to finish – warm, professional, and always happy to help. I stayed in a suite room, which was spacious, beautifully appointed, and very comfortable. While there was a bit of street noise at times (as someone very sensitive to noise, I always notice these things), it was never disruptive or bothersome – just the gentle hum of a lively city, and certainly nothing that would detract from the experience.
One of the real highlights was the breakfast – absolutely fantastic! A wide selection of fresh, high-quality options, with something for everyone. Whether you're into healthy starts or hearty plates, you'll be more than satisfied.
All in all, a truly memorable stay. Highly recommend CRU for anyone visiting Tallinn!

My 5 night stay at this hotel was perfect. The well-preserved building at the center of the beautiful Old Town of Tallinn has spacious rooms, bright, comfortable and clean. Guests get a lovely feeling of living in history. The staff are polite and efficient. The breakfast was enjoyable with selected sweet and savory options of good quality products. Lastly, the WiFi was working well.

Great location. Great staff. Very very clean and comfy rooms. Probably the most beautiful and quirky hotel I have ever stayed at. Breakfasts were super.

An easy to access and gorgeous hotel in the very centre of Tallinn. The rooms are spacious with their ancient floorplan and huge windows. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom has floor heating. There is a strong perfumed smell (probably due to scented candles) which might be something to note if you are sensitive to smells.

This hotel is a heritage and it’s clean and lovely.
The breakfast is also well served with good variety.
We also booked a spacious room and the window oversees a nice terrace of the outdoor restaurant/bar.
Upcoming guests also need to be aware that there is no lift to access any rooms.
Our suggestion to the hotel - we have heavy luggages and before we check out we saw that our room (room #9) can be accessed by the door with a shorter staircase from the outdoor restaurant/bar area.
If the service staff can offer us to access our room through that door, we don’t need to bring our luggage ups and downs going through the very long alleyway all along to the room from the reception.
