Excellent hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. The service was top-notch, fast, and efficient. The staff was polite and always ready to help. I had only positive impressions. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Our room was spacious with modern amenities and very clean. The location is good, just a short walk from downtown.
The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of fresh options. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We should definitely mention Lada Lestsenski for her outstanding service, friendliness and smile that was brighten up our day during our stay.

A hotel you are happy to leave. Reception Staff is what the hotel need to focus on developing. They have to establish a more positive attitude and «see» their guests. Hotel is clean and fresh, breakfast is below average. Location feels a bit remote, but 10-12 minutes walk will take you to old town.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and very clean rooms. Deniss and Eva were extremely helpful in helping us get a Romantic Spa Night. I definitely recommend it for just 99€.

Second time we went here, and still as amazing as always. Very clean and comfortable rooms, the sweetest staff, a very good breakfast. Will definitely come back when visiting Tallinn!

Accommodation is okay. However, the quality of customer service at the reception during the night shift leaves much to be desired (both at this hotel and the sister hotel down the street). If you plan on checking in late, be aware that the reception staff may be absent, and the quality of their support is highly questionable.

Great hotel with super friendly and helpful staff. We stayed for one night here and everything was perfect. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and there was no noise from the street during the night. Breakfast was also great and we enjoyed it.

Convenient location to the city center and a large shopping center. Small parking in front of the house. Quiet, cozy and small foyer. I was pleased with the size of the room on the fourth floor, rwo comfortable separate beds, enough space and sofa. A kettle and a small wine rafrigerator are welcome. Unfortunately, l did'n have time for breakfast and can't rate the foods, so l don't rate the service.

Good, quiet location in walking distance from the old City. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and modern. Tile floor in the bathroom is heated. Breakfast has wide viriaty of food and two awesome coffee machines. Excellent value for money.
