No point to recharge Plug-in cars there, because electric is so expensive that pay same if use petrol/benzin. Also NO bottle water inside rooms because "must drink water from bathroom" (reception advice). At that room price, i consider bottled water shoud be on the table. No straight connection between parking building and hotel building. When pay parking, message say că de for door to the parking is oncthe bill, actually is not and must search the receptionist to get it. Children say that little candy on their bed is bad.... so maybe consider change it with something better... no bath shoes in the room... one little old tv not smart tv for kids to watch disney or netflix. Inside room steam evacuation system not working in our room. After 4 people doing shower is impossible to breath inside.... crazy...

Went for the KGB museum tour. Very entertaining guide and interesting. A very short tour that can easily be fitted in .....however you are best to book ahead of time. I was lucky turned up 10 minutes before the tour started and there was space for me.

Great location for a legendary hotel. I had the cheapest room class with not even coffee in the room. I'd say good value but more modern hotels might be the choice for one looking for some extra comfort.

Cool hotel with a real 70’s Soviet vibe without being dated. The breakfast is great and the location is also great. Nice to have a mall and food court connected. High floors have great views.

Rooms are a little bit outdated. Couch was a bit broken, but the staff got us a new room. Bed was quite comfortable. Location is excellent and the old town is just a little walk away. View to the sea on the north side was excellent from the top floor.
Breakfast is good enough, but I would like to have some fish as well (there was only herring served).

Nice hotel, right in a downtown, old town is 5 min to walk, Viru shopping center is the next door... Rooms offer impressive view, furnished okay, but it feels that some time passed from the renovation.

“The most convenient hotel in Tallinn”
The hotel is nearest the old town, department store, and bus station. It is very convenient. All staffs are friendly and service-minded. My aunt got sick and needed to see the doctor. Thanks to Mr.Tannar, the receptionist, he helped calling an ambulance and took care of us until we went to the hospital. We are so lucky to stay here.

We'll start with the positive. The room (superior) and the KGB museum. Then to the negative. Breakfast is chaos. Way too big, noisy and rather tasteless products. The service at the hotel is stiff and impersonal. Our safe didn't work (batteries?) when we arrived and we reported it the same day. Despite noting the error, they failed to fix it in the 36 hours we had left of the stay. There are probably other hotels in Tallinn where they care more about the guests, so choose them instead.

Very long check in lines (1,5 hours).
Rooms clean enough but age of the building can be an issue.
A pre-ordered extra bed had to be asked three times from reception from 4pm to 1130 pm after it finally was set up.
Great views from floor 21 and located next to the old town of Tallinn.

The gym is really good. They actually have a power rack, and a proper bench. Proper 25kg plates too. Hotel gym where you can actually get a proper workout in!
Probably the machines/racks aren’t strong enough for maxing out, but they look like the can handle 150kg-s or so. Maybe even more.
