Hotel location is just perfect, very central, a short walk away from the old town. The staff is friendly and helpful. You should definitely not miss the extended breakfast. Food was fresh and delicious. The rooms, depending on the standard, are cosy and nicely decorated. During our first stay, we received a good room, but it was facing the opposite wall of the hotel, so the view was somewhat missing, and the interior was quite dark. The second room was extremely nice, bright and calm. However, a big minus for me is the fact that you can't open the window in any of the rooms, and I terribly lacked some fresh air at night.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights and it was by far the best of the hotels I stayed at in the Baltic region. Not only was the breakfast exceptional, but I was deeply grateful for the coffee and small breakfast that was offered 4-7am. So many hotels ignore us early risers, who can't function without that first cup of coffee at 5am. THANK YOU

This was a pleasant surprise. Hotel is super modern, beautiful design and perfect pool/spa in the top floor (also with gym that we did not use).
Location is very good, close to the city center.
Definitely would recommend.

Large modern hotel with a swimming pool, sauna, steam room gym.

Rooms are comfortable and well thought out

Breakfast was good with a large selection of foods available.

Location is good for easy access to the old city and the new city right behind the hotel, well worth a visit.

Bar was good

All the staff were amazing. Very helpful and friendly.

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Even the outside of the building spares no detail in its design. Breakfast buffet was excellent but busy. (Go early). I felt the spa and gym were lacking for such a large hotel, but I can’t complain as it was nice and well kept. Thanks, would visit again.

Great hotel, great breakfast and friendly staff. I'd come here again on my next trip to Estonia. Although the TVs were a bit outdated, especially the browser. Overall an excellent hotel with very good rooms. 👍👍👍👍

Great rooms with attention to details, very comfortable beds and very good location. The pool was also very good. The breakfast had many vegetarian and vegan options. Best hotel during our vacation.

Good location, only about 5 minutes walk from the old town. Friendly staff. Large rooms with every comfort. Had a room with a large shower and a quiet location at the back. Very generous breakfast (crowded at certain times). Nice wellness area. Parking available (I didn't need it). Several meeting rooms on the 1st floor.

Perfect location and breakfast, friendly staff, the room was clean, big plus for online check-in and Hotel Buddy app! Air conditioner was a bit too loud for my personal taste and there could be something in the bathroom to remove water from the floor. Thank you and hope to visit spa and gym next time!
