Perfect location for the old town visit and Christmas market. Hotel was full of character and our room was an adventure to find. Breakfast was a good variety spread, something for everyone with a choice. Room was a bit smaller than we were expecting after the size of the halls and walkways but comfy and we got extra pillows when we asked for them. There was a bit of a draft through the window and randomly the shower gel supplied smelt of absolutely nothing. Would recommend and stay here again.

Old stylish, please don’t expect very comfort environment due to the outdated and nonsense design of some rooms; but for the staff members, very glad to see the passionate lady with smile all the time and let me in my room before the official check in time.

We booked better double room which occured in the basement. The room was spacious but weird. Beds were comfortable, but the shower was horrible: narrow, if you forget to put the plastic curtains tightly on the shower basement, the shower room will be full of water ( you can swim on the floor:) What happened to me🙄 After every use of toilet, sink or shower you can hear the tubes sound or smth like water pump working here. It is not recomended for people who suffer

We found the room service was poor as we like to have coffee and tea in the room, but no milk was provided despite having a fridge???
When I asked staff at breakfast for milk we got a pathetic measure of milk in a cup ? If the room has a fridge we couldn't understand why
milk wasn't provided. It seems a pretty basic requirement to us !?

This hotel room was very stuffy with no air circulation at all and a funky smell. When the window was open for air it was extremely loud outside from cars and passers by. The bathroom only had pink industrial hand soap and no shampoo. The TV had a bright light that lit up the room in the dark (when it was off). Good location is all I can say.

Very good service. Great location in the downtown of Tallinn. Tasty breakfast. The only problem was the smell in one of the hotel's corridors. But this isn't that crucial. So this is a brilliant hotel.

Location: excellent.
Room: excellent with one note: is the steep staircase to the second floor, where the bed is located. Elderly people definitely can't get in there. Well, or young and *very tired* :)

Small contra: There is a missing socket near the bed.

A gorgeous, historic-feeling hotel with a generous and delicious breakfast and very clean rooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable, though the room shape was bizarre, forcing both twin beds to be based toe-to-head instead of side-by-side. A good value for the money. And a very walkable location!

Great hotel in a perfect place for exploring the Old Town. Super breakfast with plenty of choice. Rooms a bit small, but bathroom ok.

The room we had was inconvenient and awkward. Sure, it is an old building with a cool history. I like this. But at only 5' 10", I had to lean to the side to navigate our trip down to the room to avoid beams. With suitcases, this was no fun. The room itself was upstairs in an attic or something because it, too, had low beams. We had to lean over to walk around or hit our head.
The breakfast was just okay.
I'm sure they have better rooms with a location that is easier to get to.
