This hotel room was very stuffy with no air circulation at all and a funky smell. When the window was open for air it was extremely loud outside from cars and passers by. The bathroom only had pink industrial hand soap and no shampoo. The TV had a bright light that lit up the room in the dark (when it was off). Good location is all I can say.

Very good service. Great location in the downtown of Tallinn. Tasty breakfast. The only problem was the smell in one of the hotel's corridors. But this isn't that crucial. So this is a brilliant hotel.

Location: excellent.
Room: excellent with one note: is the steep staircase to the second floor, where the bed is located. Elderly people definitely can't get in there. Well, or young and *very tired* :)

Small contra: There is a missing socket near the bed.

A gorgeous, historic-feeling hotel with a generous and delicious breakfast and very clean rooms. The beds were incredibly comfortable, though the room shape was bizarre, forcing both twin beds to be based toe-to-head instead of side-by-side. A good value for the money. And a very walkable location!

Great hotel in a perfect place for exploring the Old Town. Super breakfast with plenty of choice. Rooms a bit small, but bathroom ok.

The room we had was inconvenient and awkward. Sure, it is an old building with a cool history. I like this. But at only 5' 10", I had to lean to the side to navigate our trip down to the room to avoid beams. With suitcases, this was no fun. The room itself was upstairs in an attic or something because it, too, had low beams. We had to lean over to walk around or hit our head.
The breakfast was just okay.
I'm sure they have better rooms with a location that is easier to get to.

I had my doubts initially, but I was pleasantly surprised.
Rooms are cozy and have the essentials -- which is to say this is not where you'll want to stay if you demand lots of "frills". However, it's quiet and provides a good night's sleep. Front desk staff is very pleasant and accommodating. The location couldn't be more convenient and makes staying here an absolute treat.
The breakfast was fantastic and provided a good start to a busy day of sightseeing.

I lost my phone in the taxi, I realised when we arrived hotel. although I saw the camera which belongs hotel the receptionist hesitated that say it’s working! I insisted but they didn't show us anything just say the taxi company's names. Except this bad experince other things are good especially breakfast. Even so, thanks..

Very tasty and varied breakfasts! The hotel is located in the old town, you can walk from the train station. There are various cafes and restaurants nearby. There is an inexpensive grocery store nearby. McDonald's is also nearby :) Very polite administrators, ready to help and find the right solution. The rooms are clean. Almost every room has a kettle, refrigerator, coffee machine. This all turned out to be even in our economy class room (it was unexpected and very pleasant), but it is better to check when booking. I recommend it to everyone!

Great location! The Deluxe room is very comfortable. Despite the fact that the hotel is in the old town, even with the windows open, the audibility is not strong, you can relax. The hotel is located in a building whose written records date back to 1355. The façade and interior layout have been preserved to this day. Deluxe rooms are located on the 5th floor. Very spacious and comfortable if you are traveling with family. One thing - from the 3rd to the 5th floor you need to climb the stairs. Elevator only up to the third floor. The ceilings are not high, so it is not very high to climb to the 5th floor, but with small children this can create a problem if you need to walk back and forth. Very nice staff. Responsive and helpful. Chagall's paintings on the walls fit well into the interior.
