Buyers beware that there is going to be no airconditioner... Not necessarily a problem in Tallinn, but didn't realize how hot it was going to get on the west side in the afternoon. It wasn't until 8 pm before the room started to cool off.
Make sure to ask for a second fan for the room!
The refrigerator did not work.
We asked for towels, they never appeared.
The lady at the front desk was going to help us change our bus trip and never showed up.
On several occasions we had to wait at the front desk for someone to show up (they had left a note each time). I had the vibe it was more of a hostel than a hotel.
You need to leave the note outside of your door if you want any room service at all.
Breakfast was OK, but always the same.

The room and bed are comfortable although a bit smaller than expected. The wardrobe is small if you a here for a long trip and the luggage board is between two walls and didn't fit my normal size luggage.
Staff is very polite and helpful especially when I needed some extra help and had to visit a hospital.
The breakfast is tasty and the variety is just enough to cover different options.
Overall recommended.

A stone's throw from the central part of town. Good breakfast. Super friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't be better.

The place is very nice, and located in close proximity to the Old Town. Reception ladies were polite and professional.
Breakfast was more than sufficient and served in lovely vault.
The only two things that surprised me were :
1. Very modernistic shower with no curtain but with mop to drive water to the waterhole;
2. Payment was taken upon check-in that is pretty strange.

This was our fifth time staying here. Super location for the Old Town, easy to get to from the airport. Great choice of breakfast.

The breakfast is really nice with lots of variety. However when I arrived there was trash in my trash bin from the previous person. The bed sheets also had a funny smell which transferred to my pijamas.
Although many people say the place is quiet, I could hear both rooms surrounding mine. One person was playing the violin everyday….

They hire on new people, make them work Christmas and new years and then make up an excuse to fire them.
There won't be any training from one source, everyone just sort of throws information at you and expects you to retain it.
The manager cares only for the catty old women who have managed to stay on for a while.
So here is the thing; if you need a job, for the love of all that is holy AVOID THIS PLACE.

Very positive surprise as the room is super, very friendly staff and , what is important, parking available. Close to downtown. I like it very much
