Most of Staff is good except the staff at the bar with very slow services as i have to wait for long time to get what i want.
People there are friendly
Facilities: A bit old.
Service: Everyone was smiling, which was great. Security was strict, and there were even riot dogs. We received welcome snacks and juice, which were delicious.
Hygiene: Good, and the toiletries were nice.
Location: Downtown, close to everything, which was very convenient.
