Holiday Inn Citystars, an IHG Hotel

Stayed at the hotel for a wedding event. The rooms were very clean and in great working order the only drawback perhaps is that they’re a little on the smaller side and dated!

The staff were all outstanding in manner, presentation, and performance frankly from the gates to the room service and even night calls were dealt with promptly.

Breakfast offered bountiful choices of both continental and authentic Egyptian breakfast be it the coffees, juices, falafels, croissants, and plenty more. Additionally is the small kids area in the breakfast hall which allowed tired parents to have that morning coffee in a little peace while their children coloured in sight.

There’s also a number of swimming pools for a quick cool!

The location is a mix of being close to many relevant things especially with the mall next door makes it rather suitable for business trips where a concise yet efficient shopping spree is of necessity. The only drawback perhaps is how busy it can get sometimes around the multiplex!

A very nice hospitality and service, as an athlete the hotel's gym is vert small & needs more machines and dumbbells.
But to be honest I'd like to send a very special thanks to coach AHMED, the gym & pool manger, as he make this tiny gym like a fully equipped one, he knows every details of exercises and well knowledge of all exercises alternatives with these small tools & dumbbells.
I really appreciate his assistance and support .. Please send him my greetings and all holiday inn team.

I have been to some Hotels in Cairo, and this one is really the best so far... The room is spacious, clean, all amenities you might ever need. Nice interior design, good condition, huge bathroom, big windows... The staff is very friendly and helpful specially Mohamed Elshimy from Concierge, the food is delicious... Couldn't be more satisfied

Good hotel next to CityStars mall. The staff are nice and helpful. The food is good 👍 but a bit pricey.

All in all it was a nice 😊 experience.

Excellent quality & service for the price.
Breakfast buffet is really delicious and provides many varieties. Bakeries and meshaltet are exceptionally delicious.

Fantastic service throughout my stay. Staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Mr Kareem on concierge was amazing and arranged many thing throughout my stay, including a PCR test at the hotel.
