The staff is amazing. We lost a bag, and the hotel took over tracking it down and getting it delivered to us. They also provided clothes and amenities to get us through. Everyone has been incredibly pleasant and focused on our satisfaction. A terrific, well manged hotel.

I'm in the Fairmont Room overlooking the Nile at the Fairmont Cairo. The views are impressive! The service is excellent, the staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. The rooftop pool is perfect for relaxing and enjoying views of the city and pyramids. I recommend this hotel to those looking for a luxury experience in the heart of Cairo."

Our recent stay at Fairmont Nile City in Cairo was fantastic. My husband and I found the breakfast to be quite enjoyable, amazing selection, and the staff were very helpful throughout our time there. The breakfast team was courteous and welcoming even during the busy times. We deeply appreciated the in-room dining service after long all day tours, especially the assistance from Ahmed. (Thank you Ahmed for everything! You always had a smile and we can tell you take joy in providing top notch hospitality!)
Also, the daily housekeeping crew paid attention to every detail. The location also met our needs nicely. Thank you, Fairmont, for a wonderful stay.
An area of improvement could be adding Netflix/streaming options to the TV. But, still had plenty of channels to choose from.

Nicest hotel I've ever stayed in. Every single person we came in contact with provided top notch service. The food was spectacular; their breakfast buffet was to die for! We also had 2 meals in the restaurant Saigon (sushi was fabulous) and one at Bab El Nil (wonderful Mediterranean food). The sky pool was super nice too! 5 stars all the way.

After a minor misunderstanding, the management and entire hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay here was nothing less than 5 stars. I commend the entire team, and a huge shout out to Mr. Ahmed Zaki for delivering excellence and outstanding attention to detail and customer service. I offer them my sincere thanks and cannot wait to enjoy another stay here real soon. I definitely recommend any international travelers to highly consider staying at this fine resort. You can feel something different (very friendly to the hotel guests) at this hotel. Especially, if you choose Fairmont gold room, you will hear your name from the gold lounge when the hotel staffs greet and respond to you. Overall hotel vibe and facilities are very gorgeous and premium. interior design is also very unique. Breakfast is also rich and premium. Fitness center is also very modern and staffs are friendly. Overall experience is so excellent.

All round incredible stay. Couldn’t ask for more regarding service, friendliness and accommodation. Anything you need, they will go out their way to sort for you. A number of good quality restaurants in the hotel itself. Breakfast buffet was more than substantial, with a huge array of options. Spa is incredible along with a very well equipped gym. Rooftop is also great for relaxation. Excellent room facilities including a spacious bathroom and very comfortable beds.
