Amazing stay. Service was great. Stayed in with my wife and 6 yr old son, we all had a good time. Staff were kind and attentive to détail. They were able to respond to all our requests. They also organized some tours for us around Cairo with a great guide and comfy car. If you stay there, do not hesitate to make any requests you might have to them, they will be able to provide assistance. I recommend this hotel

JAZZ BAR RESTAURANT 10TH FLOOR IS AMAZING! Food is great and amazing staff who really know their stuff! The ambiance and vibe is so lovely and the views are breath! We were served by Mostofa and Andre, we spent a week in Egypt and this is the only place we visited more than once. The jazz music is performed on a friday evening and it complements the mood and atmosphere perfectly. Will definitely be returning on my next trip to Egypt! LOVE FROM LONDON

The stay was an exceptional experience. The staff is friendly and attentive. Their warm hospitality and eagerness to assist with anything I needed went above and beyond my expectations. We had an exceptional stay at this hotel located on the Nile in Cairo. The views were breathtaking, and the high-end service exceeded our expectations. A special mention goes to Mr. Moussa, who promptly and efficiently addressed our specific request. His assistance truly made our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and its outstanding staff.

Great location, nice food and excellent customer service. All the staff were very helpful and good English and communication. The hotel was clean and good standard. Comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms. Abeer is customer relations manager and extremely helpful and friendly. We required extra beds for children which were bought to our room (which we had to pay for) and very comfortable for them. Overall would recommend.

Nice hotel on the nile with wonderful staff who go beyond just to make you satisfied and well welcomed everywhere.

Hotel was in good location and had good breakfast buffet. However, Front desk and reservations were horrible. Had a verified rate in email before I arrived and then charged a higher at check-in claiming they made a mistake in the reservation. I feel they should honour the rates quoted or send email well ahead to enable me to search other hotels. Terrible business practice!

Absolutely fabulous, although short stay at this lovely hotel. Very clean rooms and public areas.
The food choices at breakfast were great, and the food in the Blue restaurant was fabulous.
You can't beat the views from the rooftop pool at sunset.
Would definitely recommend 👌

We stayed here for one night after checking out of the Four Seasons next door! It's no 4 Seasons, but it's also a 3rd of the price! Our room was a double room with an entire separate sitting room, balcony and bathroom! I adored the room and all of it's amenities! We ordered room service for breakfast and the set up was exceptional. They brought in a dining table and made sure we had everything we needed for a delightful meal. Unfortunately, I didn't care for any of the food, not even the fruit! The juice was good! The 2nd smaller bathroom had an issue with the sink and they were on it expediently, like within 10 minutes to repair it! All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

Had a fantastic experience with the Kempinski Nile Hotel, the staff were fantastic in catering to my every need in getting me a tour guide for the pyramids of Giza and providing me with driver when I needed to go to the souq. Abeer at guest relations was fantastic in making sure my every need was taken care of.
I would highly recommend stay at the Kempinski garden city, as the rooms were great and provided a great view of the Nile. Thanks for all your help and making my stay memorable.
