Facilities: The lobby and the swimming pool are nice. I don't know which "Tiancai" designer designed the room. The room is small, but the balcony is triangular and very small. Two adults can barely stand together.
Hygiene: General.
Service: During Easter, there are many guests and almost no service. The food in the riverside restaurant is really unpalatable. I ordered a barbecue, and it was covered with a pile of black residue. It was obvious that the barbecue net was too dirty, and the meat residue stuck on it. Every bite was bitter. The pasta was so salty. I couldn't eat it. When the waiter saw the almost untouched dishes when checking out, he asked if there was anything wrong with the dishes? I forced a smile and said nothing. I was too lazy to say polite words.
Enjoyed the stay and the professional hotel staff which was so friendly and helpful
Meals was fantastic and with very good variety.
Excellent destination which i am sure that i will come again.
They have a nice pool that you can check in the picture. Also their lobby merge between ancient Egypt and classical aristocrat building.
All people were friendly there.
However I came in 2009 to Egypt and I was since the time I said I might not visit again but this time it’s totally different especially with this special hotel keep it up and soon soon soon you will see me in January, planning to bring my family over here to enjoy the timing here. Thank you.
Took out one star for the the lack of drinking water bottles “ you have to request them in room but they only give two per person “ and it took way too long for water to arrive most of the time.
