As soon as I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist who checked me in. He spoke excellent French and immediately made me feel at home. One of the porters was also very friendly and professional.
At the Italian restaurant, Fouad is a real gem, and the waiter Abdo offered impeccable service. As for the spa, Maryam and Aya, as well as the masseuse (whose name I unfortunately did not remember), were simply incredible. The entire staff is highly qualified, attentive and always eager to make the guests' stay unforgettable.
The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, and although I traveled alone, I never felt uncomfortable, quite the contrary: everything was perfect for relaxing. The beaches are absolutely magnificent.
I highly recommend this hotel and hope to return for an even longer stay.
About the resort, very ok, they have everything you need for a 5-star hotel, super ok position, enough space on the private beach, where there were 2 lifeguards at all times, and 2 others at the pool, and they weren't just in numbers, very vigilant and responsible.
Another interesting aspect, the restaurant, they always had a wide variety of products, they always had the corner for sweets, the corner for salad lovers, a lot of ready-cut vegetables and sauces to choose from. Pay attention, at lunch and dinner, outside on the terrace is the grill corner, where a chef prepares a different type of very tasty dishes on the grill every day.
Here in the restaurant I had the pleasure of meeting Ahmed Mahmoud, a man with a strong character, who directs the people working in the restaurant with an iron fist, very oriented towards customer satisfaction, respect.
Disadvantages are that the room equipment is aging, the bathtub is a bit old, it is a bit far from the city, and shopping is not very convenient
The buffet restaurant is very crowded every day, mostly German tourists. The staff is OK, but not bad.
The only advantage is that the sea view is beautiful and it is only a few steps away from the beach. The room staff is very nice and even made towels for us.
