Beach: sandy beach lagoon, a private beach and adjacent to a public beach Zaytuna 3 km from the hotel, next to corals, there is a sandy entrance to the sea. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, beach towels – free of charge. There is a Shuttle service to the beach by boat. The length of Laguna beach is 120 m, the length of the beach at Zaytuna 100 m.

A special mention goes to Abdel Salam from the restaurant, who made our dining experience especially delightful. The staff at both the restaurant and the pool were consistently kind, always smiling, and even cracking jokes with the guests, which added to the overall pleasant vibe. They were incredibly helpful and always on top of their work.
Our only suggestion would be to add towel hooks in the bathrooms, perhaps behind the door, for added functionality.
The architecture is beautiful. Very well designed. Hats off for the late michael graves who’s the architect behind the magnificent design. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is top notch.
The hotel receiption accepted the postcards and put them in the table drawer .
We have not receive the postcards until today almost end of July 2024

the spa was a different case everything was amazing.
For starters, the fridge is making noises and the lamp exploded and there was no dental kit. This was solved when we contacted the receptionist however was frustrating.
There was a dead butterfly/insect when we arrived to the room on the floor, it was not cleaned until the second day when we pointed it out to the housekeeper.
On the second day, showering only to discover that the shampoo container is empty and needs a refill. Contacted the reception 3 times till someone answered with complete carelessness and sent us someone to refill after 10-20min.
We also found the foot towel like this right after they cleaned the room!
We left our mugs at our friend’s room the night before only to be instructed by the housekeeper the next day that “your mugs are in the other room” without adding two new ones and taking the other two from the other room!!
Honestly the whole experience is 2/3 stars maximum.

The rooms are quite large. Services are good and well organized, however, I had a much more expectations.
Overall experience is good and worth to go again.
You have enough beach and pool space but if you are a woman, the external workers would come and stare or talk to you at the beach.
They have wifi but not everywhere and not reliable.
The food is great and the breakfast buffet is more than enough but they don’t really serve Arabic meals.
The bathroom … wow amazing looking with white Marmor and a lot of space but many „buts“: 1. You hear workers through the windows basically nonstop and it feels like they are with you in the bathroom, 2. the floor of the shower is super slippery, 3. they have an amazing looking rainshower but it didn’t work, 4. it smells like chlorine 5. no conditioner, no body cream
The other hotel guests: some elderly, some families or group of friends that want to golf together and many … like really a lot of Germans. I‘d say 90% Germans who would also talk to you in German…
You can hear your neighbors, even if their phone is vibrating.
The hotel staff is great. No but here at all. They are nice, competent, speak several languages and to be honest they are the best part of this hotel.
All of the above mentioned things would not make me avoid this hotel but you should be aware of these things when considering booking this hotel. After three nights I decided to go to another 5star Hotel and that was a good decision.
