The cleanliness of the room was terrible, the lock hadn’t worked for days, and nobody cared to fix it. We waited for hours in front of our room and no one came — they only told us 5–6 times to change the card at the reception, but even then the lock didn’t work, and we were strung along for days. The only polite staff were the people doing room service and working in the restaurant. Everything else was a complete disaster for that amount of money — the agreement was not respected, and cleanliness and atmosphere were at a very low level. As for the food, it is not suitable for people used to European cuisine — it is full of spices we are not accustomed to. The cleanliness of the bathroom, especially the shower cabin, was catastrophic, although I must praise the staff who provide room service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
On our first night we were given a filthy two bedroom apartment type of accommodation on the second floor with no lifts for a family with children which was absolutely shocking one room had no lights .
We were relocated to the bungalows which were dated and not maintained, the bathrooms are disgusting. The food wasn’t good either, we ate in the Italian restaurant located within the hotel one night and the food was horrible. The wellness and spa centre was a joke we had a massage in hospital ward types of rooms I was asked lie on a damp towel which had not been changed from the previous massage.This is not a 4* hotel it’s more 3*.So if you’re looking for luxury this is definitely not your choice.
My stay at the hotel was very pleasant, and I really liked the hotel. The staff were very professional, respectful, and served us quickly.
I would like to give special thanks to the housekeeping staff member responsible for my room, Mr. Mamdouh Fouad. He was very helpful, kind, and friendly. I truly appreciate him and thank him very much, and I hope he will be honored because he is a good, tidy, and polite person.
There is also a very cheap supermarket with European food brands, for very cheap, if u are interested!
Very good experience, we still have 6 days so I might write a final comment at the end of my vacation! For reference I am Italian and my partner German. We really like it here! (Also: Egyptian beer is actually good! But for the Italians: be careful to the pasta in the buffet, not the best one, but still good! Ask for red sauce pasta, which is tomatoes, it is better than the white sauce).
Also, the gym is very good and the spa too! We did so many massage, if you bargain well they give you a very good price! The desert safari is also good, a little short and finished at 18:30 not 20 (6:30pm not 8pm) so we were a little disappointed, but the tour guide was nice!
The entertainment team were great.
Lots of fun every night!

Each day the new animation team had activities on the beach, which is wonderfull, with clean water and a bar on the beach.
It was an amazing vacation😀
The food is terrible: burnt sausages for breakfast and a very limited selection of dishes. For the same price, our vacation in Turkey was much better.
The staff constantly asks for tips, which creates discomfort. The pool is officially open from 8 AM until sunset, but everyone is kicked out by 6 PM. No one can explain why the written rules don’t match reality. Even the managers support this confusion and fail to resolve guest conflicts.
On the positive side, there is a sandy beach with decent entry on the right. However, swimming beyond the buoys is prohibited — lifeguards whistle. The buoys are only 20 meters from the shore, severely limiting swimming space.
Overall, we are extremely dissatisfied with the hotel and its staff, especially the managers who do not address guests’ issues. I do not recommend this hotel!
I'll add that the grill bar is French fries and maybe a cutlet or liver. That's it! On the beach, lifeguards harass young girls.
