Animation are very good also. What I can say is that the guest are quite rude and unpleasant. But overall I am extremely happy with the hotel the staff and my rooms and will continue to go back as I like it
Today the lifeguards had a training on the beach, we were very shocked how badly they are trained. Drowning is therefore the better option. Neither would they be shown what it's like to bring a person from the sea to the beach, the heart massage will definitely cause rib fractures. Whether the patient may have swallowed the tongue is not checked at all. The boys put on their swimming goggles first, before everything was really water, it took 7 minutes. The fitness of the boys also leaves a lot to be desired. Their equipment on the beach is very inadequate to react accordingly. A professional should actually train here and not someone who watches it on TV from time to time.
Better education and education and equipment would make the guys better.
Very bad food, not varied, I had a stomach infection and a fever, and now I am taking medication and have not recovered yet. and they don’t care about cleanliness, especially cleaning the rooms. They didn’t change the bed sheets before our arrival, until the time of our departure, there are insects in the hotel and upon our arrival, we found different rooms other than the ones we had booked in advance. Otherwise, the beach and the hotel’s location are very good, but it’s not recommended to go there.
The restaurant has very bad small cats always around,
The first time I saw a restaurant & recaption without AC,
After 2 hours waiting in reception, I got my room so dirty no one cares to check before giving me the key.
In the first night we couldnt sleep since they gave us a room next to a big egyptian familly with kids and they were yelling till 5 am , after complaining to the reception they gave us a bungallow( they are more clean and quiet) ... Rooms are old but the guys from cleaning they where trying to keep it clean for us , also we had problems with cold/hot water , is not working all the time....
Food is the same every day and can find something to eat only if u are there first , either way is dirty everywhere and u might not find to much food or a place where to stay to eat , restaurant is small for all the poople, they dont clean the tables well and is hot like hell inside most of the times....
The worst thing that happen is that they dont provide u enough water , they gave u time to time in morning 2 bottles ( 0.5 l ) and after u have to go and fill it from the bar but they dont fill more than 1 bottle so we did buy from the store....another bad thing that happen is that when my husband asked for cold beer the guy from lobby bar sent him to Mc Donalds to buy (but thats just a guy from there that is acting like this, the rest are very nice )
Take notice that the pool is dirty and very small ,full with people all the time too and from the sea they get u out at 6 pm and dont let u bath or swim anymore in it :(
Overall was a nice 7 days vacation but as i said is a resort full of problems that dont really deserve 4 stars just cuz they have a nice garden or beach....shame that they dont really seam to care to do something about it ...

I recently stayed at [Zya Regina] and I must say it was one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel needs significant improvements in several areas.
Firstly, the room service was abysmal. Despite calling multiple times, my requests were either ignored or poorly handled. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with such unresponsive and inefficient service.
Moreover, I found that an overwhelming 90% of the staff were unfriendly and unprofessional. It was disheartening to see such a lack of care and attention to guest satisfaction. The staff's attitude made the entire stay unpleasant and uncomfortable.
In summary, my experience at [Zya Regina] was extremely negative. The lack of professionalism, poor room service, and unfriendly staff have left me with no desire to return or recommend this hotel to anyone. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works towards improving their services.
The aqua park turned out to be a major safety concern due to an ineffective guard, leading to several accidents among guests within a matter of several minutes. Overall, from inadequate room sanitation and unhelpful service to rude staff and unsafe facilities, this hotel fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, as it is the worst I have experienced in my travels across Egypt.
