Really nice hotel. Staff are really helpful. Lots to do and in a nice location. The room was spacious. However, it was tired and in need of some refurbishment.
The food was nice and varied.
Although expensive, we used the spa facilities, which were great.
We would be happy to come back.

Our second stay here, and by no means our last! Their service is second to none; the staff are lovely, friendly people and love to help and assist wherever they can. Cannot fault the hotel either, it is kept clean and well looked after at all times, the staff are diligent and always busy making sure it is a clean and welcoming environment. Location is fantastic, it is on a wide stretch of beach with plenty of comfortable sun loungers, loads of gorgeous fish in the water to paddle with, and regular boat trips to a nearby reef for snorkelling with tropical fish. And last but not least, our main reason for coming back: the food! Loads of options for restaurants, and so much choice of hot and cold dishes in the main restaurant, which changes three times every day and with every meal time. The chefs are extremely diligent with presentation and quality of the dishes. The food is personally one of my favourite things I look forward to when coming back here, and most importantly, it is wonderful to see that the chefs and staff also eat and enjoy the same food as the guests. Overall, feels like a much cleaner and more welcoming home away from home! Can’t wait to come back again!

Excellent hotel with a good location right next to old Egypt market. Night time when it comes to life, lots of shops and places to eat.
Great hotel, food was really good especially dinner. The staff were excellent, really friendly and always helping when required.
The cleaning staff were also excellent. Karim who cleaned our room during our stay was really friendly and always provided excellent service.
Would come back here again.

The hotel itself is lovely and has everything you need from a holiday resort. The beach is superb for Sharm as you can access the water directly from the beach and the water is generally calm and very warm.
The staff can not do enough for you and will cater to you every need.
The entertainment staff are engaging and full of life but not pushy. If you are up for a laugh then join in with their fun.
Food was of good quality. Drinks were generally good but the wine is sub-standard if you like the decent stuff.

An Unforgettable Experience – We Can't Wait to Return!
We visited this hotel on vacation in March and had such an incredible time that we are eagerly counting down the days until we return at the end of September.
The service here is the best we've ever experienced in Egypt. The staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The cuisine is delicious, with fresh vegetables, a wide variety of fruits, desserts, meats, and seafood. The selection of dishes is impressive, and the quality of the alcohol is top-notch—cocktails are especially excellent.
The hotel's grounds are clean and well-maintained, with rooms being cleaned daily. The location is perfect, with a beautiful beach just steps away. It's a small hotel, which means fewer people and a more intimate, peaceful atmosphere—absolutely perfect for a relaxing getaway.
We can’t wait to return at the end of September!

Our trip has been amazing and the stay at the hotel was the best. Really beautiful place and excellent location. The staff have been so welcoming and friendly. Great service throughout our stay. The entertainment team have also been full of good vibes (Mohamed, thank you for inviting us to the events every night). I will for sure come back and will definitely recommend this place. Thank you to everyone at Iberotel hotel.

Friendly and calm atmosphere to chill without hustle and bustle. Kindhearted people who are eager to please. Coral reef free boat service daily every hour from 0900 to 1500 pick up and drop off by Islam a very nice chap. Bring rock shoes for safety and snorkelling gears - both can be purchased at a decent price within hotel shops. Entertainment team 1000-1600 on beach areas and evening at arena.
All inclusive menu is varied and exquisite. Drink all day at various points, and you have the likes of smiley George, who is always walking around under the parasols and marquees to refill. Beautiful clear bay right in front of the hotel. In my experience, it is the best hotel in this bay
I would definitely revisit : spa, beauty, and diving experiences worth the money.

Amazing hotel. Everything here is so clean and you feel so safe. The staff at the hotel cannot do enough for you. They are so friendly and polite, some hotels I have been to, you feel a little intimidated but not here. Everywhere inside is air conditioned and is lovely and cool, obviously a different story outside....but that can't be helped but it is very warm in the evening so ladies don't worry about bringing a wrap or cardigan....trust me you won't need it! There are activities to do during the day run by the entertainment team. They have aqua fit, volleyball, bowls, stretching and on some days there are shows and activities such as cocktail making. Some of the equipment they use is a little dated and they could do with being replaced, like the bowls.....when there is a large group it would be better if there were 2 jacks and some more balls (also ones that are not rusty) as it would be a lot easier. They come round and speak to you, but do not pressure you to take part if you just wish to relax which in my eyes is much better than previous hotels I have been to, when this becomes very irritating with them constantly harassing you.
The entertainment team all seem very polite and want to make sure you are happy on holiday.

Very nice place to enjoy the time in peace. Best beach in Sharm, super big and clean. Stuff in hotel are friendly guys, everyone working hard here. Entertainment team is good, always smiling and active, they have different events that we love to join.
About fitness here is also something to do, many different fitness activities on the beach by entertainment and also hotel has a gym and tennis court. Girls in spa are also fine, we got a good massage session here.

Stayed at the hotel for a week in May. Visited both the buffet restaurants, huge wide range of food to cater for any food requirements. The rooms were amazing, air conditioning was so needed kept us cool at all times. The facilities at the hotel were great, gym on site with good equipment. The pub in the evening was fantastic, great music and vibes with good drinks. The entertainment team during the evening was amazing, made the holiday. Each evening they had a different event planned, couldn’t recommend Ahmed and the team enough. They made us all feel included and made the evening a lot more fun and enjoyable. Definitely would visit this hotel again :)
