Friendly Staff, expecially Reception and Eng. Adam Ashraf. Nice pools, good beach. Family friendly. For the Rooms (Studios)...they have many different once. Different sizes and styles. But each one has something special.

Very respectful service, however the residents turn to be very ugly in saving the coastal area clean as it should be

Great value of money: spacious beach, nice refreshed rooms, units seem have been renovated recently. Room & bed linen were clean and fresh. Courteous management. Close to Senzo mall. Recommended for few days peaceful escape by the Red sea!

Great Place to enjoy your summer holiday with family, very affordable prices per-night stays. Great view of the sea in some of the chalets.

Very clean and quiet place. Very nice view. apartments small but comfort. God equipped kitchen. Place have 3 swimming pools but unfortunately one (for children) have no water and other one (with slides) was under maintenances. Hope next time everything working.

The waterslide turns on after lunch and that is fun for kids and adults. The pool is nice, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach.

Service great,except they said they have heated pool but they did not say it only works from end of November, instesd made excuses daily

Although I was staying in a different hotel, but Marina Steakhouse was the breakfast restaurant. It is one of my favorite spots in Gouna for early morning coffee and breakfast. The view is lovely, staff are super friendly and a good selection of food.

Very good location with a wide variety of options for breakfast. The staff is super friendly and very helpful! The location is very ideal for divers as the dive centre is a 2 minutes walk away. Would highly recommend and I would definitely come back to this place.

The rooms and the hotel itself can use a bit of renovation. But I am giving 5 stars because the staff they employed here are incredible. Really kind and friendly. This hotel was perfect. We arrived late and only needed one night since we will be going on a liveabord trip this afternoon. This hotel has a 24-hour front desk, security, breakfast included, and the most accommodating and friendly staff. There is a bar, a restaurant, a spa and a pool and Wifi. I do not recommend it. Despite the friendly staff the facilities are terrible. The sheets worn out, the tissue was not sufficient, no drink water provided. Breakfast was just so average. With the price in Hurghada you can get better. We booked a junior suite and it looked so different from the picture

Hi The hotel location is very good, close to Sheraton road by walk and to Marina it's 9 mins by car, staff is nice and helpful but room is pathetic, it's big on top with sea view but from balcony you can see another resort hotel construction too. Tea was expensive if we order separately. Breakfast was so good, overall hotel is so dirty, no room cleaning service.

This is a , You get what you pay for, kind of place. The hotel was cheap do I wasn't expecting the best. If you wanna find a place where just sleep is needed, then this is it. Yes the place could do with a revamp but the price I paid, I would stay again.

I’m post this review to thank the staff “Taha” who sent a driver to the airport in the morning to deliver a power bank to us. Solving this problem within 30 minutes was not simple 🥹🥹👍🏻 Additionally, the room wasfully equipped, clean, and affordable, Highly recommended!

Location Charbel near the center of Hurghada, nearby there is all the necessary infrastructure - supermarkets, ATMs, cafes and restaurants, as well as several beaches. The team of boutique hotel was always really nice and they helped us with everything. They even sent a fruit basket to the room when someone of us was sick. BUT the seaview rooms are quite noisy at night and day due to an open sky nightclub and a pool / beach club with awfull mixed musik just in front of the hotel ( 100m ) and sometimes a very bad "singer" employed by the hotel for its restaurant terrasse just below...

Staff is nice and rooms are clean and tidy overall but bathroom is terrible,water pressure low ,shower moldy and rusty,really need a makeover. Position is perfect if u want to go party at night or excursions in the morning. There is the beach club right in front where u can access as guest of the hotel ,they make parties till very late at night,so avoid if u need to sleep.

The furniture in the rooms is quite old and used already! There should definitely be some adjustments done. Staff in the hotel were all very friendly and helpful (after some tips)! Very Good hotel One of the highlights was the unlimited free food and drinks, with a wide variety and high quality offerings at the buffets. I just came back from this hotel. Everything was amazing, the staff is super friendly and respectful towards guests. The hotel, beach and all the area is very clean, you can see people taking care of the property all day. The food was very good, lots of options. I will definitely come back again! :)
