Could find no faults, all the staff are so helpful and friendly and attentive, rooms cleaned and freshened daily and anything asked for is sorted with no issues. A wonderful serene spot by the beautiful Red Sea in Soma Bay Hurghada. The hotel and staff members do a fantastic job making our stay feel like a luxury spa experience.
