We had a wonderful holiday with a blip in the middle when my fiancee was being violently sick all night and which destroyed the next day too after eating at the Italian and the pool snack bar. We are very pleased with the hotel itself and the conditions on site. Very nice and helpful service - fantastic animation team (seven - ue ue). The room we got was freshly renovated, huge, with a kitchenette and a huge bathroom. Great view of the sea, marina and city. The hotels management and services are friendly. The beach and the aqua park were the best places to stay at . The life guards and the animation team are very energetic and helpful. And somewhere funny and happy

It was nice to stay in that place and the beach is very beautiful it got a nice view and the animation team is very nice all of them are great entertainers mo and deba and mido and husien but the service is the worst and there re some bar man on the beach they call him x he is so rude and he is fighting with everyone he is dangerous person but everything else is very good

The beach and pools were good.

Great food, amazing beach. Could play more music while animation on break.Big shout out for Mari from the animation team. We have asked her few questions and she found the answer for us in no time. Always coming by to check on guests . Brilliant girl.

The service was amazing and rooms were absolutely incredible. AC was in check and pools were very clean and bar was very good with service entertainment and animation team couldn’t ask to be better so friendly and helpful. Would totally recommend and would visit all the restaurants, especially the entertainer turbo. He was amazing .

First time at this hotel and we will be back. Great little spot on the beach. Pools are lovely, sea is warm. Bar team are very helpful drinks. Youssef is excellent on the beach bar. Very friendly and accommodating. Food could be better in the evenings in the buffet restaurant. Themed evenings every night but not for the fussy eaters. Overall a good hotel for the sun worshippers.
