The hotel is nicely located but the rooms are a bit outdated. The beaches around are pretty cool, but with little bit of care and awareness it could be a lot better. All the beach was full of plastic bottles and even under the see you can find plastic cups and bags that fly from the boats. It’s a bit sad when you advertise the snorkelling activities and the ocean and you don’t take care of it.

One of the best hotels in the area, Ehab in the lobby bar was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful! He did some of the best cocktails and the best part they are all included. They make there own Liquor ( must try the Orange Liquor)

To start, I've noticed a lot of negative reviews, but many of them mention that you can always find something to eat. As for the rooms, I don't quite understand what people expect for the price they pay. Hassan, the room steward, was amazing, and so was Muhamed from the pool. Ahmed from the pool bar was also great. However, I think the staff at the front desk could benefit from better training.

The garden it's beautiful...lots of pools....the staff is annoying... always trying to sell you things or running after tips...even at my departure day, someone from housekeeping knocked my door more than once...did not let me sleep...the food is not good ..but well it's also very cheap...I tried the seafood restaurant and it was actually nice...and not expensive... I think what I did not like at all...

Unfortunately it was too crowded and mostly by kids, so, it was quite dirty. Reception staff need some better teaching how to treat patrons and visitors. Restaurant needs to improve the variety of recipes and to calculate the amount of food on the buffet. The dining room is small.

The hotel is generally good, rooms seem to be clean and the sea view is pretty good. Although the food is unacceptable for a 5 star hotel, it's not tasty at all and even the fruit served is bad. The rooms need to be found with some snacks offered and the place is too much crowded. This resort could offer so much more for what we pay.

The food in the restaurant is good, it could be better, but the drinks are good too. We enjoyed the rest of the hotel, our room had been recently renovated. People in there are so nice, rooms almost perfect, good quality of food and drinks, I’ll recommend it to everyone who want to visit Egypt, trust me you have so much to see there!
