I was on the family section, it was good but far away from the sea and everything, there's a new villa buildings, it's new section and modern, it looks amazing as a decoration and have a bar lounge and theatre for shows

Snacks: were average maybe the pizzas were over average. Animation: is a bit repetitive, but they had some competitions in the beach and at the pool

I booked through a third-party agent, whose policy states that guests up to 17 years old are considered children. However, upon arrival, the hotel insisted that anyone over the age of 12 is classified as an adult

What made the experience particularly disappointing was the manager’s unprofessional behaviour. He refused to speak directly with me or other women in my family, insisting instead on addressing a male relative

It is unfortunate because the hotel itself does cater well to children, and most of the staff we encountered outside of check-in were polite and helpful

Great place for families vacation

While the facilities had potential, the check-in experience and management’s handling of the situation overshadowed our stay. Based on this, I cannot recommend this property and will not be returning

It's rare to see all-inclusive restaurants for East Asians. There are many swimming pools, but the beach is not big and the beach chairs are all full. The facilities are relatively old, but the hygiene is good

The hotel is small, the beach is average, the food is all white food, the restaurant we booked is a Spanish restaurant which is also average. There is a very small area for children to play, but it requires a fee

Then do not complain if the employees are not the nicest with you or they changed your room! Other than this, me and my partner have been so kind and nice to every employee and they are very very friendly and also funny I would say! They are nice people and the resort is situated in a very good place, with many shops around and restaurants or fast foods

Also, the gym is very good and the spa too! We did so many massage, if you bargain well they give you a very good price! The desert safari is also good, a little short and finished at 18:30 not 20 (6:30pm not 8pm) so we were a little disappointed, but the tour guide was nice!
