It's really beautiful there are apartments and there're studios and the most thing I like is the pool it have a simple two slides and it's big and you can have a really good privacy

I was considering renting an apartment in this complex, as my friend, who has been living here for several months, recommended it. Unfortunately, my visit left a very negative impression.

The staff showed disrespect and bias toward me due to the lack of a passport during the viewing. I understand the importance of documents, but this does not justify rudeness and a dismissive tone. In the modern world, where customer focus plays a key role, such behavior is unacceptable.

Moreover, I witnessed how the staff violated the rights of the owner (my friend). Even her presence and attempts to help could not resolve the issue—they questioned her authority as someone who has been living in this complex for many months and is a part of it. This further undermined my trust in this place.

Perhaps this was an isolated incident, but it left a negative impression. I hope the management pays attention to this situation and works with the staff to ensure this does not happen again.

This compound is a dream getaway! The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed for both comfort and style. Waking up to a breathtaking view of the beach every morning was truly magical—it’s the perfect setting for relaxation.

The swimming pool is a standout feature, with crystal-clear water and plenty of lounging space around. The two slides add an extra layer of fun, making it a hit for both kids and adults alike. It’s the ideal mix of leisure and excitement.

Rooms was not good enough cuz it lacks for good cleaning,

Bathroom was so bad and smells terrible all the time cuz there not air hood in the bathroom!!

Food was so bad and lacking for hygiene factors , i saw a fly on the food !!

Staff was good but this is not enough to go to that hotel again!

Very delicious mongolian restaurant in Pyramisa Sahl Hasheesh! We had dinner every second evening at the beach with warm welcoming people! Even if no reservation they welcomed us. At the front desk the acceptance of spontaneous bookings is less desirable. We warmly recommend the mongolian restaurant with the Chef, Akhrab and the team! Shukran for the great time!

The hotel was ok furnished but the food was not good. In the three days we spent there the water was out for 6 hours and the day after was out for 12 hours .can you imagine that you stay in a room with water in the bathroom fro 12 hours it was terrible .

I have booked this hotel for 3 night 4 days the second night we got cut out of water faucet from 9pm until next day 4 am . Wel did bot mention it we did not care as we sleep so cunsuming the water does not matter. But next the water was out from 12 am till 11:30pm can you belive it? With out water ib a supose yo be a respectable hotel?!

Time share trip with my family. They provided two connected rooms to better accommodate us (2 adults and 3 kids) with one room of them with simple kitchen (oven, countertop stove and some dishes and kitchenware). The room view is sea view and the other is side view. No food is available at the hotel. The service is good and friendly. The beach is too far, too small and the sea isn't good at all.

Another great holiday at the Pyramisa hotel, always a great reception here, from Mr Mohamed Zakaria and all of his staff , weather was a little cool but did not stop us from having a wonderful time, the staff at the restaurants were very efficient as usual, a special mention for , Aboutaleb ,Abdullah, all 4 Mohameds , Mustafa,and Akram , room sevice was very good , lots of refurbishment going on but did not affect us in any way. So our next stay will be in a newly renovated room 🤞😜

Power outage for 4 days! Without a license or insurance! Very cheap, untrained, depressing, etc. etc. etc. far from the seashore! Without any services (tea, coffee or even mineral water!) It is considered very expensive for its services and capabilities!!
