We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Aqua Joy Resort! The place is very clean, and the food was tasty with plenty of variety. The staff were extremely friendly, and management was very responsive. As I was third time in this hotel, I like its location, size - it is not t extra large complex so you can reach any part of it in a few minutes: from the room to the restaurant, beach, reception etc. Most of all I like its beach and sea. Wonderful stay. Immaculate hotel, lots of food choices and plenty to do. Beach is great, you can spend days just snorkelling in the bay! Only downside - like most places in Egypt - is the constant sales pestering, but they are polite when you turn them away. The hotel is making loads more upgrades too, so will definitely return!

It was 14 years since we last stayed at Fort Arabesque. We knew it was a good hotel but it has improved in so many ways since we last visited. The facilities, grounds and beach are fabulous. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. I’ve now stayed 3 times at ‘The Fort’ and I’m sure I’ll be back.

Very good food, the amount of food was on point! The drinks were amazing. The whole stuff made ours stay beautiful and pleasant. The animation crew were the absolutely amazing! We gonna miss them. The beach was wide and breathtaking.

I have to say this place was incredible! It was our first time in Egypt and they made it so special! The food was amazing! Somthing different every day and so so much to choose from As well and multiple locations to eat at! every single staff member we spoke with or assisted us was just incredible! From sun beds service to cleaning! The entire team should be proud. I couldn’t praise this place...

Great hotel. Very big and brilliant for children. Food good. Water slides really good. Rooms comfortable and clean. Most of the staff very friendly. It wasn’t our first experience in Egypt, but it was a nice one. The hotel is not new, but there is a renovated part. The room is great, everything is new and nice. The beach is amazing, the entrance in the water is wonderful, you can choose where to swim: deep water or shallow water. The staff is nice, polite and very friendly. They speak different languages, so they can easily help you. Food is okay...

I really like a time spend on blend club with my familiy. Bueatyfull plage, great aquapark and cery raster food. It is a seconda time here, and for sure not last.

The people are very friendly and everyone are so welcoming. Every day was so much going on, stretching classes, dancing classes, in the evenings it was always some kind of activities but also could relax and chill. The food was very great and i will hope to come again one day definitely!!

The most outstanding positive of the hotel is the abundant, delicious and wide selection of dining options. They were meticulous about cleanliness, perhaps trying to compensate for the run-down appearance. Overall, it was acceptable.
