Good modern hotel. There was everything we needed. Clean. New furniture. We didn't use the kitchen but it also looked very good.

With an early flight at Alicante, we needed a place to shower and rest. This was booked at the last minute. The price kept changing through the booking but finally was charged €83. 2 bedroom apartment which slept 4, even though there was only 2 of us. 2 bathrooms. We found ourselves in need of a hotel near the airport at short notice. We weren't expecting a lot from this hotel as it was only £63 for a 2 bed apartment. We were so surprised when we arrived. It's right in the center. My only complaint is thar the walls are thin so you can hear your neighbors and the TV in our room wasn't working. But that didn't really affect us much. Overall, very nice place to stay in Alicante

Good place for a small family stay

We booked this last minute as quick as we could in Alicante airport after the strikes and we were stranded for best part of a week …close to the airport 15 euros in taxi…close to marina and Alicante Old Town 10/12 euros in taxi each way …pool was lovely and had 2 outdoor jacuzzis …apartment was huge spacious and clean did the job …cheap as chips to stay here …reception friendly and so was little cafe...

It is a very good hotel for its price.

We found a good deal for a three bedroom apartment and were very happy with our stay. The proximity next to Alicante airport makes it very convenient. It is close to the airport but you don’t hear the planes! It is also close to Alicante if you want to visit the city. We stayed on two occasions and at first we enjoyed the pool area as it is excellent for small children. It is also not too busy or crowded...

Rooms nice …. Breakfast was always cold! Went to play golf …. 2 hours for 6 hole..pre- booked tee time was 12.20… told to come back at 13:00, no apologies. Called Marshall to try and speed up play , only to be told it it was busy… REALLY. Won’t be returning

Positives: Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. Pools were not crowded and in good repair. Breakfasts were enjoyable with a fair choice. Very good stay experience! If you don't pursue living by the sea, but care more about living comfort, quality and cost-effectiveness, especially for self-driving families with children, I highly recommend staying here. Although it is a few kilometers away from the city center, you can get a quieter environment and a larger room, free parking, a nice swimming pool and breakfast, and the guy at the front...

Gym was nice, bedroom big enough and well kept. There was rust in the bathtub though.

Very good hotel, good location, great environment

The breakfast staff were pleasant. I complained about the lack of vegetables for breakfast, and they stepped up their game the next day with a vegetable dish. Otherwise, the room is OK, and breakfast is quite OK for short stays but thends to be repeatable. The room cleaning service is not that good. We found our pajamas tossed over a bag, though we left them on the bed. And a pair of pants on the floor...

We had 2 great nights at this hotel on the 4th and 5th of December. Initially, we were only staying for one night but decided to stay another night. Staff were pleasant, and the hotel was spotless. Gabriel served us for dinner and was brilliant! And the hotel brought us a lovely bed and bowls for a dogs which was very kind. Beautiful room, comfy beds. Lovely experience!

Hands down the most relaxing hotel you can book for Alicante! It is a 20-25min walk to the city center but the was is well lit and safe. You are close to the port and running trails. The gym, sauna, and jacuzzi is create for relaxing during the day when it’s too hot out. The safe is great and they accept luggage hold when you check out of the hotel.

Ideal location yet breakfast is very disappointing with very limited selection

Lovely hotel it was in a great place , no where to chill downstairs and a few things wrong with room shower door was not shutting properly and the terrace door was sticking and making a noise but they were very good and sent someone although the terrace door wasn’t fixed . Also no British TV . Aircon was great ! But overall good stay and I would stay again

Really nice hotel in the heart of Alicante, close to beach and restaurants, shops, buses. There is a parking if you bring the car, wich will have a discount. The rooms were modern, huge, mattress was very comfortable. The toilet was big and modern with all the necessary toiletries. The breakfast was tasty with healthy options. Will definitely come back :)

Great service and location Great location and very helpful staff. Modern, comfortable room (standard, 2307) with a good bed and nice common areas. No breakfast included. The air conditioning did not work, making the night uncomfortably hot. I was offered a new room for the last night, but it came too late to be useful. I was given a fan instead. A water station in the hotel would also have been appreciated

A great stay in a very well-located hotel! Well-connected, 5 minutes from the beach, a top-notch location. The receptionist was friendly. However, the room smells every day. It's like a sewer, and it's not very pleasant. There's only one small elevator for the entire hotel (6 floors), so don't be in a hurry going up or down: it stops at every stop! If you're unlucky, you have to wait for the next one...

Location was perfect, with beach, shops and bars within walking distance. Rooms very clean, felt comfortable and safe. Great shower. Could be given little touches to add more colour/personality. Full length mirror and coat peg would be a nice addition.
