Love this Location so Close to airport and at the Begining of the city. Very peaceful environment with private car park. With a Cafe below just makes it a very relaxing place from the noise of the city. Great for those who love a quite and relaxing time
it’s a nice hotel, the room wasn’t special but pretty big for the price. the pool is really nice and wasn’t full at all when we were there. you can get to the city center by bus and the beach is also really close! also i would recommend visiting the parc which is about a 10 minute walk and sooo nice
excellent. very near to sea. love to stay again
Good modern hotel. There was everything we needed. Clean. New furniture. We didn't use the kitchen but it also looked very good.
With an early flight at Alicante, we needed a place to shower and rest. This was booked at the last minute. The price kept changing through the booking but finally was charged €83. 2 bedroom apartment which slept 4, even though there was only 2 of us. 2 bathrooms. Walk-in shower was broken, so I had to hold shower head. Basic stuff in the kitchen, no kettle, so we bought water. Lounge sofa covered...
We found ourselves in need of a hotel near the airport at short notice. We weren't expecting a lot from this hotel as it was only £63 for a 2 bed apartment. We were so surprised when we arrived. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and we were able to check in about 4 hours before we were advised when we booked. It took us around 30 minutes to walk to a beautiful park where we found a...

Currently staying here and cannot fault the room. We are staying in the premier junior suite and it's just beautiful with a marina view. However I have one complaint! The staff in the restaurant and bar are just miserable and so unorganised. We never get asked if we want coffee, never mind if we want anything off the menu! and as for getting. Ice it's like asking for a pot of gold! I even got refused...
Just returned from a girls weekend in Alicante . What a beautiful hotel this is . On arrival a couple of the rooms were ready so we could check in . Couldn’t believe the size of the suite and the bath in the window was an added luxury .so easy to walk to the centre . All of the staff were outstanding especially the lady at the restaurant Nuria .. an absolute gem .. we were treat like royalty and had...
Just returned from a 7 day holiday at Suites Del Mar. We have visited this hotel many times and have always found the services facilities and the location excellent. However on our recent visit we were very disappointed with a few of the changes that have been made after the recent upgrade work completed at the first floor pool area. The smaller pool and sun bathing area is now not exclusive to Suites...
The breakfast and the snacks (ceasar salad...kinda... picture attached) we tried were disappointing. Both the variety and the quality need improvement. Javier (?) the front manager didn't let us check out late at 18h regardless their advertisement of late check out option. This way he traded off a satisfied actual guest to a non existing one he was still wanted to sell our room to (at 4 pm for the...
Really nice hotel! I checked in for a few nights into a suite on the fourth floor which had amazing views over the harbour and sea. The suite was beautiful - massive space, excellent features, very clean, very comfortable (and huge!) bed. Was only briefly at the pool, which was very nice. Poolside drinks/food menu was ok. Breakfast was very nice indeed - very generous selection. Staff were very polite...
Lovely hotel right by the port. Our room was the junior suite and it had a magnificent view of the sea and the beach. I would recommend a room facing the water as the port side can get very crowded and loud at night. Excellent breakfast buffet. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Two little pools. I would definitely return here.

the staff is very nice that they are willing to changing the room for us as my assigned room is much smaller than expected and we felt uncomfortable with the room.
The hotel was adequate for a boutique type as advertised. Room was on the small scale but pleasant enough. Air conditioning was erratic during the night. Not sure if I would book here in future.
Superb welcome. Attentive and very understanding staff. Clean rooms. I highly recommend! Bravo
Fantastic central location, beautifully decorated room and communal areas. Had breakfast one morning which was fine. Used the rooftop terrace every day, shame the bar is only open on weekends from 5pm. It’s a missed opportunity to have a drink or even breakfast every day.
Excellent location in the middle of old town. Windows have great isolation so you don’t hear the sound from the surrounding streets.
Very charming hotel
Delicious breakfast
Difficult parking
And the surrounding area had a different atmosphere in the afternoon

This hotel is really quiet, comfortable, and silent, offering great value for money.
Great service at hotel/ friendly staff! all recommendations
The hotel is very good. Having a car is recommended for getting to the beaches and exploring other areas. The cleanliness was fine, and the buffet was great.
Nice hotel, aut alecante from airport
The room was okay, and the mattresses were good. Unfortunately, it was noisy — there was a buzzing sound all night, like some kind of repair device, but I couldn’t tell exactly what it was.
Breakfast was fine, not really for foodies, but decent. However, the coffee was of poor quality.
The bathtub drain was clogged, and the button for the cover locking system was broken.
Unfortunately, there was a...
We stayed here as a team and were overall very satisfied with our experience. 🏨😊
The rooms were clean and comfortable — no complaints about cleanliness at all. ✨🧼
Breakfast was also quite good: fresh, varied, and tasty. I was personally happy with it. 🍳🥐☕
However, one thing surprised us: there was no drinking water provided in the rooms. If you wanted water, you had to go down to the reception area...

Arriving after midnight this hotel was a good option. I was able to self check-in, using the codes provided. The airport bus stops 6 minutes away, so the transfer was not a problem. The room was compact, clean, quiet & comfortable. A good buffet breakfast was included. The staff were efficient & friendly. Lots to recommend.
Just an overnight stay between trains and planes, property was good location for us, but 15 min walk to the front, staff were helpful and even had breakfast 10 min earlier than we should so we could get bus to airport
The free breakfast was nice. The no lift situation was not great but I can deal with it. What isn’t cool is the property advertised as free parking when there isn’t any parking at all. IF (and it’s a big IF) you can find street parking, that’s free in some areas depending on the painted color on the street. The receptionist said we could park at the pay facility down the street but with no in and out...
Central location , but disappointed.
Very disappointed that our room had four flights of stairs ( 80 year old pensioners), and all the lower rooms had younger people in them. There was 9 rooms and only 4 tables for breakfast, we had to stand eating our breakfast until one table was free. The water never got hot , ended up have a wash down in the morning. It states free parking, you have to pay in...
The staff is very welcoming and friendly.
We couldn't spend the night in the hotel because of a flight cancellation, even though the management allowed us to use the installation to get refreshed in the morning and even have breakfast afterwards.
The bedroom was quite big for 4 people and the amenities were good.
The hotel is in a good location, the bedroom is confortable and clean. The air-con works...
Good ubication, friendly & helpful staff.
Description says there is a free parking included - it's not true, this place doesn't have a parking :( You have to find & pay for the public parking by your own. It's more hostel than a boutique, but it was OK.

Nice hotel for a one star. Great location. Good value for money in the heart of Alicante.
Outstanding location, very clean room. Staff outstanding.
Will use again.
This is a great location. I wish the AC unit was in a different location. It made my sister freeze but then I was hot.
It feels like a cheap hotel, independently of its price.
Horrible smell in the room and corridors from the electric air freshener they have on the ceilings. Besides, it blinks bright green all the time. This smell mixes with the smell of mold.
Loud at night.
No rug in the bathroom
Small fridge
Hairdryer
Only one towel per person.
But very friendly staff.
Food amazing. No faults. As we were there on the last day of the year my friends and I were ordering a few drinks expecting to pay for them. Mortified when the bill came and they were included in the price of the meal. Would certainly go again if they allow me.
