The location is very good. Bang for your buck. The place is a little bit dated as you can see on the walls and the barhroom. One time, the bathroom drain was clogged but the hotel personal was very responsive. Even though no one is at the reception to help with stuffs, they answer quickly if you message them.
➡️ Location is absolutely fantastic 💥 Close to everything, bars 🥂, restaurants 🍕, beach 🐙, buses.... I will definitely book this place again 👍🌞
Great location, rooms are clean and neat. However, sound isolation is bad and the room we had didn't have enough daily light.
Simple but very practical hotel. The rooms are good enough for a visit for a couple of nights. The minimum stuff is there and you can expect quiet nights. The location is unbeatable and the staff, even though you may never meet them in person, is very forthcoming, friendly and helpful.
Nice techy rooms. Best toilet experience ever 😅. Amazing location. Recommended
Far too modern and gadgety for me with beds that slide if you try to sit up. Price for location excellent.

Good hotel. Parking lot under the hotel with 10€/day fee. A bit noisy, the walls do not isolate enough noise and some noise coming from streets. Missing brush for toilets. Only one light switch per room and only 2 sockets in room (one double-bed).
Well, I have been staying there for an extended weekend in April. Before the trip I went through the reviews here and I was a bit stressed about the stay, but everything went just fine. Here are the most common complaints that I came across: 'Noisy, thin walls' - That's true, you could hear the details of your neighbors' conversations and every flush in the toilet. However it's quite calm at night...
Great budget hotel, very reasonable and tasty food served there, room suited my needs and was clean and tidy. I would stay there again and recommend the place.
Great value hotel, close to central, could do with being a little bit more modern but it is a clean room and a general lovely experience.
Hotel staff are excellent but hotel is more than a little tired. Well placed for shopping, eating and beach.

Its more about the location than anything else... central to everything and close to the port. You can easily walk to all the main attractions. The hotel is clean but basic, some of the rooms have not been modernised but are adequate if all you need is a place to lay your head. Our group found the mattresses quite hard and there is only Spanish TV in the rooms. Breakfast was croissant and coffee with...
We stayed there for a couple of days. The staff is very friendly and will help you with whatever you need (calling a taxi, printing stuff, tips etc). We had great AC and the room was very comfortable. Also the price is very good for Alicante. The hotel is in proximity to everything. Bus, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets etc are within 5-10 min walk.
The hotel has a great location. My room was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. Great value for money. I would use it again.
This hotel is definitely worth more than 2 stars. Situated in the centre of town, my room had TV, aircon, bath with shower, shampoo and shower gel. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely stay again.
Simple, clean Amazing zen hotel. Staff were so warm and helpful. Perfect location. Close to the beach and other amenities.
Reception friendly. But don.t take the breakfast . For 5 euros you will get a full one in the corner. Room is just ok

The staff is very welcoming and friendly. We couldn't spend the night in the hotel because of a flight cancellation, even though the management allowed us to use the installation to get refreshed in the morning and even have breakfast afterwards. The bedroom was quite big for 4 people and the amenities were good. The hotel is in a good location, the bedroom is confortable and clean. The air-con works...
Nice hotel walking distance from the train station and next to Mercadona supermarket. Clean room, good value for money and nice staff.
Had a very pleasant night's stay here. Beds comfortable. Workmen working outside room until about 9pm but that was not a big problem as my grandson was 12, and not a baby. Breakfast was eaten in small courtyard as no seats indoors. Not a big choice and food not replenished. Enjoyed it overall tho. Good value.
Really nice and clean. Room looks like on the photos. 20min walking distance from the center. Only the towels were horrible. They didn't absorb water AT ALL. The towels were replaced everyday but every towel was like this...
The plus: it’s located close to the airport shuttle bus. The minus: I wonder where the word boutique in Wayteko Boutique Hotel S stands for. That word holds a promise to something special. There was nothing special: tiny rooms, no elevator, insufficient breakfast room. I’m sorry, we had hoped for something special. This was a disappointment.
Very good service, excellent location if you come by train! And a very complete breakfast. 100% recommended

Very good location. The room was nice and very clean. The staff was polite and helpful and the food in the restaurant was good.
Really nice hotel! The gentleman behind the receptions was really helpful and made sure we could enter our room earlier. Our luggage was already taken to the room. Location is perfect! Not in the busy night life street but a 5 min walk from it and 10 min walk from the beach. Room was great, clean and modern. Nice shower and perfect AC system. Would really recommend staying here! Thank you
Helpfull reception 24/h , clean room and nice smells. Everything very good and quickly ☺️ i recommended
Excellent location. Clean, with all the basic amenities. Small, just for sleeping a couple of days. Great service. Bring your bottle of water, there is no mini bar in the rooms. There is a vending machine with beverages at the reception (water, coffee..), only accepts coins. The restaurant at the reception opens late, so be prepared.
Good location. Great value. Clean and modern rooms.
Cheap and quiet place to stay in the center of Alicante. Really close to big region market.

Very well placed hotel in the old part of town. Lovely rooms, well appointed and clean. Checkin efficient and lovely staff. Breakfast well worth the 10 euros with hot and cold, fresh juices, coffee including decaffeinated and teas. Fresh pastries also. The roof terrace and complimentary sangria definitely worth a visit. They actually DO have parking a few yards from the hotel, €18 a night but you must...
I lost a draft review so will be more concise - it is a very positive review. We booked the hotel for a night at the end of stay due to an earlyish flight making it inconvenient to travel from our accommodation near Villajoyosa. We like this area of the city centre and it is fairly near the Mercado tram stop (downhill walk through some crowded streets) and near the front for the C6 airport bus. From...
Perfect stay, staff was very helpfull and kind and spoke great english. Would absolutely recommend this to a friend and stay here again! + wifi + cleanliness + central + aircondition
We spent seven days in this lovely boutique hotel. Guests staying here can expect tiny but uniquely styled romantic rooms. Located in the heart of the city, it's just a few minutes walk to any attraction. The staff was always helpful 24/7, their suggestions made it easy to plan a holiday. Special thanks here to Guillermo for his special attention (once he called a restaurant 14 times just to book a...
I only stayed at Les Monges for one night but it was an amazing experience. The hotel is beautifully decorated, it has a very unique historical atmosphere and the location is just absolutely perfect. Pretty good hotel. We booked one night, and after we checked a room,we decided to book one more night. Really good location.
Very central, cost effective hotel close to lots of bars and restaurants in Alicante. The beach is also just a short walk away. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. Given the price you can't really go wrong. No parking but they have a discounted deal with a local underground parking at € 10.50 per day
Really surprised with our room. Walk in shower and the balcony which was enclosed was amazing. Although the view was of the street it did not bother us as the price was good. This hotel is in a GREAT location; right in the center of Alicante and a barely five minute walk to the esplanade and old town. The staff was super friendly; I did upgrade to a "large" room, which is just right for one person. It is a budget hotel, well located in San Juan, we came for work. The clean room, air conditioning and bathroom. To get by for little money it is perfect
The minimum at the maximum price! 90 euros on a Saturday for a room worth 3 times less. They are playing on demand and honestly it is not justified. It's clean but couldn't be more outdated: broken drawer, undone shower curtain, box-spring bed from another era...

The staff is professional, helpful and speaks English well. Rooms clean, well stocked. Cleaned daily and the cleaning ladies very nice not imposing. I highly recommend this hotel.
Very nice hotel close to the beach. The rooms are big, the beds comfortable, great shower. Great breakfast and nice staff. I would have given 5* when they put some paintings on the wall and more moody lights instead of the very white walls and lights.
Needs an updated, the beds were not very comfortable and moves alot. The air conditioning system in our room wasn't functioning so we were move to a different room. The channels and entertainment on the TV was only in Spanish. Aside that, it had a lovely swimming pool. Kudos to the handyman he keeps the area tidy and clean. Finally, its in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach.
No Frills hotel. We stayed for 7 nights with our kid. Communication with the hotel was not that great and we ended up paying 175 euros extra for the 5 y/o kid’s extra bed. If you just want a place to spend night, go for it, but if you need a resort feeling, it’s not the place for you. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent.
Excellent hotel, clean comfortable, friendly staff, walking distance to the beach and great value for money

Not a hotel I would recommend. Staff very nice but food not great. The dinner buffet at 24 euros per person was more expensive than restaurants outside and food substandard. The only food that was good was fries. Sun loungers could use a good power wash. Rooms were clean although didn't top up hand soap. Ours had absolutely zero in it by second last day of our stay
Hotel Maya Alikante is OK. It's not the best 3 stars hotel, but it's also not the worse. The stuff was really nice and helpful. And the best part of the hotel: it's location. Some aspects need to be improved, first of all: breakfast. There is a small gym in the hotel, but it needs some cleaning and may be renovation.

We had a fantastic time in this hotel. So clean. Lovely and friendly staff 👏🥰the hotel is not in the centre of Alicante ( even better ), which was quiet. To get to the centre you need to catch the bus number 22. It's about a 20-minute ride. The hotel is close to the beach ⛱️ the food was very nice and a large selection for breakfast 👌 I strongly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed.
One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in on this trip to Spain. Room was lovely, setting was lovely, swimming pool and bar. Requested an iron to get the wrinkles out of some clothes and they lent us one straight away.
Nice hotel, tastefully refurbished and branded as boutique. We stayed just the one night bed and breakfast. The positives were that the room was modern, clean and comfortable and had a balcony. There was a mini fridge and a safe and everything was in good working order. It's also a pet friendly hotel so we were able to take our dog with us...but at an extra cost of 15 euros which is not only excessive...
Cute hotel with everything a guest can expect. Clean, well located, close to the beach. The staff is very attentive.
Very interesting architecture. Great welcome at reception from Alexandria. Very friendly. Enthusiastic and set the tone for our visit. Lovely clean room with TV. Swimming pool looked very inviting. Great value recommend a visit.
We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I struggled to sleep well due to noise coming from the other rooms and the main road near our bedroom door. The place is old, but the price is just right for the city Centre. The hotel has been built around the 80s, and is not updated much ever since. There are a lot of loud speaking people whom you can hear echoing in the cool air atria in the middle. Until 2 AM sometimes. There's no way around it. Bring earplugs. 24 hours desk and location - great.
Very good service. The housekeeping ladies are very nice. The reception is also great. Continental breakfast(sufficient) super service. A hotel in the center, close to everything. Maybe it would only be useful to modernize the rooms, but for my family it was ok.
Basic hotel with Balcon with view to the fort that needs some renovation. Seems to be that this was not done over the last 20 years. But ok! If you have no problems with 15min. walk via the nice streets to the coast boulevard it is good.

Did a two week stay at this hotel while on a work trip. Very comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and lovely helpful staff.
The sink had to be repaired and the toilet was flushing by itself. Taught the room would have an ovean view and a bucket of snacks, but apparently its only in more expensive rooms.

Really really those beds I had in my room were so comfortable and I slept like a baby. There were a couple of girls in the reception that helped us to get everything sorted out with our reservation. A great hotel. The staff is helpful and nice. One down side is when you’re in your room, you can hear everything outside in the hall. So I’m a light sleeper, so I woke easily when someone was talking or just walking outside my door. Beside that, great rooms, and the cleaning is very good. The hotel is very easy to find. If you take a bus from the airport, you just take C-6.
The hotel is VERY well located - 1 block from the seafront and a couple of minutes walk to the Old Town (Barrio). Room was clean, bathroom very well appointed and the staff were most friendly and helpful. Very good value. If I'm back in Alicante (and I hope I will be sometime), I will stay here again.
On the plus side the hotel is in a great location - convenient for the beach, restaurants, castle etc. It also has super helpful staff, a decent breakfast spread, and a free coffee machine. Only downside is that because it is central there can be a bit of noise from the street at night.
Beds are comfy and rooms are clean, though furniture has seen better days. Breakfast is great, staff are very polite and helpful. A slight but weird smell in both rooms I stayed.
Nice hotel. Room small but clean and has everything you could need. Ideal for a quick beach and town based break as location is pretty much ideal. Only down side was that we were woken at 07.30 every morning by workmen banging on the floor above us. When we enquired why we were not warned that they would be working above our room we were told that the works were not in the hotel but the building next...
What gem of hotel small but very clean and modern our room was par witj exspensive ones

Excellent hotel in the middle of Alicante. Lots or local bars and restaurants nearby. Excellent location for transport, not far to the train station and the main tram stop is a five minute walk, where you can catch the tram all the way up the coast to Dénia. Stopping at some fantastic beaches and coastal towns on the way. The bus to Alicante airport stops almost just outside the hotel. The staff are...
Good Valencian staff, English speaking, helpful to our disabled guests from England. New hotel in very central Alicante. Good bathrooms and fittings. Could do with proper shower floor mats and bedside rugs.
Great hotel. And in the rooms on the backside it is very silent. Maybe the view is not the best, but that´s not so important.
Staff is helpful and the check-in is quick. We stayed in a room facing the interior court yard, which is basically just facing an ugly wall. Beware that only half of the rooms face the street while half face that inner courtyard and it's hard even seeing the sky. Also the breakfast was very poor. Jus a few pastries, som fruits and yogurt. That's it.

Very pleased with the property and its location. Not a single negative.
I stayed here for two nights this month. I like its central ubication and their friendly staff. Unfortunately, the WIFI was not working in my room during the stay.
Just ok. Good quality for the price. Breakfast could be bettter as for 3 * hotel.
Nice hotel in a great location. I’m giving it five stars as the Italian receptionist Claudia was fantastic. I had fallen over and clicked my neck, and she got me ice rolled in ice. My phone was broken and she helped print off my travel tickets. She showed great patience and concern for my well being.
Nice hotel across from train station. Taxi €25 to Airport. Bar around corner nice for a cool beer.
Very nice hotel opposite the main station and aerobus bus stop. The centre of the city and most attractions are about a 10 minute walk away. Room was large with a very comfortable bed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. There are three options for breakfast - I had the full buffet breakfast which had a good choice of meats/cheese/fruit/pastries and some hot items along with juice and...

The room was clean, nice personnel, good location in the center on Explanada, very close to the beach. Loud though because of the active traffic right in front the window. Minuses are pillows - very low, had to ask for additional set.
While not a five star hotel I am giving it five stars because if the friendly an dhwlpful staff, the great central location and the clean and comfortable rooms. It's location is convenient for many restaurants and bars as well as the beach and promenade. The castle is in walking distance as is the central market and the shuttle bus from the airport drops you minutes away from the hotel. Perfect for...
I was only there for one night, but if I was going back to Alicante I would definitely stay here again. I thought the room was a good size for a European hotel. AC worked, great water pressure in the shower, two different people I spoke to at the front desk were both very nice. If you appreciate older buildings, you will love the stairs and elevator. OK, my view was of another building which is partly...
Brilliant location and lovely helpful staff at all times. We asked for extra pillows which arrived immediately. A mirror in the room would have been very useful. Breakfast quite basic but ok. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
The hotel isn't great at all, very simple and don't pay extra for breakfasts, it's very poor. But the location is great easy to reach the beach, the airport and also the old town. The reason I give 4* is the staff. THE STAFF SO NICE AND HELPS ANYTHING YOU NEED!
Generaly everything is ok but beds could be more comfortable and is quite loud because of the near streets.Staff is very friendly and hotel is clean in good state located in perfect place !
