Great hotel. Fantastic, modern room with sea views in a very central location. Large choice at breakfast and staff on the whole friendly. Would recommend. Hotel is most definitely better on the inside than out!

Stayed at the Melia Alicante for a week with my friends for birthday celebrations. All I can say is WOW !!! Amazing hotel and staff. Hotel was spotless and perfect location to everything you need

Lay by the pool enjoying the sun with a view of the sea and beach was beautiful. Very relaxed environment and staff at the bar are very well trained in making great cocktails and all bar staff were very pleasant

Great location on the marina, and a good clean and maintained beach a short walk away. The airport bus stops a short walk down the marina and the whole of the city on your door step

This hotel has every thing you want for a good holiday. Good clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, pool, good food and drinks

it's a 10 min walk to the nearest beach,which has all you need including bars,cafes,waterspouts,etc etc. The Hotel is located in a VERY GOOD position. it is more than adequately clean,room service everyday

The staff are very friendly/helpful 10 yrds away is the tram stop "MARQ CASTILLIO" also bus stop for the c6(airport) and bus stop for the center

This is a nice hotel that is a short walk from the centre of Alicante and the beach. We stayed for 5 nights on a room only basis

Big bathroom, with a low bathtub, a sink with big counter and a bidet (of course toilet too). Backyard terraces with chairs and decent sized pool. A very large underground parking lot for those with car

Stayed for a night with friends before flying out the next day. It’s a decent walk to get to the center. It’s near the station, and they can call a taxi for you as well

The hotel is not in the center but very well connected. Te staff is very kind and the rooms were clean. They provide many amenities as well as a kettle, a clothes iron with board and hair dryer

Very good rooms, location and service. The hotel restaurant has a great menu for dinner with salads, salmon and dessert. Breakfast is very good but they need to offer tomatos, cucumbers and peppers

We loved our stay at AC Hotel Alicante. The staff was kind and gave good recommendations. We loved the rooftop pool and bar. It was a great place to hang out and meet people from other places

We needed utensils for some food we had delivered and they were very accommodating. From check in to departure everyone was so kind. The housekeepers were also incredibly friendly

I just wish they made the parking complimentary when you’re checking in. Parking has a tight space, so if you’re driving an SUV, I’d double check with them first

Location in the very center next to the main market and close to restaurants and bars. Across the street from the hotel is the bus stop for the C6 bus that goes to the airport. Thank you for the coffee in the room

The food was delicious and overall I'm happy with my stay

It's an OK hotell. Rom is clean, and have daily cleaning.. good aircondtion. not the best minibar. The hotel is close to everything.. old city, city center, taxi, tram, ect.. 15 min walk to the beach..

Great central location with cheap underground parking right outside. Small rooms with no tea or coffee facilities, not even complimentary water in the room

Nicely located in the old town just across the street from the beautiful food market. Rooms are good, but the lift is absolutely horrible (very slow and unresponsive)

Decent continental breakfast, and no disturbances from traffic. Parking garage is a 7 min walk from the hotel, but not to much of an issue

The hotel is beautiful and clean, amazing views all around. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice, and felt safe with the one way system. Location is near the beach and near the restaurant

Only down side was we had a shower, not good for the LO it was a little temperamental, going hot and cold and it splashed out on the floor. There wasn't enough space for storage, so had to be organised

The staff are all professionally polite and couldn't do enough for us. We went with a toddler and made a mess everywhere we went, the cleaner was amazing and just sorted our room where needed

Also there was a nightclub somewhere with music till 7am. If you had the door closed there was no noise but we were too hot and had it open but we were still able to sleep through it

We got provided with a cot but Lo wouldn't sleep in that and asked for it to be removed, the bed was that big we just coslept with her

They removed everything out of the mini bar so we could use it for fresh milk and gave us extra coat hangers and towels

The Hotel is in an ideal location conveniently in the centre of Alicante. Under ground car parking is available at a small cost

A very nice hotel which is centrally located. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room is of average size and has a safe and fridge

Eurostars hotels will be definitely my first choice in every city if that group has hotel there

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is quiet so we add a great night's sleep. As with most Spanish hotels there is no tea or coffee making facilities but you can borrow a kettle from reception

My all recommendations for this hotel. Comfortable and cozy rooms, comfortable bed and I thought I sleep on the cloud. Breakfast is another wonderful story

What a truly incredible stay! We booked a standard room but were appointed with a beautiful suite. The front desk staff was absolutely incredible - very kind, helpful and proactive

The suite we stayed in was immaculate, equipped with comfortable furnishings, and all the amenities you could hope for. The rooftop pool was a highlight, providing view to the cathedral

Great staff your right in the centre of town but still near the beach and harbour. The staff really make the place so helpful

The hotel’s location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. However, the room didn’t quite match the photos I saw when booking. It was a bit more basic than I expected

Rooms have all the basics you need and are kept nice and tidy by housekeeping staff. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff

If we were ever to comeback to Alicante ( very highly possible) this hotel would be our choice again. We stayed there for 2 weeks during our second trip to Alicante

If you want something nicer with more updated decor, etc. then pay the extra money for something nicer. Overall- we had a good experience and if we ever find ourselves in Alicante we would consider staying here again

Very nice hotel for people with basic needs like us. It's in quiet street, a little bit away from the busy city centre but still very close for a walkable distance

Beautiful traditionally located Hotel opposite Town Hall. Stayed here twice now differently will stay again. Perfectly located for all amenities, beach and Castle.

Very good location. Our room had a view of the mountains. Spacious room, clean, the breakfast was simple but good. Friendly staff.

We did not use other facilities but they looked OK. Would well recommend paying the extra for a room with a view as the square and castle at night where well worth the extra €20 or so

Always stay here when visiting Alicante. The hotel was refurbished a few years ago and it was in need of this due to noise coming in from outside and very tired furniture etc indoors

Great hotel in the Middle of town. To centre where there is many restaurants. Fine size and no noise from the main street because its located a street away. The breakfast could have been better

Breakfast is great, lots to choose from and plenty of choices of teas and coffees a great variety. Roof top pool is a plunge pool? But very inviting and great sun trap with amazing views of the Old Town

We at in 3 amazing restaurants which were only minutes from the hotel - and we could have eaten out every night for a week had we been there that long Some of the group are a bit fussy so the fact no one had any complaints speaks volumes about this hotel

We were here for a city break so the location was ideal as it was only a few minutes walk from all the museums and attractions. It was also only a short walk to the beach as well and the main esplanade

The staff were also lovely and couldn't be more - especially Marta who helped me so much with my group booking. The roof terrace was lovely and would be great in warmer weather

Only downside is that because it is central there can be a bit of noise from the street at night

Ok price, close to the beach and everything else. The room was surprisingly modern and nice! The window on the inside of a 3sq.m cube with three floors to the roof was a downside, as the "internal" rooms get no daylight.

The staff is helpful and nice. One down side is when you’re in your room, you can hear everything outside in the hall. So I’m a light sleeper, so I woke easily when someone was talking or just walking outside my door

The hotel is VERY well located - 1 block from the seafront and a couple of minutes walk to the Old Town (Barrio). Room was clean, bathroom very well appointed and the staff were most friendly and helpful

When we enquired why we were not warned that they would be working above our room we were told that the works were not in the hotel but the building next door and had no control over when they worked

Great value hotel, close to central, could do with being a little bit more modern but it is a clean room and a general lovely experience.

Some things need renovation, but everything in my room was working. 'Late check-in' - True, but there is an opportunity to leave your baggage in a special locked room and walk before check-in or even after check-out

Here are the most common complaints that I came across: 'Noisy, thin walls' - That's true, you could hear the details of your neighbors' conversations and every flush in the toilet. However it's quite calm at night

It is a perfect variant for city explorers who plan to spend 2-3 days in Alicante and walk a lot. To conclude, I would like to say that you shouldn't expect a royal palace from a 2-star hotel, judge respectively

I really liked the personnel, who were friendly, helpful and could communicate in English. The location is suberb (close to the tram station, bus stop to/from the airport) as well as the price

It is easy to get here from Alicante airport whether by bus or taxi. We love the location as everything we need is walkable and it is very close to the centre of Alicante for cafes and shops

Absolutely love staying at this small but perfect hotel in Alicante. We have stayed here on numerous occasions and would never go anywhere else. The hotel is so convenient for the train station and the tram

All that we needed for a 1 night stay in Alicante. Within 10-15 mins walking distance of the marina. Clean and comfortable room. Would stay here again.

The hotel itself is charming as are the staff. We are always made to feel very welcome and we thoroughly enjoy our stays here

On the other hand, the bathroom and terrace are impressively spacious; in fact, the terrace feels larger than the entire suite! I stayed for two nights, but on the second morning, I opted to have breakfast in the city as the hotel’s breakfast selection was rather limited

Good Valencian staff, English speaking, helpful to our disabled guests from England. New hotel in very central Alicante. Good bathrooms and fittings. Could do with proper shower floor mats and bedside rugs.

Stopping at some fantastic beaches and coastal towns on the way. The bus to Alicante airport stops almost just outside the hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and very accommodating with your requests

Excellent location for transport, not far to the train station and the main tram stop is a five minute walk, where you can catch the tram all the way up the coast to Dénia

All in all, a lovely hotel that ticks all the boxes at a very reasonable price. It also has a fridge and a safe in the room at no extra cost

Great hotel. And in the rooms on the backside it is very silent. Maybe the view is not the best, but that´s not so important.

Not a 4 star hotel; I would say 3. However it was clean and comfortable, and in a very good location. I can't speak to the food, but the staff were friendly and helpful

It's right in the heart of Alicante city. The staff are really friendly and happy to help plan trips and provide good advice on possible places to go for food and the sights (based on your interests)

Very good hotel in the centre of Alicante. Situated 10 minutes (max) from the bus (C6) stop from the airport. Very efficient and friendly check-in from the reception staff

Fantastic hotel perfect situated. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Only problem that the restaurant was closed and we had our first dinner with Restaurant Terre which was a negative surprise

Anyhow I am sure we will visit the hotel some other time

(Bonus points for finding a nail file the wife asked for, as she'd forgotten hers, and delivering it to our room!) We were on the 23rd floor in a double room that was huge, with an ensuite bathroom and balcony overlooking the town and harbour

Bed was really comfy with a choice of pillows. Breakfast is of the buffet style, offering a variety of choices from English bacon and eggs to continental meats and cheeses, and croissants and cereals

Very well laid out and plenty of it. Didn't eat in the restaurant so can't comment on that, but it is on the 26th floor and offers outstanding views across the harbour and beach

Very clean and nice rooms, staff is helpful. Location is perfect, everything is around in a short walk. The room is a bit too noisy, I would like them to put sound insulated windows in the rooms on the main street side

Contemporary and elegant hotel at the best possible location - overlooking one of main city squares and a stone's throw away from the beach. Rather quiet at night despite some comments say otherwise

Not so much of the advertised "Miralta experience" at the lounge in the winter, will need to come back check that out again in the summer. Thoroughly enjoyed the week-long stay

The hotel should seriously provide ear plugs. It is so noisy mainly in early hours when council spray wash the streets for over an hour every morning

Location is very central so it is very convenient, especially if you are visiting without a car. It is extremely close to the city centre, bars, restaurants, beaches etc

Fantastic value for money! We were very satisfied with this accommodation and our expectations were definitely surpassed in every way! For such a good price we honestly didn't expect to have this level of service! Very clean, cosy room, friendly staff at the hotel, with daily cleaning service available as well, and the cleaning staff doing a very thorough and amazing job

I had a great stay here. Room seemed newly renovated and had just enough space for 1 person. The receptionist didnt speak a word of English but it wasn’t an issue. Location is great just a 10 minute walk from everything.

Really nice hotel! The gentleman behind the receptions was really helpful and made sure we could enter our room earlier. Our luggage was already taken to the room

It's hardly a full-service hotel but some of its features are. There are ladies super embracing tidiness. Clean rooms and neat looking furniture. Large bathroom with huge whirlpool bath and shower area

Its more about the location than anything else. central to everything and close to the port. You can easily walk to all the main attractions

This hotel is definitely worth more than 2 stars. Situated in the centre of town, my room had TV, aircon, bath with shower, shampoo and shower gel. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided

i stayed here with my family in april and we enjoyed our stay. the hotel is comfy with excellent wifi in the rooms , comfy beds and plenty of hot water , 5 minutes from the beach and 1 minute from bars and restaurants

We stayed there for a couple of days. The staff is very friendly and will help you with whatever you need (calling a taxi, printing stuff, tips etc). We had great AC and the room was very comfortable

Also the price is very good for Alicante. The hotel is in proximity to everything. Bus, restaurants, beaches, supermarkets etc are within 5-10 min walk

Enjoyed our 4 night stay, excellent location. Comfortable beds, great showers 🚿. Taxi and buses right outside the door. Centrally located can walk everywhere from breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks

The place is a little bit dated as you can see on the walls and the barhroom. One time, the bathroom drain was clogged but the hotel personal was very responsive

Great location, rooms are clean and neat. However, sound isolation is bad and the room we had didn't have enough daily light.
