Also when you walk into the door of the hotel there's an amazing smell over the whole hotel and since being home I can't get it out of my head lol I need to know what air freshener they use !!! Lay by the pool enjoying the sun with a view of the sea and beach was beautiful. Very relaxed environment and staff at the bar are very well trained in making great cocktails and all bar staff were very pleasant

The hotel is not in the center but very well connected. Te staff is very kind and the rooms were clean. They provide many amenities as well as a kettle, a clothes iron with board and hair dryer

Practical hotel in a central location. Many restaurants and coffeeshops nearby, Postiguet beach within a 12 min walk. Stayed in a family room which was pretty small, but had many storage options

We stayed 2 nights and had a good time. The hotel is well located. The breakfast was excellent. The gym is useful, but difficult to use if there are more than 4 people. There is also a sauna available.

It takes about 18 minutes to walk to the city center, and you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea and the beach along the way. The staff are polite and the breakfast is very rich

My room was located high up with a view towards the castle. Good overall location however it is around a 20-25 minute walk to the center and promenade

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel is quiet so we add a great night's sleep. As with most Spanish hotels there is no tea or coffee making facilities but you can borrow a kettle from reception

The location is prime being so close to the beach which takes about 3 minutes. The C6 bus from airport takes about 20 minutes and then takes about 3 minutes to get the hotel. Lots of choices of restaurants nearby

That said , the location couldn't be any better. You're on a quiet side street but a minute long stroll gets you to bustling Plaza Luceros, where you can catch rhe metro to anywhere or your airport bus

It was by far the worst hotel of our trip in Spain. The beds were hard solid, there was no European plugs for charging our devices, the room was extremely hot without AC. It looked and smelled the old property

We did not use other facilities but they looked OK. Would well recommend paying the extra for a room with a view as the square and castle at night where well worth the extra €20 or so

They only give a small bottle (around 300 ml) per person after checking in, that's all. - There is a beautiful terrace on the top floor

The buffet breakfast was tasy and plenty of food to choose from. It is located in a very quite neighbourhood but very close to everything. The beach is just down the road and also the city center is really close too

Also the bar upstairs had such fun drinks! Breakfast was great every morning, we especially loved the fancy Nespresso machines and the chocolate donuts hehe

Ok price, close to the beach and everything else. The room was surprisingly modern and nice! The window on the inside of a 3sq.m cube with three floors to the roof was a downside, as the "internal" rooms get no daylight.

The staff is helpful and nice. One down side is when you’re in your room, you can hear everything outside in the hall. So I’m a light sleeper, so I woke easily when someone was talking or just walking outside my door

When we enquired why we were not warned that they would be working above our room we were told that the works were not in the hotel but the building next door and had no control over when they worked

Some things need renovation, but everything in my room was working. 'Late check-in' - True, but there is an opportunity to leave your baggage in a special locked room and walk before check-in or even after check-out

Here are the most common complaints that I came across: 'Noisy, thin walls' - That's true, you could hear the details of your neighbors' conversations and every flush in the toilet. However it's quite calm at night

It is a perfect variant for city explorers who plan to spend 2-3 days in Alicante and walk a lot. To conclude, I would like to say that you shouldn't expect a royal palace from a 2-star hotel, judge respectively

It is easy to get here from Alicante airport whether by bus or taxi. We love the location as everything we need is walkable and it is very close to the centre of Alicante for cafes and shops

Stayed in this hotel for 5 days and had a very good experience. The staff was polite and welcoming. The bathroom only had shower gel and water and a plastic cup for washing, but no toothbrush or toothpaste

Stopping at some fantastic beaches and coastal towns on the way. The bus to Alicante airport stops almost just outside the hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and very accommodating with your requests

The bed was very comfortable, with soft and hard pillows. Although the breakfast was basic, meat, vegetables, cereals, cheese and drinks were also provided

This is a nice little hotel in a great location. We were able to walk to the port, old town etc. Street parking was easily available, not free but 1. 80E for two hours plus after 8pm to morning was free

Only criticism in our room was that the bed barely fitted in the space and there was only a really tight space maybe 15cm between the end of the bed and the wall

We stayed 4 nights , city break. We booked a sea view room and did not expect the amazing view we got , absolutely beautiful looking out over the castle and sea , the sunrises are amazing

The Level experience is absolutely worth it - the breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the snack offerings throughout the day (two tapas times and one dessert time), which meant we didn’t need to search for random places nearby

The location was just right , prom 2 minutes away , beach 5 minutes. Shops , cafes , restaurants just outside. If there was anything it was the shower , it had the power of a watering can

Fantastic value for money! We were very satisfied with this accommodation and our expectations were definitely surpassed in every way! For such a good price we honestly didn't expect to have this level of service! I had a great stay here. Room seemed newly renovated and had just enough space for 1 person. The receptionist didnt speak a word of English but it wasn’t an issue. Location is great just a 10 minute walk from everything.

i stayed here with my family in april and we enjoyed our stay. the hotel is comfy with excellent wifi in the rooms , comfy beds and plenty of hot water , 5 minutes from the beach and 1 minute from bars and restaurants

We stayed there for a couple of days. The staff is very friendly and will help you with whatever you need (calling a taxi, printing stuff, tips etc). We had great AC and the room was very comfortable

The room itself was modern and spacious including a large smart tv, drinks fridge and some really comfortable pillows! The location was perfect right in the centre so could explore everything we wanted to just walking, there is also a lovely gelato place a couple doors down from the hotel
