The location is perfect and the service is professional. However the facility is a little bit old. The bed is also not so comfortable enough for a 4-star hotel.

Amazing all round! Had the sea view suite which overlooked the pool and gave incredible views of the sea and morning sunrise, staff very helpful and friendly

Arriving at 1pm our sea view suite 327 was ready, wow what a suprise, huge lounge/ bedroom, great bathroom and separate shower even a working bath by the window overlooking the sea

Couldn’t believe the size of the suite and the bath in the window was an added luxury. so easy to walk to the centre. All of the staff were outstanding especially the lady at the restaurant Nuria

we were treat like royalty and had the best time. Breakfast was another level … nothing at all could be faulted even cava and we had our own little vip area. highly recommend staying here

Location is unbeatable even for a manageable city like Alicante - walkable to the water, the cathedrals, art museums and the castle. Other amenities - Pool is a good size with plenty of loungers

The staff are so friendly and helpful, and speak so many languages. They obviously get a lot of questions about what to do and where to eat so there are two PDFs as guides

The rooms were well appointed - though definitely over-indexed on pillows. The room had a little couch, Juliet balconies, desk and spacious though open concept bathrooms

They provide towels and water for the beach. You never have to wait too long for a cab. There’s a small library on the mezzanine if you want another place to chill

Got the room towards the back (It has a large balcony, but the sea view is really just very partial) Still, the room, was spotless clean. Beds were ok comfy, not great, not terrible

If i lay in bed and have the shower door open it's like u have ur neighbour's inside ur room. And the breakfast is very basic but still OK

Good place, actually only thing that brings the score down is the lack of isolation in the rooms. Especially the showers/toilets

She struggled with the steps up to the dining area which was more like a school canteen. When she felt weak one morning and couldn’t eat her breakfast, she took a banana to have later

However, my elderly and disabled mum who was in a wheelchair struggled as they only had a single disabled room on a separate floor to all of us even though she needed our assistance

Get to see the sunrise at breakfast which is a novelty. The rooms are good, provided you get a sea view, although floors 2-3 are more desirable as there is a garage infront at ground floor level.

The food tastes really nice and to a very good price. The staffs were so kind, helpful and very quick to make the food. Here we want to highlight Jimmy, Kelvin Monica and for being ekstra kind to us

Great location and value for money--lifts can be a bit scary if you are not 100% confident in using them--but they are fine if a little noisy and only 2 of them - hotel clean and daily cleaning of room was very good

We had a problem whilst we were there and the manager was very unhelpful. The lifts are antiquated and we waited a long time for them most days. The room was ok - could do with a little modernising

The view from the balcony was brilliant - we were on a high floor and it was a little breezy. The reception team (apart from Alejandro) were unhelpful

It takes about 18 minutes to walk to the city center, and you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea and the beach along the way. The staff are polite and the breakfast is very rich

The staff were excellent from the moment we arrived. All the facilities are in excellent condition: the pool, the room, the dining room, the reception. The breakfast was also outstanding in terms of quality and variety

The walls in the rooms seemed a little thin as I could hear some noise from the neighbouring rooms at times. The breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful

It is located next to the Santa Barbara Castle and can be reached in just 20 minutes on foot. There is a bus stop to the airport nearby, just a 3-minute walk away

My room was located high up with a view towards the castle. Good overall location however it is around a 20-25 minute walk to the center and promenade

Super good morning, I'm here. It has everything close by, bars, shops, the beach, the bus stop to go to the airport. I loved it. Super nice.

In terms of location, about a 30 minute walk from town centre, but very useful if coming from the airport as it's only 15/20 minutes away by car (taxis are relatively cheap from this location to the airport)

Gym was nice, bedroom big enough and well kept. There was rust in the bathtub though.

Would definitely recommend and would return if I were to visit Alicante again

We had 2 great nights at this hotel on the 4th and 5th of December. Initially, we were only staying for one night but decided to stay another night. Staff were pleasant, and the hotel was spotless

Otherwise, the room is OK, and breakfast is quite OK for short stays but thends to be repeatable. The room cleaning service is not that good. We found our pajamas tossed over a bag, though we left them on the bed

The hotel is easy to find, only 3 mins walk to city centre and staffs are friendly and kind enough to help you.

Not as bad as the reviews state I got a nice clean room and everything worked the bathroom was also clean. Lots of space in the single room for a single traveller

The only problem with the room was a small stain in the bath and a broken socket. They man working at the reception understood English well. The location is great as it is pretty much in the middle of Alicante

The staff were very helpful whenever I needed assistance. I chose this hotel for its location near the train station and the tram, and it couldn’t have been more convenient. The breakfast add-on is inexpensive too

This is a budget priced hotel and people need to set their expectations accordingly. If you are looking to spend a lot of time in the hotel then this isn’t the place for you Because it doesn’t have those amenities

The hotel was clean and nice, greatly situated with all the facilities nearby. The only thing that bothered me is that the room was really small, like a closet, all the space was in the bathroom

Nice budget hotel. comfortable and clean rooms. Quite good for the prices,. Very easy to connect to the city and to the airport. The only remark is that restaurant is not always open during lunch time.

Great place to stay close to the bus and Walking distance to the tren station.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff, only downside is the floor cleanness can be improved, but I would still recommend.

The hotel is located by the Mediterranean Sea, quite a distance from the city center, but the price is good, offering great value for money. Free parking is available, which is very convenient.

Ten minutes from the airport with great seaside views. The room has an industrial style, clean and practical, and breakfast is filling. It's not bad for a business trip

Ibis is sitting opposite sea and you enjoy the sea view if you book a room in advance else beech is about 10 minutes away. Reception staff Shasha & Paula were very welcoming. Rooms were regularly cleaned by house keeping

This is an excellent budget hotel. Basic but clean and comfortable, easy up locate and near the airport. The staff are wonderful, friendly and very helpful. I will uncountably use it again and recommend it to friends.

Stay was easy for a late evening flight from the airport. The shower could've been cleaned better as the walls needed a wipe down. The vending machine was also broken making it hard to get a quick late-night snack

It is perfect locatted low budget hotel near airport. Only few minutes taxi trip or couple minutes bus trip. Walking distance to Palmas Park and 10 minutes from alicante by bus

This is key if you stay here in December/winter. Many places will have old windows and will be very cold. Mine still smells like a new one. With luxurious spa like soap, shampoo, towels. Location is just at the beach

I chose it because it is not city center (which is too crossed for me), or the other side of town in the opposite direction, where the wind is much stronger and architecture/buildings look less taken care of

I chose this hotel after a very bad Airbnb experience in December 2025. This hotel has Exceeded my expectations on every item. It has absolutely lovely , kind and caring people who work here

I told them over the phone about the temperature issue with my Airbnb flat, and they set my room at higher temperature before i even came there. Rooms have been newly renovated

Stayed in this hotel for 5 days and had a very good experience. The staff was polite and welcoming. The bathroom only had shower gel and water and a plastic cup for washing, but no toothbrush or toothpaste

Stopping at some fantastic beaches and coastal towns on the way. The bus to Alicante airport stops almost just outside the hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and very accommodating with your requests

This is a nice little hotel in a great location. We were able to walk to the port, old town etc. Street parking was easily available, not free but 1. 80E for two hours plus after 8pm to morning was free

Excellent location for transport, not far to the train station and the main tram stop is a five minute walk, where you can catch the tram all the way up the coast to Dénia

The bed was very comfortable, with soft and hard pillows. Although the breakfast was basic, meat, vegetables, cereals, cheese and drinks were also provided

It is easy to get here from Alicante airport whether by bus or taxi. We love the location as everything we need is walkable and it is very close to the centre of Alicante for cafes and shops

The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms are spacious and well equipped with a fridge, toiletries etc. There is a complimentary safe in the room which is very useful

Ideal spot for first night in Alicante after a late flight arrival - 25euro for taxi from Elche airport, 24hr concierge lets you check-in at any time, and clean, air-conditioned rooms with comfy beds and clean, if compact, toilet and shower in-room

Staff were very helpful and the room was comfortable and clean, perfect for an overnight stay before flying. We were able t9 leave our luggage after checking out to collect a couple of hours later

Hotel will let you leave your cases in their salon after noon checkout, so you can explore before returning to retrieve luggage and move on to your holiday let further up the coast

Breakfast not included, but a short walk sees you at a nearby street cafe with excellent coffee and pastries, in the shade of the bougainvillea flowers

Benidorm is a 45min tram ride away on the Linea 1, with fare 2. 80euros per adult from Luceros station, a 5 mins walk from the Cervantes

There is a small cafe/bar attached to the hotel which is handy for snacks of drinks. We will definitely stay again

The room itself was modern and spacious including a large smart tv, drinks fridge and some really comfortable pillows! The location was perfect right in the centre so could explore everything we wanted to just walking, there is also a lovely gelato place a couple doors down from the hotel

Just had a 3 day stay here and it served it's purpose. Had fridge and kettle/cups in room. No spoon or milk/coffee/tea but took our own. We were not disturbed by any noise. Hanging rail for clothes and storage shelves

you can get to the city center by bus and the beach is also really close! also i would recommend visiting the parc which is about a 10 minute walk and sooo nice
