This hotel has every thing you want for a good holiday. Good clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, pool, good food and drinks. Great location on the marina, and a good clean and maintained beach a short walk away. The airport bus stops a short walk down the marina and the whole of the city on your door step. City has travel links to let you explore the whole area you do not need a car.

Lovely hotel to stay in. Ideal location, very close to the town, beach and harbour. We had access to the Level which made the stay even better. Drinks are included in the Level throughout the day but you are limited to drinking these at the Level bar and pool - you cannot take drinks up to your room. The food selections were great. My wife & I have visited this Hotel over the last 10 years on an annual basis. Most recently for the festival of San Juan. It remains one of our favourite hotels, with quality rooms, a great location for beach or city, but most importantly fantastic staff, especially those in the Level. A special mention to Silvia, Daniel, Rocio and Gloria who always go the extra mile to make guests feel very welcome

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Literally punching way above it's weight!! The 'Level' is a five star experience and well worth the upgrade. Superb location, genuinely attentive and engaged staff. Even though we only live a half hour drive away we will be back to stay here regularly.

The room had everything I needed and was comfortable. This is a good quality place to stay.

Everything was well, but the TV couldn’t connect to the WiFi. So we wasn’t able to watch Netflix

We stayed 2 nights and had a good time. The hotel is well located. The breakfast was excellent. The gym is useful, but difficult to use if there are more than 4 people. There is also a sauna available.

The room is in a good location, very convenient to the seaside avenue and the castle, within walking distance. Opposite is the vegetable market, where you can learn about local vegetable prices and food, and better integrate into the local environment. The hotel front desk can speak English, can provide kettles, and has an airport bus, 3-4 euros per person.

Hotel opposite the Mercado, close to the pedestrian area and many attractions of Alicante. Central location allows for convenient sightseeing during the day and night. Rooms clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay at AC Hotel Alicante. The staff was kind and gave good recommendations. We loved the rooftop pool and bar. It was a great place to hang out and meet people from other places. The pool and bar is only open until 8, it would be nice if it would stay open a little later.

Stayed for a night with friends before flying out the next day. It’s a decent walk to get to the center. It’s near the station, and they can call a taxi for you as well. I just wish they made the parking complimentary when you’re checking in. Parking has a tight space, so if you’re driving an SUV, I’d double check with them first.

Very friendly staff. We needed utensils for some food we had delivered and they were very accommodating. From check in to departure everyone was so kind. The housekeepers were also incredibly friendly. Walking distance to the waterfront and most of the sites in Alicante. Would stay here again.

The hotel is not in the center but very well connected. Te staff is very kind and the rooms were clean. They provide many amenities as well as a kettle, a clothes iron with board and hair dryer. There is a nice rooftop pool/terrace and a small fitness room with a jacuzzi and steam bath open from aprox. 7 to 22h.

Met friends for lunch. The food was good but the service not. The poor waiter was rushed off his feet with little help from the manager. An English wedding party were very disappointed with the service as the level of English from the staff was non existent and the manager was very rude to them as I understand Spanish. Not good. We celebrated a professional event here, with a buffet lunch served at the Terraza Mirador, and it was fantastic! The staff is so nice and helpful they made the whole experience a success. The decoration and surroundings are idylic and the food was also great! I would highly recommend this place!

Highly Recommend Our eighth stay at Cibeles Boutique Hotel, and it’s always great. We feel very comfortable, we enjoy the breakfast and menus selections. Helpful staff, great location, and a wonderful atmosphere. We’ll be back!

We had a lovely 3 night stay. Very nice room, the bed was comfy and a wonderful view of the sea. We couldn’t fault anything and would definitely stay at a Melia hotel again.

The price for the hotel is absolutely too high for this standard of hotel. The rooms have a minimalist finish, no carpets or rugs. There was a stench from the sewage in the bathroom, and every time we drained the water on the upper floors, the water in our toilet bowl would belch. At the pool, wine is served in glasses (no glasses?). Apart from the location, nothing is worth the price here.

We had a lovely big room overlooking the Marina. Amazing views! Bed was very comfortable,and slept really well. Great Rainshower with constant hot water. The only negative was the food in the restaurant,very disappointing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

This was my second time staying here, but perhaps because of the type of room, I had to climb a small flight of stairs after getting off the elevator, so it was difficult to carry my luggage. The room was nice and clean. I was happy to receive chocolates🍫 by the bed.

Wow. What a truly incredible stay! We booked a standard room but were appointed with a beautiful suite. The front desk staff was absolutely incredible - very kind, helpful and proactive. Although we went there off-peak season so not a lot of things were open in the hotel we still very much enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well equipped. Only con is the size of the rooms. They lack places to hang clothing out of to keep a bottle... The breakfast is really good and so is the location. If you have a car you need to park at the port parking 25$ a night. Ahhh, my room has a transparent glass from the bathroom (all of it) to the bed, so you need to be prepared for this level of intimacy.

For sure it is not a 4 star hotel, more like a decent 3-star. First of all, the entrance looks kind of fancy and you have high expectations but the fact is that the rooms are small, even though the toilet is quite spacious. very good hotel, nice rooms with big balconies and most of the rooms with pool view. rooms are cleaned every day. pool is very chilled, there is a bar. You can't bring your own drinks. San Juan beach (very clean and nice) is right across the road. 5 minutes walk. I stayed in August 2024. of the minuses I can note that breakfast is not included in the price. and the restaurant is a bit overpriced

We really love this hotel. Its is so relaxing and chilled. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and shades. Bar service from your sunbed too. The hotel is emaculately clean and smells lovely. The breakfast is fantastic, with so much choice. Although the outside looks a bit old, the hotel is really beautiful, clean and modern. The room was warm and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. The pool area was just beautiful and the lovely beach just a short walk away.

Reception staff was very friendly. We had a double connecting room which was huge for our family. The two minus points are that some things in the bathroom are getting outdated (I actually had to fix the tap) and the sheets were a bit torn. Breakfast is great. We had a one night stay in Alicante, so we had chosen this hotel, because of a good location. We are really happy, everything was excellent. The room was perfect, we didn't hear our neighbours which is important when you you are staying on the summer resort. Definitely we will recommend this place!

Very nice hotel close to the beach. The rooms are big, the beds comfortable, great shower. Great breakfast and nice staff. I would have given 5* when they put some paintings on the wall and more moody lights instead of the very white walls and lights.

Needs an updated, the beds were not very comfortable and moves alot. The air conditioning system in our room wasn't functioning so we were move to a different room. The channels and entertainment on the TV was only in Spanish. Aside that, it had a lovely swimming pool. Kudos to the handyman he keeps the area tidy and clean. Finally, its in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach.

No Frills hotel. We stayed for 7 nights with our kid. Communication with the hotel was not that great and we ended up paying 175 euros extra for the 5 y/o kid’s extra bed. If you just want a place to spend night, go for it, but if you need a resort feeling, it’s not the place for you. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent.

It is located next to the Santa Barbara Castle and can be reached in just 20 minutes on foot. There is a bus stop to the airport nearby, just a 3-minute walk away. It takes about 18 minutes to walk to the city center, and you can enjoy the Mediterranean Sea and the beach along the way. The staff are polite and the breakfast is very rich. The soundproofing of the room needs to be improved.

Clean and comfortable hotel. My room was located high up with a view towards the castle. Good overall location however it is around a 20-25 minute walk to the center and promenade. The walls in the rooms seemed a little thin as I could hear some noise from the neighbouring rooms at times. The breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel had a nice pool but the water was a bit too cold. The staff is very friendly. There is a beach nearby but you still have to walk about 10-15 minutes to get there. 10-15 minutes away by walk there is a tram station and you can take line 4 or 5 to get to Alicante city. The hotel also has beautiful interiors. We had a very nice stay and would come again.

We had an à la carte lunch once, and it was an even better experience—I highly recommend trying it. We were disappointed that the double bed was actually two single beds that didn’t stay together. When traveling by car, the first thing to consider is parking and convenient access to anywhere. This hotel is OK

The hotel is about 15 minutes away from Alicante Airport. There is a bus line 23 to the city 20 meters away. The breakfast is buffet style and the taste is average. There is a KFC nearby that has not yet opened. There are no commercial areas or restaurants around.

The hotel is quite good in general, services, cleanliness. Etc.. But when you are assigned a room that faces the street, it is impossible to sleep, it is on an avenue that has a lot of vehicle traffic. You pay for lying down unable to sleep.

Get to see the sunrise at breakfast which is a novelty. The rooms are good, provided you get a sea view, although floors 2-3 are more desirable as there is a garage infront at ground floor level.

The location is very close to a really nice beach. The view from the room isn't great but the food here is brilliant. The staff are lovely, especially the restaurant staff - Monica, Laura, James, Selin, Aleja and of course the chef Naty. My Spanish isn't great but the staff were super helpful and kind. Also the reception staff - Monica, Paola and Sara - were great!

Lovely clean comfortable room. We did not use other facilities but they looked OK. Would well recommend paying the extra for a room with a view as the square and castle at night where well worth the extra €20 or so. The balcony was very small but is what it is.

The hotel is well located, clean and with comfortable amenities. I give a 4 star rating because of the fact that they advertise private parking which is actually a public parking some 10 minutes walk away. Moreover, they make you pay a deposit of 10 euro which you only get back upon returning the badge (same badge like the room card). The intention obviously is to get to keep the 10 euro from guests...

Chain hotels have their service standards. Nothing to complain about the room cleanliness and services. Location is indeed good. Literally a stone throw to the pier and airport bus station. BUT the room windows are not sound-proof so dont expect no noise before 1am each night.

Very firm beds and expect to hear outside noise at night. Weak air conditioning. Spotlessly clean. There is a kettle in the room although no English breakfast tea. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Also hand wash and hand/body cream. 24 hour front desk. Luggage storage service. Front desk will arrange airport taxis for those early flights. We didn't have breakfast here as there are plenty...

I had a very good experience in this hotel one of the best in alicante , they gave me a very specious room after a little misunderstanding with the booking , it had a very beautiful view on the sea and also we paid for the breakfast which we didn’t regret doing that because they had a lot of choices of food . A good hotel with all the facilities, parking was difficult to understand so we parked on the street. There is a very good restaurant nearby, on the sea front. Breakfast was average, the coffee was good. Loads of hot water.

We had a fantastic time in this hotel. So clean. Lovely and friendly staff 👏🥰the hotel is not in the centre of Alicante ( even better ), which was quiet. To get to the centre you need to catch the bus number 22. It's about a 20-minute ride. The hotel is close to the beach ⛱️ the food was very nice and a large selection for breakfast 👌 I strongly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in on this trip to Spain. Room was lovely, setting was lovely, swimming pool and bar. Requested an iron to get the wrinkles out of some clothes and they lent us one straight away.

Nice hotel, tastefully refurbished and branded as boutique. We stayed just the one night bed and breakfast. The positives were that the room was modern, clean and comfortable and had a balcony. There was a mini fridge and a safe and everything was in good working order. It's also a pet friendly hotel so we were able to take our dog with us...but at an extra cost of 15 euros which is not only excessive...

Great hotel. And in the rooms on the backside it is very silent. Maybe the view is not the best, but that´s not so important.

Staff is helpful and the check-in is quick. We stayed in a room facing the interior court yard, which is basically just facing an ugly wall. Beware that only half of the rooms face the street while half face that inner courtyard and it's hard even seeing the sky. Also the breakfast was very poor. Jus a few pastries, som fruits and yogurt. That's it.

We found a good deal for a three bedroom apartment and were very happy with our stay. The proximity next to Alicante airport makes it very convenient. It is close to the airport but you don’t hear the planes! It is also close to Alicante if you want to visit the city. We stayed on two occasions and at first we enjoyed the pool area as it is excellent for small children. It is also not too busy or crowded...

If you don't pursue living by the sea, but care more about living comfort, quality and cost-effectiveness, especially for self-driving families with children, I highly recommend staying here. The breakfast staff were pleasant. I complained about the lack of vegetables for breakfast, and they stepped up their game the next day with a vegetable dish. Otherwise, the room is OK, and breakfast is quite OK for short stays but thends to be repeatable. The room cleaning service is not that good. We found our pajamas tossed over a bag, though we left them on the bed. And a pair of pants on the floor...

Hands down the most relaxing hotel you can book for Alicante! It is a 20-25min walk to the city center but the was is well lit and safe. You are close to the port and running trails. The gym, sauna, and jacuzzi is create for relaxing during the day when it’s too hot out. The safe is great and they accept luggage hold when you check out of the hotel.

I really enjoyed our stay here. I especially loved the design of the rooms, the comfy bed and the bathroom setup with a large shower. The cocktail bar downstairs is really nice as well.

A beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. We were lucky enough to get one of the waterfront rooms and the view is spectacular! With windows closed it was very quiet, if open the traffic circle was surprisingly busy and that was noisy. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and staff very friendly. Had a lovely stay at Casa Alberola for three nights. The room was lovely and had a modern/antique feel to it. The bed was also very comfy. The breakfast was great and had a wide spread/variety. The staff were on hand and went above and beyond for us. Will definitely be returning.

We highly recommend this hotel, we recently stayed in a modern sea view room, the view was fabulous. The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a great selection of food, especially the breakfast.The hotel was in the perfect location. We were extremely satisfied with our stay and are looking forward to returning again soon.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The shared areas were also very well-maintained and peaceful – perfect for relaxing. We love this hotel and Alicante. The hotel is in a great location, close to all amenities, beach, esplanade, bars and restaurants. It is our third trip here ,we requested a Marina view with an unobstructed view prior to arrival, this was provided. We couldn't fault the room and very clean. The breakfast is very good. We used the bar in the evenings and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Currently staying here and cannot fault the room. We are staying in the premier junior suite and it's just beautiful with a marina view. However I have one complaint! The staff in the restaurant and bar are just miserable and so unorganised. We never get asked if we want coffee, never mind if we want anything off the menu! and as for getting. Ice it's like asking for a pot of gold! I even got refused...
