We had a fantastic time in this hotel. So clean. Lovely and friendly staff 👏🥰the hotel is not in the centre of Alicante ( even better ), which was quiet. To get to the centre you need to catch the bus number 22. It's about a 20-minute ride. The hotel is close to the beach ⛱️ the food was very nice and a large selection for breakfast 👌 I strongly recommend this hotel. You won't be disappointed.

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in on this trip to Spain. Room was lovely, setting was lovely, swimming pool and bar. Requested an iron to get the wrinkles out of some clothes and they lent us one straight away.

Nice hotel, tastefully refurbished and branded as boutique. We stayed just the one night bed and breakfast. The positives were that the room was modern, clean and comfortable and had a balcony. There was a mini fridge and a safe and everything was in good working order. It's also a pet friendly hotel so we were able to take our dog with us...but at an extra cost of 15 euros which is not only excessive...

Cute hotel with everything a guest can expect. Clean, well located, close to the beach. The staff is very attentive.

Very interesting architecture. Great welcome at reception from Alexandria. Very friendly. Enthusiastic and set the tone for our visit. Lovely clean room with TV. Swimming pool looked very inviting. Great value recommend a visit.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. I struggled to sleep well due to noise coming from the other rooms and the main road near our bedroom door. Food was expensive also and we were charged for things like bottled water etc. We did enjoy our stay but it could have been better.

Chic boutique hotel with tasteful decor. Nice bar, beautiful dining room. Bedrooms are modern and spacious. WiFi is free. Outside seating, swimming pool and garden area for relaxing. The restaurant offers a good menu. Staff are friendly and helpful. Supermarket very near. The beach is just minutes away, it’s really beautiful. The tram station is near and very cheap and convenient for trips the city...

The lobby and dining room are very tasteful in terms of decor and comfort. However, the corridor to the room appeared tired and tatty. The room was basic and the bathroom could do with an upgrade although it was clean. The staff at the hotel in reception and also in the dining room (with the exception of the morning shift) were rude and arrogant. The half board choices were very limited and...

No mini fridge or even glasses in the room. No food allowed. Otherwise, a nice place.

Nice hotel situated on the seafront, beautiful views if you book a sea view room. Avoid restaurant as service atrocious

The staff are lovely & arranged to have someone come to our room to do the covid tests we need to fly to the UK, saving us the hassle of finding and travelling to a testing centre. The pool is great & location ideal - right next to a tram stop and a bus stop. Lovely selection of drinks and very good coffee. Room clean and beds made each day.

Excellent location close to the beach, close to bars and restaurants. The staff is nice. Rooms are clean. There is a bar downstairs (very convenient as a meeting point if you are with a group of friends). I would definitely come back here.

The best things about this hotel are its location, the size of the rooms and the friendly staff. Due to COVID-19, breakfast is currently being served in predefined menus. There is a nice pool and the cleanliness of the hotel is at a high level.

Could be 5 stars easily but small things drag it down like leaking shower, mold in the bathroom, damaged floor strips. But I still recommend it, just I'm disappointed in wasted potential.

Perfectly acceptable hotel just a bit far out from centre

The place is very very pleasant and the staff are 100%+ but the beauty salon is a must Teresa was absolutely fabulous has hands of a goddess after a session I was ready to party and enjoy my holiday thank you all.. Tara I will be back

Hotel has good facilities. Staff are friendly and efficient. Only issue for us is the distance from city centre. Road is very busy and quite noisy

This is a nice hotel that is a short walk from the centre of Alicante and the beach. We stayed for 5 nights on a room only basis. The room was nice and just the right size for myself and my children, though the sofa bed was a little to uncomfortable for myself so one of my children got relegated to that.... The pool was a decent size and never too busy, it seemed to be primarily Spanish tourists at...

The hotel is pretty good. the location is good. however do not eat lunch or dinner there! it was not worth the money that you pay, i payed 25€ for 1 person and for 4 it was 100€, we have been in alicante for 1 week and it was the most expensive meal in the whole trip for us while we ate much better quality food elsewhere for the same money. the food was half cold and bad and for dessert there was old...

For a three star hotel it is a very friendly, clean and good service. Location not ideal with about a mile walk to all the main bars and restaurants. Close to the marina with approximately 5 min walk. All in all a great place to visit for the price.

Put here after cancelled flight. Arrived at 02:00. The staff were efficient and very pleasant. Room was very clean and well appointed. Buffet breakfast was extremely good, from fresh fruit to cooked breakfast,cakes and pastries pancakes,churros even champagne!!!. If you get a chance go there you will not be disappointed.

Had a lovely stay here in one of the superior rooms. Great location, close to the tram station and bus stops. A short walk to the city. Our room (505) was spacious and well equipped. We found the hotel staff very helpful and friendly, the room was great and it was cleaned daily. The breakfast we had was lovely with a good choice for all. We were on the ninth floor and it was very quiet at night time. It was a nice steady walk into town and the beach, all in all we had a great few days.

The room was comfortable, quiet and clean. We had everything we needed for our one night stay. Euopean hotels don’t usually have tea or coffee making facilities, but we overcome this by taking our own travel kettle and supplies. The place is old, but the price is just right for the city Centre. The hotel has been built around the 80s, and is not updated much ever since. There are a lot of loud speaking people whom you can hear echoing in the cool air atria in the middle. Until 2 AM sometimes. There's no way around it. Bring earplugs. 24 hours desk and location - great.

Very good service. The housekeeping ladies are very nice. The reception is also great. Continental breakfast(sufficient) super service. A hotel in the center, close to everything. Maybe it would only be useful to modernize the rooms, but for my family it was ok.

Basic hotel with Balcon with view to the fort that needs some renovation. Seems to be that this was not done over the last 20 years. But ok! If you have no problems with 15min. walk via the nice streets to the coast boulevard it is good.

This hotel is a very low budget and is very dated wouldn't recommend for a honeymoon but if you are passing through Alicante with limited funds it's ideal ,get over the old wooden draws ext ,the old fashion key on a large fob the hotel was spotless throughout, breakfast included at around £30 for two people excellent value ,all the bars shops restaurants within a few minutes walk .

Did a two week stay at this hotel while on a work trip. Very comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and lovely helpful staff.

The sink had to be repaired and the toilet was flushing by itself. Taught the room would have an ovean view and a bucket of snacks, but apparently its only in more expensive rooms.

As soon as you arrive the staff were welcoming. Restaurant was excellent with great staff. The rooms were very clean. Every staff from the repair staff, cleaners, reception restaurants were all excellent and very welcoming. Everyone greeted us with the biggest smile. This is my second visit and will definitely book again to stay there.

Really really those beds I had in my room were so comfortable and I slept like a baby. There were a couple of girls in the reception that helped us to get everything sorted out with our reservation. There was a television with channels in good quality and the mini fridge inside our room was empty. They should have kept some drinks which we are willing to pay. That's unfortunate. Does what it says on the tin! It's convenient and clean Breakfast very disappointing . Just cold bacon from the hot dishes and even later they produced scrambled egg! Tv not working and I asked once at reception and was ignored I then called reception from phone and they fixed it immediately! You gett what you pay for

The hotel is old, so you may not expect your room to be as nice as in the picture, it is next to a motorway, so a bit noisy, also the nearby sea is not accessible because of the railway and it is blocked by an iron fence. The car park is very nice though, so in general it is ok.

Friendly and helpful staff who added to our overall experience at the hotel. They gave us a room upgrade, with sea views and the room had everything needed for our one night stay. Perfect place, we stayed 1 week, the service was great both at the reception as for the persons taking care of cleaning. We paid for an upgrade to have a bigger room with a balcony and sea view. The sunrise is amazing.

A great hotel. The staff is helpful and nice. One down side is when you’re in your room, you can hear everything outside in the hall. So I’m a light sleeper, so I woke easily when someone was talking or just walking outside my door. Beside that, great rooms, and the cleaning is very good. The hotel is very easy to find. If you take a bus from the airport, you just take C-6.

The hotel is VERY well located - 1 block from the seafront and a couple of minutes walk to the Old Town (Barrio). Room was clean, bathroom very well appointed and the staff were most friendly and helpful. Very good value. If I'm back in Alicante (and I hope I will be sometime), I will stay here again.

On the plus side the hotel is in a great location - convenient for the beach, restaurants, castle etc. It also has super helpful staff, a decent breakfast spread, and a free coffee machine. Only downside is that because it is central there can be a bit of noise from the street at night.

Great hotel. And in the rooms on the backside it is very silent. Maybe the view is not the best, but that´s not so important.

Staff is helpful and the check-in is quick. We stayed in a room facing the interior court yard, which is basically just facing an ugly wall. Beware that only half of the rooms face the street while half face that inner courtyard and it's hard even seeing the sky. Also the breakfast was very poor. Jus a few pastries, som fruits and yogurt. That's it.

Nice hotel in a great location. I’m giving it five stars as the Italian receptionist Claudia was fantastic. I had fallen over and clicked my neck, and she got me ice rolled in ice. My phone was broken and she helped print off my travel tickets. She showed great patience and concern for my well being.

Brilliant location and lovely helpful staff at all times. We asked for extra pillows which arrived immediately. A mirror in the room would have been very useful. Breakfast quite basic but ok. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The hotel isn't great at all, very simple and don't pay extra for breakfasts, it's very poor. But the location is great easy to reach the beach, the airport and also the old town. The reason I give 4* is the staff. THE STAFF SO NICE AND HELPS ANYTHING YOU NEED!
