It's pretty average. Aside from being next to the sea and in a relatively central location, there's nothing else I can recommend.
Best hotel in Alicante Amazing views to the beach and the city
The location is perfect and the service is professional. However the facility is a little bit old. The bed is also not so comfortable enough for a 4-star hotel.
This hotel is very good. Alicante is a beautiful coastal city in southeastern Spain, located on the Mediterranean coast. It is famous for its sunny beaches, historical sites and food. It is part of the Valencia Autonomous Region and is also a famous holiday resort. Must-see attractions in Alicante: • Castillo de Santa Bárbara: overlooking the
Hygiene: Not very clean, the tabletop is covered with dust. Environment: The environment is OK, the breakfast is good and the view is great. The location of the hotel is still great, the perfect combination of city and resort feeling.
Room is old and a bit run down. Expensive for what it is. Personnel at reception is nice and helpful.

Currently staying here and cannot fault the room. We are staying in the premier junior suite and it's just beautiful with a marina view. However I have one complaint! The staff in the restaurant and bar are just miserable and so unorganised. We never get asked if we want coffee, never mind if we want anything off the menu! and as for getting. Ice it's like asking for a pot of gold! I even got refused...
Just returned from a girls weekend in Alicante . What a beautiful hotel this is . On arrival a couple of the rooms were ready so we could check in . Couldn’t believe the size of the suite and the bath in the window was an added luxury .so easy to walk to the centre . All of the staff were outstanding especially the lady at the restaurant Nuria .. an absolute gem .. we were treat like royalty and had...
Just returned from a 7 day holiday at Suites Del Mar. We have visited this hotel many times and have always found the services facilities and the location excellent. However on our recent visit we were very disappointed with a few of the changes that have been made after the recent upgrade work completed at the first floor pool area. The smaller pool and sun bathing area is now not exclusive to Suites...
The breakfast and the snacks (ceasar salad...kinda... picture attached) we tried were disappointing. Both the variety and the quality need improvement. Javier (?) the front manager didn't let us check out late at 18h regardless their advertisement of late check out option. This way he traded off a satisfied actual guest to a non existing one he was still wanted to sell our room to (at 4 pm for the...
Really nice hotel! I checked in for a few nights into a suite on the fourth floor which had amazing views over the harbour and sea. The suite was beautiful - massive space, excellent features, very clean, very comfortable (and huge!) bed. Was only briefly at the pool, which was very nice. Poolside drinks/food menu was ok. Breakfast was very nice indeed - very generous selection. Staff were very polite...

Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Alicante. We were met with a glass of cava, staff were very friendly and helpful. I booked for a massage for the next morning which was also wonderful. The rooftop bar is a must visit, hot in the day, but during sunset and the evening is wonderful. Rooms really spacious and comfortable. Id definitely recommend
Loved this hotel. The neutrals and white in the lobby are a pleasant departure from the business of the Esplanade and Main Street. It’s immediately quieter and cooler. The rooms were well appointed - though definitely over-indexed on pillows. The room had a little couch, Juliet balconies, desk and spacious though open concept bathrooms. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and speak so many languages...
4.5 stars. We stayed in a room that you had to take the elevator up two floors, then take stairs up to our floor - a little odd and harder with 100lbs of suitcases to carry. But the service was very courteous and helpful. Room was spacious, but could have been a little better with the A/C. Great walkable location. All in all, I would stay here again - especially for the price.
Absolutely gorgeous hotel, the staff were so helpful and friendly - everything was down to an excellent standard. The hotel is very luxurious and high quality and yet maintains such a relaxed and chilled out atmosphere. Location is perfect, central to the restaurants and old town and a mere stroll from the beach. Will definitely go again.
Very nice hotel, large and comfortable room, quiet because it overlooked the internal courtyard; coffee and tea available for free; top-notch staff friendliness. Excellent location, close to the sea and the restaurant and shopping area. I would gladly return
The room is nice, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is very rich and I like it very much👍. The service is very good👍

Lovely hotel, very good and friendly stuff. Perfect location, we will come back
Decent hotel, quiet, and very central. The staff were very professional. We'll be back.
Location was great and the room was clean. However the heating in the hotel is too high. Even if the heater was not turned on, the room was too warm. It got better when they switched to ac instead. More flexibility should be given for temperature control.
The room had everything I needed and was comfortable. This is a good quality place to stay.
Everything was well, but the TV couldn’t connect to the WiFi. So we wasn’t able to watch Netflix
A large hotel with a very good location. the staff was friendly. The rooms and the hotel as a whole were clean, but untidy - there are quite a few small defects everywhere, which make an unpleasant impression on the guests. The food was delicious and overall I'm happy with my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near supermarkets and restaurants
Hotel with good location. Spacious room and good breakfast with lots of choice . My recent stay there was no WiFi for 24 hours , everybody needs WiFi these days when travelling. Staff weren’t really bothered about this and offered no solution when I couldn’t get my phone to work . I wouldn’t stay again as I thought that the staff were unhelpful and overwhelmed/ unfriendly
The hotel is a franchise, so the decor is old; it just rebranded. The facilities inside are very basic. Plus, there are very few parking spaces, so we had to park on the street, which was inconvenient.
The room was very spacious, and there's a small gym and sauna. The front desk staff were super friendly, and the location is excellent – close to both the city center and the beach. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit dated.
Amazing stay and great location. Hotel staffs were very friendly and welcoming

The hotel is really good, the room is very clean and I would recommend the breakfast and dinner buffet.
Excellent! The hotel is clean and very comfortable. The balcony was a great plus. Very good breakfast and dinner, with quality products. There's a bus stop right at the hotel entrance that takes you to the city in 30 minutes. Two lovely pools. Make sure to choose a room with a terrace to be in the new building, which is much more pleasant than the old one that has no balcony and is a bit out of the...
Excellent dinner and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in for a whole, breakfast was busy but again very worth it
Overall we had a really nice stay at this hotel and it fit the exact purpose we needed for, it was also the best value of anywhere around. This is an excellently appointed hotel, close to the beach (although not quite there), but not your usual Mediterranean beach hotel, much classier. We loved the simple yet tasteful decoration, however their main asset is the staff, consistently nice, knowledgable and ready to help. Regarding meals, we cannot emphasize enough the variety they offer in their buffets, both at breakfast and at dinner....

Excellent hotel in Alicante Excellent hotel in Alicante close to the golf and the beach San Juan, with superb breakfast and parking included
Great hotel and convenient for transport to Alicante and Benidorm without the commercial bits. Very non tourist area apart from the golf.
For a four-person room, there were three beds, two towels, a small bottle of shampoo for one person, slippers for two people, and a half-liter bottle of water. The air conditioning worked well, and the breakfast was delicious.
It's not suitable for tourism; it's quite far from the city center and tourist attractions, and it's not the kind of large golf resort I imagined.

Everything was beautiful! We really liked it.
Poor location and average level of services (whilst the room rate has nearly doubled in the last 7 years) ; the only advantage is the rooftop pool but considering the rates these days for the level of service and amenities (you have to beg to get a few coffee sachets in the room, no water bottle etc.), I won't go back.
The room was small but sufficient and the location is good. The pool was very busy and without much shade. The jacuzzi was much appreciated.
Not my first stay in this hotel, but first time booked with the trip app because of the price difference . Before I used to book directly with the hotel. I think I had possibly the least comfortable room in the hotel this time compared to my previous stays. Room was on the first floor.  I asked for a quiet room and the room met this requirement.
This is a typical corporate business hotel with expected standards and a nice rooftop pool - if sun is out. However it is not sufficiently near the centre for tourists on a short break to Alicante. For that purpose I would go somewhere nearer the Market/ old town. It was a good 30 minutes walk to the tourist sites.
Located in a quiet neighbourhood the hotel is just a 15 min walk into the hustle and bustle of the city and the beach. Excellent bath tub, Korres toiletries, comfy bed, great variety of food for breakfast and super attentive staff. Lovely jacuzzi, sauna and a rooftop swimming pool.

Got the room towards the back (It has a large balcony, but the sea view is really just very partial) Still, the room, was spotless clean. Beds were ok comfy, not great, not terrible. Bathroom was newly renovated, very nice shower. Aircon (for heating) worked very well. No fridge (just for those really wanting one) Location is good, 5min from Tram stops, 3min from the beach. Overall, a solid no nonsense...
Good place, actually only thing that brings the score down is the lack of isolation in the rooms. Especially the showers/toilets. If i lay in bed and have the shower door open it's like u have ur neighbour's inside ur room... And the breakfast is very basic but still OK.
The hotel was fine and in a good location near to the beach. However, my elderly and disabled mum who was in a wheelchair struggled as they only had a single disabled room on a separate floor to all of us even though she needed our assistance. She struggled with the steps up to the dining area which was more like a school canteen. When she felt weak one morning and couldn’t eat her breakfast, she took...
Room was lovely, needs attention on the door frames with brick work exposed in 202. Super large balcony which was a bonus. No smoking around the pool or in the outside communal areas. Lift was very bumpy on arrival at the different floors...
The hotel was clean and comfortable and had everything you need. The pool area was well kept. All the staff were very helpful. A cafe / bar was open until 11 pm every evening. The location was fantastic. Very close to the sandy beach and plenty of places to eat nearby.

Get to see the sunrise at breakfast which is a novelty. The rooms are good, provided you get a sea view, although floors 2-3 are more desirable as there is a garage infront at ground floor level.
Not bad~ but if you eat in the room and don't clean up the garbage, there will be ants
The food tastes really nice and to a very good price. The staffs were so kind, helpful and very quick to make the food. Here we want to highlight Jimmy, Kelvin Monica and for being ekstra kind to us. Overall the hotel was clean, clam and very smiling and sweet staffs. I recommend Albahia Hotel.
The location is very close to a really nice beach. The view from the room isn't great but the food here is brilliant. The staff are lovely, especially the restaurant staff - Monica, Laura, James, Selin, Aleja and of course the chef Naty. My Spanish isn't great but the staff were super helpful and kind. Also the reception staff - Monica, Paola and Sara - were great!
Very nice hotel and room but no welcome water in room / no kettle or access to making hot drinks in room / no mini fridge in room , we could here people in other rooms have bed fun so sound proof is not good , I would book again on my second Choice but would not book on first choice. Short & sweet stay in Alicante Great location for a central hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely book again, we only had a short stay but was perfect. Good size room and comfortable.
Truly enjoy the stay in a well-maintained apartment with good amenities and in a good location. Double-glazing windows helped to dampen the street noise during busy period. Host is very responsive to questions.
Although we went there off-peak season so not a lot of things were open in the hotel we still very much enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well equipped. We are very happy with this lovely hotel. The position beside the marina and old town is superb. The view from our balcony on the 23rd floor is amazing, looking straight at the castle and marina. Very comfortable bed, room large with sofa and tv, shower good. Breakfast tasty and varied. We will stay here again.
The view from the balcony was brilliant - we were on a high floor and it was a little breezy. The reception team (apart from Alejandro) were unhelpful. We had a problem whilst we were there and the manager was very unhelpful. The lifts are antiquated and we waited a long time for them most days. The room was ok - could do with a little modernising. Cheap and cheerful really. The location was brilliant...
Great location and value for money--lifts can be a bit scary if you are not 100% confident in using them--but they are fine if a little noisy and only 2 of them - hotel clean and daily cleaning of room was very good. Would suggest upgrading to suoerior room with views- ours was 1701 (17th floor) and could not be faulted, although some room noise is transferred.
I really liked the view from the 15th-floor window; it was a beautiful panorama. We were surprised that the bathroom only had soap, shower gel, and shampoo in large jars, no slippers, and no drinking water. The price was only for the view. The breakfast was okay, even good. You could eat cheaper in cafes.

Good priced , clean place , nicely located. Very accommodating. Bad experience. I booked a standard double room. The smell of sewage constantly came out of the bathroom, and they didn't even spray perfume when they cleaned.
