This hotel has every thing you want for a good holiday. Good clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, pool, good food and drinks. Great location on the marina, and a good clean and maintained beach a short walk away. The airport bus stops a short walk down the marina and the whole of the city on your door step. City has travel links to let you explore the whole area you do not need a car.

Lovely hotel to stay in. Ideal location, very close to the town, beach and harbour. We had access to the Level which made the stay even better. My wife & I have visited this Hotel over the last 10 years on an annual basis. Most recently for the festival of San Juan. It remains one of our favourite hotels, with quality rooms, a great location for beach or city, but most importantly fantastic staff, especially those in the Level. Absolutely fantastic hotel! Literally punching way above it's weight!! The 'Level' is a five star experience and well worth the upgrade. Superb location, genuinely attentive and engaged staff. Even though we only live a half hour drive away we will be back to stay here regularly.

Not a hotel I would recommend. Staff very nice but food not great. The dinner buffet at 24 euros per person was more expensive than restaurants outside and food substandard. The only food that was good was fries. Sun loungers could use a good power wash. Rooms were clean although didn't top up hand soap. Ours had absolutely zero in it by second last day of our stay

Hotel Maya Alikante is OK. It's not the best 3 stars hotel, but it's also not the worse. The stuff was really nice and helpful. And the best part of the hotel: it's location. Some aspects need to be improved, first of all: breakfast. There is a small gym in the hotel, but it needs some cleaning and may be renovation.

We loved our stay at AC Hotel Alicante. The staff was kind and gave good recommendations. We loved the rooftop pool and bar. It was a great place to hang out and meet people from other places. The pool and bar is only open until 8, it would be nice if it would stay open a little later.

Stayed for a night with friends before flying out the next day. It’s a decent walk to get to the center. It’s near the station, and they can call a taxi for you as well. I just wish they made the parking complimentary when you’re checking in. Parking has a tight space, so if you’re driving an SUV, I’d double check with them first.

Very friendly staff. We needed utensils for some food we had delivered and they were very accommodating. From check in to departure everyone was so kind. The housekeepers were also incredibly friendly. Walking distance to the waterfront and most of the sites in Alicante. Would stay here again.

The hotel is not in the center but very well connected. Te staff is very kind and the rooms were clean. They provide many amenities as well as a kettle, a clothes iron with board and hair dryer. There is a nice rooftop pool/terrace and a small fitness room with a jacuzzi and steam bath open from aprox. 7 to 22h.

A large hotel with a very good location. the staff was friendly. The rooms and the hotel as a whole were clean, but untidy - there are quite a few small defects everywhere, which make an unpleasant impression on the guests. The food was delicious and overall I'm happy with my stay.

It's an OK hotell. Rom is clean, and have daily cleaning.. good aircondtion. not the best minibar. The hotel is close to everything.. old city, city center, taxi, tram, ect.. 15 min walk to the beach..

Nicely located in the old town just across the street from the beautiful food market. Rooms are good, but the lift is absolutely horrible (very slow and unresponsive). Decent continental breakfast, and no disturbances from traffic. Parking garage is a 7 min walk from the hotel, but not to much of an issue.

Great central location with cheap underground parking right outside. Small rooms with no tea or coffee facilities, not even complimentary water in the room. The hotel was fantastic. Location in the very center next to the main market and close to restaurants and bars. Across the street from the hotel is the bus stop for the C6 bus that goes to the airport. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Thank you for the coffee in the room.

We live not far from the Porta Mari Suites, hence have not used the hotel suites or rooms, only the restaurant and bar cafetería. We have always found the staff extremely pleasant and helpful and we enjoy the comfort along with the splendid location and view.

We had a one night stay in Alicante, so we had chosen this hotel, because of a good location. We are really happy, everything was excellent. I had a very good experience in this hotel one of the best in alicante , they gave me a very specious room after a little misunderstanding with the booking , it had a very beautiful view on the sea and also we paid for the breakfast which we didn’t regret doing that because they had a lot of choices of food . We had a fantastic time in this hotel. So clean. Lovely and friendly staff 👏🥰the hotel is not in the centre of Alicante ( even better ), which was quiet. To get to the centre you need to catch the bus number 22. It's about a 20-minute ride. One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in on this trip to Spain. Room was lovely, setting was lovely, swimming pool and bar. Requested an iron to get the wrinkles out of some clothes and they lent us one straight away.

Nice hotel, tastefully refurbished and branded as boutique. We stayed just the one night bed and breakfast. The positives were that the room was modern, clean and comfortable and had a balcony. There was a mini fridge and a safe and everything was in good working order. OK, got there and was immediately impressed. Until we found that our room was in the older part of the hotel and had no A/C on this very hot Sept evening. Very nice hotel close to the beach. The rooms are big, the beds comfortable, great shower. Great breakfast and nice staff. I would have given 5* when they put some paintings on the wall and more moody lights instead of the very white walls and lights.

Needs an updated, the beds were not very comfortable and moves alot. The air conditioning system in our room wasn't functioning so we were move to a different room. The channels and entertainment on the TV was only in Spanish. Aside that, it had a lovely swimming pool. Kudos to the handyman he keeps the area tidy and clean. Finally, its in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach.

No Frills hotel. We stayed for 7 nights with our kid. Communication with the hotel was not that great and we ended up paying 175 euros extra for the 5 y/o kid’s extra bed. If you just want a place to spend night, go for it, but if you need a resort feeling, it’s not the place for you. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was decent.

The staff are lovely & arranged to have someone come to our room to do the covid tests we need to fly to the UK, saving us the hassle of finding and travelling to a testing centre. Wow. What a truly incredible stay! We booked a standard room but were appointed with a beautiful suite. The front desk staff was absolutely incredible - very kind, helpful and proactive. This hotel definitely lives up to the 5-star rating. If I am ever back in the area, this hotel will be my first choice.

I would recommend B&B hotels to friends and family. Location s are normally good if not in the town or city there's a bus or trams into town. Comfortable clean basic rooms also if you have breakfast then choice is good for the price. Parking is good, safe and secure one tip would be some hotels have limited spaces in the secure site so early arrival time would help.

Did a two week stay at this hotel while on a work trip. Very comfortable rooms, good breakfast, and lovely helpful staff.

The sink had to be repaired and the toilet was flushing by itself. Taught the room would have an ovean view and a bucket of snacks, but apparently its only in more expensive rooms.

As soon as you arrive the staff were welcoming. Restaurant was excellent with great staff. The rooms were very clean. Every staff from the repair staff, cleaners, reception restaurants were all excellent and very welcoming. Everyone greeted us with the biggest smile. The place is old, but the price is just right for the city Centre. The hotel has been built around the 80s, and is not updated much ever since. There are a lot of loud speaking people whom you can hear echoing in the cool air atria in the middle. Until 2 AM sometimes. There's no way around it. The location is very close to a really nice beach. The view from the room isn't great but the food here is brilliant. The staff are lovely, especially the restaurant staff - Monica, Laura, James, Selin, Aleja and of course the chef Naty. My Spanish isn't great but the staff were super helpful and kind. Lovely clean comfortable room. We did not use other facilities but they looked OK. Would well recommend paying the extra for a room with a view as the square and castle at night where well worth the extra €20 or so. The balcony was very small but is what it is.

I give a 4 star rating because of the fact that they advertise private parking which is actually a public parking some 10 minutes walk away. Moreover, they make you pay a deposit of 10 euro which you only get back upon returning the badge (same badge like the room card). My room had a window in the bathroom facing the plaza, which is lit all night long. Not a problem in the room itself, since it has heavy curtains, but there is an opaque glass door between the bathroom and the room itself, so the light from the plaza was coming through, quite brightly. It is a small and clean hotel, small neat rooms, but the doors are terribly noisy. You could hear each door every time it opens, because their closing mechanism is troubled. No sound proofing.

Really good bed madrass for both me and my wife. Could have had a couple of degree lover temperatures in the room in the winter time. Ac is turned off during the winter season. Opening the terrace door you smell the exhaust from busses and cars since there is no wind to blow it away. But overall we are very happy with our choice of hotel in Alicante. Staying here for 2 weeks late December 2023.

A great hotel. The staff is helpful and nice. One down side is when you’re in your room, you can hear everything outside in the hall. So I’m a light sleeper, so I woke easily when someone was talking or just walking outside my door. Beside that, great rooms, and the cleaning is very good. The hotel is very easy to find. If you take a bus from the airport, you just take C-6.

The hotel is VERY well located - 1 block from the seafront and a couple of minutes walk to the Old Town (Barrio). Room was clean, bathroom very well appointed and the staff were most friendly and helpful. Very good value. If I'm back in Alicante (and I hope I will be sometime), I will stay here again.

On the plus side the hotel is in a great location - convenient for the beach, restaurants, castle etc. It also has super helpful staff, a decent breakfast spread, and a free coffee machine. Only downside is that because it is central there can be a bit of noise from the street at night.

Beds are comfy and rooms are clean, though furniture has seen better days. Breakfast is great, staff are very polite and helpful. A slight but weird smell in both rooms I stayed.

Nice hotel. Room small but clean and has everything you could need. Ideal for a quick beach and town based break as location is pretty much ideal. Only down side was that we were woken at 07.30 every morning by workmen banging on the floor above us. When we enquired why we were not warned that they would be working above our room we were told that the works were not in the hotel but the building next...

Location is good as a block from the beach and a few from Las Ramblas. There is renovation going on at the hotel and this may affect the room depending on booking. If booking a twin a refurbished room was available opposed to a double. Rooms are on the smaller side.

Myself & my partner absolutely loved this hotel! It’s a great location, 5 minute walk to the beach, really lovely pool and the staff are very helpful & friendly. The views from the rooms are just gorgeous. Really quiet hotel which we LOVED. There’s nice restaurants near the hotel and the tram is 10 minute walk too which takes you directly into central Alicante. Would highly recommend Hotel Almirante...

very good hotel, nice rooms with big balconies and most of the rooms with pool view. rooms are cleaned every day. pool is very chilled, there is a bar. You can't bring your own drinks. San Juan beach (very clean and nice) is right across the road. 5 minutes walk. I stayed in August 2024. of the minuses I can note that breakfast is not included in the price. and the restaurant is a bit overpriced

We really love this hotel. Its is so relaxing and chilled. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and shades. Bar service from your sunbed too. The hotel is emaculately clean and smells lovely. The breakfast is fantastic, with so much choice. Its really close to the beach and Costa Blanca tram stop, so easy to explore the local area without a car. This was our 3rd visit and we will be back...

Loved this hotel!!, this shows as a 3 star but once you arrive it is like a 5 star. they take care of all of your needs. Although the outside looks a bit old, the hotel is really beautiful, clean and modern. The room was warm and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. The pool area was just beautiful and the lovely beach just a short walk away.
