Where to stay with pets in Alicante

it's a 10 min walk to the nearest beach,which has all you need including bars,cafes,waterspouts,etc etc. The Hotel is located in a VERY GOOD position. it is more than adequately clean,room service everyday

They were noisy in corridors, knocking on and slamming room doors. They left their breakfast tables in an awful state every morning. The team member who did most of the table clearing did a great job

Big bathroom, with a low bathtub, a sink with big counter and a bidet (of course toilet too). Backyard terraces with chairs and decent sized pool. A very large underground parking lot for those with car

there are 4 elevators and it can even take 5-10 minutes for one of them to come. But this does not affect my score and the positive vibes

The location is very close to a really nice beach. The view from the room isn't great but the food here is brilliant

Perfect place, we stayed 1 week, the service was great both at the reception as for the persons taking care of cleaning. We paid for an upgrade to have a bigger room with a balcony and sea view. The sunrise is amazing.

The food tastes really nice and to a very good price. The staffs were so kind, helpful and very quick to make the food. Here we want to highlight Jimmy, Kelvin Monica and for being ekstra kind to us

Overall the hotel was clean, clam and very smiling and sweet staffs

The staff are lovely, especially the restaurant staff - Monica, Laura, James, Selin, Aleja and of course the chef Naty. My Spanish isn't great but the staff were super helpful and kind

One of the nicest hotels we stayed in during our two weeks in Spain! The room was gorgeous, balcony view was excellent, bed was super comfy and was the first place we stayed where a queen bed wasn’t just shoving two twin beds together (this happened to us SO MUCH in Spain so be warned travelers, falling into the crack in the night is the worst lol!) the rooftop bar was so beautiful at night with views...

we did not stay in the hotel itself, but were tempted by a magical place - an oasis of calm, coolness, style and elegance. Every detail is elegantly and tastefully thought out. very friendly, professional waiters

Had late lunch there one day with a bottle of wine, UK type prices but the food was excellent - poke salad bowl with sprouting quinoa and tasty tomatoe salad with tuna belly and Alicante dried fish slices

helped to choose several dishes so that we could enjoy the variety of local cuisine. very nice tableware and beautifully decorated dishes. thank you for a wonderful experience😍

Facilities can make you hold in the hotel (do not forget that there is a nice beach nearby) - swimming pools (one on rooftop), bars (rooftop again with a great view in the evening), and lobby with comfortable temperature, that you can stay after/before check-in

As for an advice to management - wrote in booking, but will repeat here - some minor adjustments to the doors needed in our room, double bed could have been connected as they tend to move away, AC makes vibrations on the highest power level

Also residues in shower (especially in the silicone) makes it feel untidy, but in our case was still good enough. Welcome water or refillable jar would be so great as well

Our room was spotless and with a nice smell (without tobacco, as this is a common problem for this region), cleaning services very nice - washed floors every time

Breakfast - very, very high level. Variety of everything, and with day-to-day changes in the offer. Not every 5-star hotel can provide such level

The room arrangement is also original, was convenient and we liked it a lot

Stayed here in July while having treatment at a local clinic. Thought we were treated very well and had a lovely room with a view over the golf course. Felt this hotel had a touch of luxury and was very relaxing

An English wedding party were very disappointed with the service as the level of English from the staff was non existent and the manager was very rude to them as I understand Spanish

The hotel is well located, clean and with comfortable amenities. I give a 4 star rating because of the fact that they advertise private parking which is actually a public parking some 10 minutes walk away

Breakfast was fresh however mostly the same every day - mainly continental choices. Location of hotel is perfect, very close to the castle and Santa Maria Basílica

Very firm beds and expect to hear outside noise at night. There is a kettle in the room although no English breakfast tea. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Also hand wash and hand/body cream

Not a problem in the room itself, since it has heavy curtains, but there is an opaque glass door between the bathroom and the room itself, so the light from the plaza was coming through, quite brightly

Front desk will arrange airport taxis for those early flights. We didn't have breakfast here as there are plenty of cafés just outside where you can grab a bit. It does come to about the same price

Room was hard to get to the right temperature - it was either too cold or too hot. View from the terrace of the hotel is perfect and all in all it was a comfortable stay

The Hotel location is excellent, nearby the historic centre and the beach! Bus station is close also.

Definitely the best cocktail bar in Alicante, the decor truly represents its vibes and the music played by DJ just exceptional! Love the cocktail station in the middle of the bar, Stefan was very friendly and chatty, and his cocktails was out of this world

Food was suuuper! Jamon plate was amazing. Everything else was similarly good. Simply walking in without reservation and sitting at the bar was possible in July. Great and fast service, fun waiter. Will come again!

We shared drinks and some night fare around 8pm. Drinks were definitely on point and I didn’t think overly expensive. Our bar server was fantastic-lively, good attitude, attentive, and helpful. We’ll be back.

Excellent location close to the beach, close to bars and restaurants. There is a bar downstairs (very convenient as a meeting point if you are with a group of friends). I would definitely come back here

The staff is professional, helpful and speaks English well. Rooms clean, well stocked. Cleaned daily and the cleaning ladies very nice not imposing. I highly recommend this hotel.

The Hotel Castilla Alicante has a spacious room with terrace and a renovated bathroom with rain shower. It is located 150 meters from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants

We stayed for 7 nights with our kid. Communication with the hotel was not that great and we ended up paying 175 euros extra for the 5 y/o kid’s extra bed

The pool is great & location ideal - right next to a tram stop and a bus stop. Lovely selection of drinks and very good coffee. Room clean and beds made each day

Finally, its in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach

There was a mini fridge and a safe and everything was in good working order. It's also a pet friendly hotel so we were able to take our dog with us

We had a fantastic time in this hotel. Lovely and friendly staff 👏🥰the hotel is not in the centre of Alicante ( even better ), which was quiet. To get to the centre you need to catch the bus number 22

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in on this trip to Spain. Room was lovely, setting was lovely, swimming pool and bar. Requested an iron to get the wrinkles out of some clothes and they lent us one straight away.

For one night it wasn't a problem but I couldn't spend a whole week in such a small room. There was plenty of noise from kids playing across the street and the balcony doors just didn't keep the noise out at all

The girl who was on reception in the evening was very friendly and helpful but unfortunately the same can't be said for the guy on the morning shift. It's a nice hotel but with lots of room for improvement

Nice hotel, tastefully refurbished and branded as boutique. We stayed just the one night bed and breakfast. The positives were that the room was modern, clean and comfortable and had a balcony

We were there the 4th time. The location is perfect for any kind if holiday. The staff is friendly and the prices are good. The only negative thing are the old beds.

Beautiful hotel, nice surroundings with very rich green palms, grass etc. Rooms are fresh and nice. The bed was a bit stuff but ok. Location is far from city but that is to be expected from a golf resort

Restaurant menu catered well for adults, children and vegetarians, not the cheapest but quality meant I had no issue paying. If staying you will need a car, as closest shops are a few miles away

I would defo recommend this hotel and location to anyone as its the nicest and cleanest hotel I've been too ! Also when you walk into the door of the hotel there's an amazing smell over the whole hotel and since being home I can't get it out of my head lol I need to know what air freshener they use !!! Great location on the marina, and a good clean and maintained beach a short walk away. The airport bus stops a short walk down the marina and the whole of the city on your door step

Ideal location, very close to the town, beach and harbour. We had access to the Level which made the stay even better

Very good rooms, location and service. The hotel restaurant has a great menu for dinner with salads, salmon and dessert. Breakfast is very good but they need to offer tomatos, cucumbers and peppers

They didn’t refill any drinking water (there wasn’t enough drinking water anyway), so I had to go buy water from outside. Other than cleaning service, my friends and I really enjoyed our stay there

We loved our stay at AC Hotel Alicante. The staff was kind and gave good recommendations. We loved the rooftop pool and bar. It was a great place to hang out and meet people from other places

The hotel is not in the center but very well connected. Te staff is very kind and the rooms were clean. They provide many amenities as well as a kettle, a clothes iron with board and hair dryer

We didn't pay for spa/pool access either, so I can't comment on that. The hotel is in a good location with an easy walk to the beach. I would definitely stay there again if I return to Alicante

The staff were very polite, very friendly and I was impressed how good their English was. Breakfast was excellent great variety and the view was amazing. Our room was a Suite with a whirlpool

Location is good short walk to bars and restaurants at marina or in the old town. Also short walk to lovely beach

Only down side was we had a shower, not good for the LO it was a little temperamental, going hot and cold and it splashed out on the floor. There wasn't enough space for storage, so had to be organised

The staff are all professionally polite and couldn't do enough for us. We went with a toddler and made a mess everywhere we went, the cleaner was amazing and just sorted our room where needed

A large hotel with a very good location. The rooms and the hotel as a whole were clean, but untidy - there are quite a few small defects everywhere, which make an unpleasant impression on the guests

Location in the very center next to the main market and close to restaurants and bars. Across the street from the hotel is the bus stop for the C6 bus that goes to the airport. Thank you for the coffee in the room

Practical hotel in a central location. Many restaurants and coffeeshops nearby, Postiguet beach within a 12 min walk. Stayed in a family room which was pretty small, but had many storage options

Nicely located in the old town just across the street from the beautiful food market. Rooms are good, but the lift is absolutely horrible (very slow and unresponsive)

Great central location with cheap underground parking right outside. Small rooms with no tea or coffee facilities, not even complimentary water in the room

Hotel is in a very good location. From airport take bus c6 and exit at Mercado, then u walk 2 minutes. Hotel room is ok but nothing else. My window was towards courtyard and 15cm wide

The location was good, but the hotel itself wasn’t that good. On the instruction, we have to wait an hour for AC to work, we waited, but it never cooled down the temperature in our room

We had a one night stay in Alicante, so we had chosen this hotel, because of a good location. We are really happy, everything was excellent

We stayed for 3 nights in room 820. Hotel is really close to the airport bus stops and there is a supermarket next to it. Location-wise it is really good - 10 min walk to the center

Overall it was reasonably priced taking convenience and ambience into account. The location is good, quite near the promenade and not in the main tourist area

But for the price and location, it was a good deal. EuroStars have several other hotels in Alicante, if you prefer another location

Comfortable apartment. Large terrace on the 8th floor. View of the city. During the summer festival, a perfect view of the fireworks. Nice service, delicious breakfasts. Very nice restaurant, quiet.

The room was perfect, we didn't hear our neighbours which is important when you you are staying on the summer resort. Definitely we will recommend this place!

Had a lovely stay at Casa Alberola for three nights. The room was lovely and had a modern/antique feel to it. The breakfast was great and had a wide spread/variety. The staff were on hand and went above and beyond for us

The hotel is overall very nice and clean. Mattress and towels were new and clean. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. you can borrow towel for the beach free in charge which is really attractive

I really enjoyed our stay here. I especially loved the design of the rooms, the comfy bed and the bathroom setup with a large shower. The cocktail bar downstairs is really nice as well.

Great hotel near the marina and close to everything. Room was great. Loved the big rain shower head. Bed and pillows very comfortable, which is a big deal to me.

Wifi was very good that I could have online video conferences without having any issues. The staff, receptionists, waiters, all was very kind and helpful

We were lucky enough to get one of the waterfront rooms and the view is spectacular! With windows closed it was very quiet, if open the traffic circle was surprisingly busy and that was noisy

Our friends were in same hotel for a week's holiday and we joined them for one night stay as we live in Spain now. The town was buzzing and plenty of restaurants. Buses and taxis from hotel were great

Breakfast was wonderful in hotel. The junior suite was brilliant and the aircon was wonderful. Brilliant night sleep and would go back again as transport from the hotel is only €1

When arriving make sure you go past the Melia entrance as it's technically a separate hotel. Ask for late checkout as the options are more than reasonable

Big spacious room with two balconies. Access to outdoor pool and jacuzzi. Access to the gym wasn't working and the sauna wasn't running

There are a lot of loud speaking people whom you can hear echoing in the cool air atria in the middle. 24 hours desk and location - great
