Lay by the pool enjoying the sun with a view of the sea and beach was beautiful. Very relaxed environment and staff at the bar are very well trained in making great cocktails and all bar staff were very pleasant

I would defo recommend this hotel and location to anyone as its the nicest and cleanest hotel I've been too ! Also when you walk into the door of the hotel there's an amazing smell over the whole hotel and since being home I can't get it out of my head lol I need to know what air freshener they use !!! Excellent room with a beautiful view. Breakfast buffet was great with an amazing view. Staff was very helpful. Location right next to the beach can’t be beat. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Stayed at the Melia Alicante for a week with my friends for birthday celebrations. All I can say is WOW !!! Amazing hotel and staff. Hotel was spotless and perfect location to everything you need

Great location on the marina, and a good clean and maintained beach a short walk away. The airport bus stops a short walk down the marina and the whole of the city on your door step

It's an OK hotell. Rom is clean, and have daily cleaning.. good aircondtion. not the best minibar. The hotel is close to everything.. old city, city center, taxi, tram, ect.. 15 min walk to the beach..

From alicante Airport, you can use C6 buss for €3. 85 or take a taxi for about €22-25. The parking house is about 2 blocks from the hotel. But remember it just valid for one time check in/out

A large hotel with a very good location. The rooms and the hotel as a whole were clean, but untidy - there are quite a few small defects everywhere, which make an unpleasant impression on the guests

Great central location with cheap underground parking right outside. Small rooms with no tea or coffee facilities, not even complimentary water in the room

We had a very nice stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, everything was reachable by foot. The breakfast was amazing and the service was very good. I would recommend Hotel Eurostars Lucentum to everyone!

Nicely located in the old town just across the street from the beautiful food market. Rooms are good, but the lift is absolutely horrible (very slow and unresponsive)

it's a 10 min walk to the nearest beach,which has all you need including bars,cafes,waterspouts,etc etc. The Hotel is located in a VERY GOOD position. it is more than adequately clean,room service everyday

We appreciate their behaviour was not the responsibility of the hotel so it would be unfair to downgrade our experience

This hotel is fine,the Breakfast offered is 100%there is so much to choose from

Big bathroom, with a low bathtub, a sink with big counter and a bidet (of course toilet too). Backyard terraces with chairs and decent sized pool. A very large underground parking lot for those with car

there are 4 elevators and it can even take 5-10 minutes for one of them to come. But this does not affect my score and the positive vibes

We celebrated a professional event here, with a buffet lunch served at the Terraza Mirador, and it was fantastic! The staff is so nice and helpful they made the whole experience a success

The decoration and surroundings are idylic and the food was also great! I would highly recommend this place!

An English wedding party were very disappointed with the service as the level of English from the staff was non existent and the manager was very rude to them as I understand Spanish

The food was good but the service not. The poor waiter was rushed off his feet with little help from the manager

Our friends were in same hotel for a week's holiday and we joined them for one night stay as we live in Spain now. The town was buzzing and plenty of restaurants. Buses and taxis from hotel were great

Had a relaxing time... awesome customer service.... only thing I would say that would make it perfect just wish there had been some tea/coffee making facilities in the room ... 👍👍😎😎

Breakfast was wonderful in hotel. The junior suite was brilliant and the aircon was wonderful. Brilliant night sleep and would go back again as transport from the hotel is only €1

Hotel has good facilities. Staff are friendly and efficient. Only issue for us is the distance from city centre. Road is very busy and quite noisy

I just wish they made the parking complimentary when you’re checking in. Parking has a tight space, so if you’re driving an SUV, I’d double check with them first

Very good rooms, location and service. The hotel restaurant has a great menu for dinner with salads, salmon and dessert. Breakfast is very good but they need to offer tomatos, cucumbers and peppers

The hotel is not in the center but very well connected. Te staff is very kind and the rooms were clean. They provide many amenities as well as a kettle, a clothes iron with board and hair dryer

We loved our stay at AC Hotel Alicante. The staff was kind and gave good recommendations. We loved the rooftop pool and bar. It was a great place to hang out and meet people from other places

We needed utensils for some food we had delivered and they were very accommodating. From check in to departure everyone was so kind. The housekeepers were also incredibly friendly

Stayed for a night with friends before flying out the next day. It’s a decent walk to get to the center. It’s near the station, and they can call a taxi for you as well

Hands down the most relaxing hotel you can book for Alicante! It is a 20-25min walk to the city center but the was is well lit and safe. You are close to the port and running trails

Otherwise, the room is OK, and breakfast is quite OK for short stays but thends to be repeatable. The room cleaning service is not that good. We found our pajamas tossed over a bag, though we left them on the bed

Re the parking: there is free street parking at the back of the hotel

A supernice hotel with caring staff. The breakfast is really really nice and Gabriel our waiter was extremely gentle and friendly in the morning

We had 2 great nights at this hotel on the 4th and 5th of December. Initially, we were only staying for one night but decided to stay another night. Staff were pleasant, and the hotel was spotless

As a long-time NH Rewards member and now NH Discovery Titanium, we chose NH Alicante for a day-and-a-half stay in Alicante. Our experience exceeded expectations, starting with a wonderful upgrade to a beautiful suite

The hotel is beautiful and clean, amazing views all around. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice, and felt safe with the one way system. Location is near the beach and near the restaurant

Only down side was we had a shower, not good for the LO it was a little temperamental, going hot and cold and it splashed out on the floor. There wasn't enough space for storage, so had to be organised

The staff are all professionally polite and couldn't do enough for us. We went with a toddler and made a mess everywhere we went, the cleaner was amazing and just sorted our room where needed

Also there was a nightclub somewhere with music till 7am. If you had the door closed there was no noise but we were too hot and had it open but we were still able to sleep through it

We got provided with a cot but Lo wouldn't sleep in that and asked for it to be removed, the bed was that big we just coslept with her

They removed everything out of the mini bar so we could use it for fresh milk and gave us extra coat hangers and towels

The Hotel is in an ideal location conveniently in the centre of Alicante. Under ground car parking is available at a small cost

The hotel structure, general appearance and cleanliness are very good. The fitness room is small but has free weights, a bench, a few cardio machines and lats pull machine, so a solid workout can be obtained

The room was perfect, we didn't hear our neighbours which is important when you you are staying on the summer resort. Definitely we will recommend this place!

Comfortable apartment. Large terrace on the 8th floor. View of the city. During the summer festival, a perfect view of the fireworks. Nice service, delicious breakfasts. Very nice restaurant, quiet.

Perfect hotel on walking distance to beach, city centre and harbour. We've stayed here several time's over the last three years. Friendly staff and good free WiFi sigmal. Highly recommended.

My all recommendations for this hotel. Comfortable and cozy rooms, comfortable bed and I thought I sleep on the cloud. Breakfast is another wonderful story

In terms of suggested improvements, it would be great if there was complimentary water in the rooms (there was coffee, but anything else was only available from the mini bar ) and a mini fridge

I got a room with a "inside" window, so I basically only saw the building from the window, so no natural light at tall coming in, but that's fine, at least it was quiet during the night as I did not hear any noises from the street

Fantastic location and very nice service. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was tasty and abundant. I loved the scent that the hotel smelled of and bought a bottle to bring back home

Lovely stay here, made use of the roof top pool. Room very clean and well appointed. Breakfast choice fantastic but on the pricey side.

Also, my AC could not be adjusted and the temperature set was a bit too cold for me during the night (it felt good during the day)

A good hotel with all the facilities, parking was difficult to understand so we parked on the street. There is a very good restaurant nearby, on the sea front. Breakfast was average, the coffee was good

Nice place, conveniently close to the Playa de San Juan. Breakfast was very good (incl water melon and other delicious fruits) and parking nearby is all free. People at the reception were very warm and helpful.

I had a very good experience in this hotel one of the best in alicante , they gave me a very specious room after a little misunderstanding with the booking , it had a very beautiful view on the sea and also we paid for the breakfast which we didn’t regret doing that because they had a lot of choices of food

One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in on this trip to Spain. Room was lovely, setting was lovely, swimming pool and bar. Requested an iron to get the wrinkles out of some clothes and they lent us one straight away.

We had a fantastic time in this hotel. Lovely and friendly staff 👏🥰the hotel is not in the centre of Alicante ( even better ), which was quiet. To get to the centre you need to catch the bus number 22

Service at the restaurant was a hit and miss with one arrogant male attendant we tried to avoid. Further the property is clean and parking garage is affordable and convenient indoors (payable) and outdoors (free)

The site is clean and set in well tended gardens. Negatives: Room kitchen is not very well equipped, making family meals was tricky. Overall: Very happy with our stay at El Plantio and will look to book there again

Positives: Rooms were spacious and clean. Pools were not crowded and in good repair. Breakfasts were enjoyable with a fair choice. Evening restaurant is reasonable for the odd visit

It is also not too busy or crowded. The rooms were spacious and clean. But on our second visit we got an apartment at the main pool which unfortunately became noisy all night

The room isolation isn’t terribly great unless you have the back rooms facing the golf course but then they start mowing the lawn very early in the morning

For the food,breakfast was fine with enough choice to feed a family, lunch was a bit boring in its offering, and for dinner it was ok as well

The hotel has been newly renovated with good service, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were very good. We had an à la carte lunch once, and it was an even better experience—I highly recommend trying it

The ample free parking spaces near the hotel were a plus, and the location in a quiet, family-friendly area close to the beach and public transport made it even more appealing

Facilities can make you hold in the hotel (do not forget that there is a nice beach nearby) - swimming pools (one on rooftop), bars (rooftop again with a great view in the evening), and lobby with comfortable temperature, that you can stay after/before check-in

10-15 minutes away by walk there is a tram station and you can take line 4 or 5 to get to Alicante city. The hotel also has beautiful interiors. We had a very nice stay and would come again

Our room was spotless and with a nice smell (without tobacco, as this is a common problem for this region), cleaning services very nice - washed floors every time

The hotel had a nice pool but the water was a bit too cold. There is a beach nearby but you still have to walk about 10-15 minutes to get there

Excellent location close to the beach, close to bars and restaurants. There is a bar downstairs (very convenient as a meeting point if you are with a group of friends). I would definitely come back here

The staff is professional, helpful and speaks English well. Rooms clean, well stocked. Cleaned daily and the cleaning ladies very nice not imposing. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 7 nights with our kid. Communication with the hotel was not that great and we ended up paying 175 euros extra for the 5 y/o kid’s extra bed

Beautiful traditionally located Hotel opposite Town Hall. Stayed here twice now differently will stay again. Perfectly located for all amenities, beach and Castle.

Very good location. Our room had a view of the mountains. Spacious room, clean, the breakfast was simple but good. Friendly staff.

We did not use other facilities but they looked OK. Would well recommend paying the extra for a room with a view as the square and castle at night where well worth the extra €20 or so

Moreover, they make you pay a deposit of 10 euro which you only get back upon returning the badge (same badge like the room card)

Always stay here when visiting Alicante. The hotel was refurbished a few years ago and it was in need of this due to noise coming in from outside and very tired furniture etc indoors

Opening the terrace door you smell the exhaust from busses and cars since there is no wind to blow it away. But overall we are very happy with our choice of hotel in Alicante. Staying here for 2 weeks late December 2023

This is our second stay at the hotel and each time it’s be great. Staff are so helpful, rooms yet very small are immaculate and exceptionally clean

Breakfast is great, lots to choose from and plenty of choices of teas and coffees a great variety. Roof top pool is a plunge pool? But very inviting and great sun trap with amazing views of the Old Town

We at in 3 amazing restaurants which were only minutes from the hotel - and we could have eaten out every night for a week had we been there that long Some of the group are a bit fussy so the fact no one had any complaints speaks volumes about this hotel

We were here for a city break so the location was ideal as it was only a few minutes walk from all the museums and attractions. It was also only a short walk to the beach as well and the main esplanade

The staff were also lovely and couldn't be more - especially Marta who helped me so much with my group booking. The roof terrace was lovely and would be great in warmer weather

Loved this hotel!!, this shows as a 3 star but once you arrive it is like a 5 star. they take care of all of your needs

very good hotel, nice rooms with big balconies and most of the rooms with pool view. pool is very chilled, there is a bar. You can't bring your own drinks. San Juan beach (very clean and nice) is right across the road

The breakfast is fantastic, with so much choice. Its really close to the beach and Costa Blanca tram stop, so easy to explore the local area without a car. This was our 3rd visit and we will be back

Everyone from the people at the desk to the people cleaning your rooms are top notch! the on site restaurant is superb as well. there are so many good things they cannot all be mentioned

Its is so relaxing and chilled. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and shades. Bar service from your sunbed too. The hotel is emaculately clean and smells lovely

There was a television with channels in good quality and the mini fridge inside our room was empty. They should have kept some drinks which we are willing to pay. The area and location is very calm and with the seafront

Very nice hotel to stay for a night or several nights during the business trip or car travel. Location is good for drivers, have a good free parking for visitors!

Parking is good, safe and secure one tip would be some hotels have limited spaces in the secure site so early arrival time would help
