IF YOU NEED AIR CONDITIONING TO SLEEP, THIS IS NOT THE BEST PLACE TO STAY. The room temperatures do not go below 22.5C (72.5F). I was told it is “impossible” to attain a lower temperature. Attached photos show temp of room ranging from 23.5- 27 c (74-80f) This information would’ve been a deal breaker if I had known beforehand. I stayed here for a week in July 2024. The front desk staff is very attentive...
One of the nicest hotels we stayed in during our two weeks in Spain! The room was gorgeous, balcony view was excellent, bed was super comfy and was the first place we stayed where a queen bed wasn’t just shoving two twin beds together (this happened to us SO MUCH in Spain so be warned travelers, falling into the crack in the night is the worst lol!) the rooftop bar was so beautiful at night with views...
we did not stay in the hotel itself, but were tempted by a magical place - an oasis of calm, coolness, style and elegance. Every detail is elegantly and tastefully thought out. very friendly, professional waiters. helped to choose several dishes so that we could enjoy the variety of local cuisine. very nice tableware and beautifully decorated dishes. big portions and very tasty. thank you for a wonderful...
Stayed one night here. Staff all very good and all spoke good english. Room was okay. Had usb points and ample sockets. Had some uk channels on TV. The hotel is well situated. There is a small carpark that needs reserving prior but its tight. Breakfast was average. Food selection just ok not anything special. Overall I would probably stay here again. Price was high for my room but maybe as it was last...
Very good overall. Rooms were fine. Location is great, right in the heart if the old town. The roof terrace with sunbeds, pool and bar serving food is great. Had late lunch there one day with a bottle of wine, UK type prices but the food was excellent - poke salad bowl with sprouting quinoa and tasty tomatoe salad with tuna belly and Alicante dried fish slices. Varied selection of hot and cold...
We had a wonderful stay here in the heart of Alicante. The cleaner here was amazing! We were first given a room that had a noisy air con but we’re moved to a quieter room quickly. Their partner restaurant serving tapas is some of the best I’ve tried! They had a flamenco dancer and singer on one of the nights which was a great experience! All in all, I would stay again happily!

Very clean and nice rooms, staff is helpful. Location is perfect, everything is around in a short walk. The room is a bit too noisy, I would like them to put sound insulated windows in the rooms on the main street side. Otherwise, recommended!
The hotel should seriously provide ear plugs. It is so noisy mainly in early hours when council spray wash the streets for over an hour every morning. Otherwise lovely Hotel but I need to get back home for a rest, which isn't what a holiday should be about
Contemporary and elegant hotel at the best possible location - overlooking one of main city squares and a stone's throw away from the beach. Helpful and flexible staff. Rather quiet at night despite some comments say otherwise. Not so much of the advertised "Miralta experience" at the lounge in the winter, will need to come back check that out again in the summer. Thoroughly enjoyed the week-long stay

Absolutely the best AC in Spain. The staffs are lovely. Room is comfortable and stylish. Food is delicious. Deco is beautiful. Perfect location too.
One of the best 'value for money' hotels I have ever been! New and stylish, perfect location, the great service... And on top of all that - amazing breakfast!
We loved our stay at AC Hotel Alicante. The staff was kind and gave good recommendations. We loved the rooftop pool and bar. It was a great place to hang out and meet people from other places. The pool and bar is only open until 8, it would be nice if it would stay open a little later.
Stayed for a night with friends before flying out the next day. It’s a decent walk to get to the center. It’s near the station, and they can call a taxi for you as well. I just wish they made the parking complimentary when you’re checking in. Parking has a tight space, so if you’re driving an SUV, I’d double check with them first.
Very friendly staff. We needed utensils for some food we had delivered and they were very accommodating. From check in to departure everyone was so kind. The housekeepers were also incredibly friendly. Walking distance to the waterfront and most of the sites in Alicante. Would stay here again.
The hotel is not in the center but very well connected. Te staff is very kind and the rooms were clean. They provide many amenities as well as a kettle, a clothes iron with board and hair dryer. There is a nice rooftop pool/terrace and a small fitness room with a jacuzzi and steam bath open from aprox. 7 to 22h.

The very great hotel, and there is a strong feeling that management is working to make it even better. Would recommend room with a balcony (without may be also OK but all 1-star rewiews are about the part of hotel without balcony, which is older). Our room was spotless and with a nice smell (without tobacco, as this is a common problem for this region), cleaning services very nice - washed floors every...
We stayed for 14 nights and the hotel was fantastic. The rooms are clean and tidy. The hotel staff were fantastic, helpful and friendly. The roof top pool and bar is exceptional and was the main reason for booking the hotel as we just wanted to relax and chill. Breakfast was great, with a wide variety which changes slightly each day. We only ate once in the hotel at the buffet dinner, which was...
Beautiful hotel. This hotel is very modern with beautiful terraced rooms overlooking onto the pool. Plenty of sun beds in the pool area and gorgeous roof top bar. The hotel feels luxurious. Buffet also exceeded my expectations. They change it up on a daily basis and the quality of the food is high.
Lovely hotel with really great staff. Breakfast is a wonderful experience with an abundance of choice of hot/cold sweet/savoury dishes. Beds really comfortable and a nice sized room.Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. Very quiet when we stayed but it was early march. The pools are beautiful but a bit chilly for me in march🤭
I recently stayed at the hotel in Alicante and it was a fantastic experience! The breakfast was top-notch, offering a delightful variety of sweet and savory options. The dinners were equally tasty, complemented by a good selection of drinks. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with very cozy beds and a pleasant balcony view from the high floor. It is a small and clean hotel, small neat rooms, but the doors are terribly noisy. You could hear each door every time it opens, because their closing mechanism is troubled. No sound proofing.
This is our second stay at the hotel and each time it’s be great. Staff are so helpful, rooms yet very small are immaculate and exceptionally clean. Breakfast is great, lots to choose from and plenty of choices of teas and coffees a great variety. Roof top pool is a plunge pool? Had a fabulous stay last weekend. The rooms were all beautiful and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was amazing - a really good selection of sweet and savoury. The staff were also lovely and couldn't be more - especially Marta who helped me so much with my group booking. The roof terrace was lovely and would be great in warmer weather. Great location but tiny rooms. However clean and well managed. Pool at the roof and chill area is an advantage. Was available in mid Feb. Airport busstop by 3min walking distance. Planty of restaurants 1min away.
Really good bed madrass for both me and my wife. Could have had a couple of degree lover temperatures in the room in the winter time. Ac is turned off during the winter season. Opening the terrace door you smell the exhaust from busses and cars since there is no wind to blow it away. But overall we are very happy with our choice of hotel in Alicante. Staying here for 2 weeks late December 2023.

Definitely the best cocktail bar in Alicante, the decor truly represents its vibes and the music played by DJ just exceptional! Love the cocktail station in the middle of the bar, Stefan was very friendly and chatty, and his cocktails was out of this world. Next time I will come for food too! Thank you to the team!
Excellence defined… Food quality was some of the best we’ve had in all of Europe. Romantic yet sophisticated with fun vibe. Only regret is not being able to go again. We over ordered and recommend every thing …. As every dish approached we were wowed! From the burgers to the fries to the cauliflower…. Book here!
Food was suuuper! Jamon plate was amazing. Everything else was similarly good. Simply walking in without reservation and sitting at the bar was possible in July. Great and fast service, fun waiter. Will come again!
We shared drinks and some night fare around 8pm. Drinks were definitely on point and I didn’t think overly expensive. Our bar server was fantastic-lively, good attitude, attentive, and helpful. We’ll be back.
The Hotel location is excellent, nearby the historic centre and the beach! Bus station is close also.

Lovely hotel to stay in. Ideal location, very close to the town, beach and harbour. We had access to the Level which made the stay even better. My wife & I have visited this Hotel over the last 10 years on an annual basis. Most recently for the festival of San Juan. It remains one of our favourite hotels, with quality rooms, a great location for beach or city, but most importantly fantastic staff, especially those in the Level. A special mention to Silvia, Daniel, Rocio and Gloria who always go the extra mile to make guests feel very welcome

Nicely located in the old town just across the street from the beautiful food market. Rooms are good, but the lift is absolutely horrible (very slow and unresponsive). Decent continental breakfast, and no disturbances from traffic. Parking garage is a 7 min walk from the hotel, but not to much of an issue.
Great central location with cheap underground parking right outside. Small rooms with no tea or coffee facilities, not even complimentary water in the room. Expected more for the money paid but nevertheless it's reasonably comfortable place. I just think they could do more with subtle low cost touches
The hotel was fantastic. Location in the very center next to the main market and close to restaurants and bars. Across the street from the hotel is the bus stop for the C6 bus that goes to the airport. The staff is very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. Thank you for the coffee in the room.
Practical hotel in a central location. Many restaurants and coffeeshops nearby, Postiguet beach within a 12 min walk. Stayed in a family room which was pretty small, but had many storage options. Decent hotel, great location and spacious rooms (by European standards). I loved that the room had lotion, conditioner and an empty mini fridge! The only downside was the bizarre rule about coffee. There is no coffee maker or even instant coffee in the room. They have a great little coffee machine in the lobby but they won’t let you use it until breakfast is over (10:30). This isn’t really acceptable...
Great for a City Break. It's right in the heart of Alicante city. The staff are really friendly and happy to help plan trips and provide good advice on possible places to go for food and the sights (based on your interests). A great experience of Alicante.
We stayed two nights! We really love it! Perfect location! Really wonderful and helpful staff! Big room, kingsize bed! Breakfast is amazing here! 6 stars would describe it better!
Nice big room. We stayed for 4 nights. The location is perfect to explore Alicante. Very close to the central market and the old town. Extremely comfortable bed, superking size too. Very nice friendly welcome from the receptionist who provided information on nearby restaurants as well as a street map.
The location was good, but the hotel itself wasn’t that good. On the instruction, we have to wait an hour for AC to work, we waited, but it never cooled down the temperature in our room. I was sweating, it was uncomfortable. So I couldn’t sleep well :/ . The Receptionist is not there most of the time, but if you dial, they respond
Stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel was great and location is 10 of 10, just minutes away from the beach and the marina + all the good restaurants around. Room was superclean and breakfast had everything you can wish for (except for pancakes) hehe. I would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely clean comfortable room. We did not use other facilities but they looked OK. Would well recommend paying the extra for a room with a view as the square and castle at night where well worth the extra €20 or so. The balcony was very small but is what it is.
The hotel is well located, clean and with comfortable amenities. I give a 4 star rating because of the fact that they advertise private parking which is actually a public parking some 10 minutes walk away. Moreover, they make you pay a deposit of 10 euro which you only get back upon returning the badge (same badge like the room card). The intention obviously is to get to keep the 10 euro from guests...
Very firm beds and expect to hear outside noise at night. Weak air conditioning. Spotlessly clean. There is a kettle in the room although no English breakfast tea. My room had a window in the bathroom facing the plaza, which is lit all night long. Not a problem in the room itself, since it has heavy curtains, but there is an opaque glass door between the bathroom and the room itself, so the light from the plaza was coming through, quite brightly.
