Wonderful hotel right in the heart of Alicante. We were met with a glass of cava, staff were very friendly and helpful. I booked for a massage for the next morning which was also wonderful. The rooftop bar is a must visit, hot in the day, but during sunset and the evening is wonderful. Rooms really spacious and comfortable. Id definitely recommend

Loved this hotel. The neutrals and white in the lobby are a pleasant departure from the business of the Esplanade and Main Street. It’s immediately quieter and cooler. The rooms were well appointed - though definitely over-indexed on pillows. The room had a little couch, Juliet balconies, desk and spacious though open concept bathrooms. 4.5 stars. We stayed in a room that you had to take the elevator up two floors, then take stairs up to our floor - a little odd and harder with 100lbs of suitcases to carry. But the service was very courteous and helpful. Room was spacious, but could have been a little better with the A/C. Great walkable location. All in all, I would stay here again - especially for the price.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, the staff were so helpful and friendly - everything was down to an excellent standard. The hotel is very luxurious and high quality and yet maintains such a relaxed and chilled out atmosphere. Location is perfect, central to the restaurants and old town and a mere stroll from the beach. Will definitely go again.

The hotel should seriously provide ear plugs. It is so noisy mainly in early hours when council spray wash the streets for over an hour every morning. Otherwise lovely Hotel but I need to get back home for a rest, which isn't what a holiday should be about

Contemporary and elegant hotel at the best possible location - overlooking one of main city squares and a stone's throw away from the beach. Helpful and flexible staff. Rather quiet at night despite some comments say otherwise. Not so much of the advertised "Miralta experience" at the lounge in the winter, will need to come back check that out again in the summer. This hotel has every thing you want for a good holiday. Good clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, pool, good food and drinks. Great location on the marina, and a good clean and maintained beach a short walk away. The airport bus stops a short walk down the marina and the whole of the city on your door step. City has travel links to let you explore the whole area you do not need a car.

My wife & I have visited this Hotel over the last 10 years on an annual basis. Most recently for the festival of San Juan. It remains one of our favourite hotels, with quality rooms, a great location for beach or city, but most importantly fantastic staff, especially those in the Level. Absolutely fantastic hotel! Literally punching way above it's weight!! The 'Level' is a five star experience and well worth the upgrade. Superb location, genuinely attentive and engaged staff. Even though we only live a half hour drive away we will be back to stay here regularly.

We loved our stay at AC Hotel Alicante. The staff was kind and gave good recommendations. We loved the rooftop pool and bar. It was a great place to hang out and meet people from other places. The pool and bar is only open until 8, it would be nice if it would stay open a little later.

Stayed for a night with friends before flying out the next day. It’s a decent walk to get to the center. It’s near the station, and they can call a taxi for you as well. I just wish they made the parking complimentary when you’re checking in. Parking has a tight space, so if you’re driving an SUV, I’d double check with them first.

Very friendly staff. We needed utensils for some food we had delivered and they were very accommodating. From check in to departure everyone was so kind. The housekeepers were also incredibly friendly. Walking distance to the waterfront and most of the sites in Alicante. Would stay here again.

The hotel is not in the center but very well connected. Te staff is very kind and the rooms were clean. They provide many amenities as well as a kettle, a clothes iron with board and hair dryer. There is a nice rooftop pool/terrace and a small fitness room with a jacuzzi and steam bath open from aprox. 7 to 22h.

Highly Recommend Our eighth stay at Cibeles Boutique Hotel, and it’s always great. We feel very comfortable, we enjoy the breakfast and menus selections. Helpful staff, great location, and a wonderful atmosphere. We’ll be back!

We had a lovely 3 night stay. Very nice room, the bed was comfy and a wonderful view of the sea. We couldn’t fault anything and would definitely stay at a Melia hotel again.

The price for the hotel is absolutely too high for this standard of hotel. The rooms have a minimalist finish, no carpets or rugs. There was a stench from the sewage in the bathroom, and every time we drained the water on the upper floors, the water in our toilet bowl would belch. At the pool, wine is served in glasses (no glasses?). Apart from the location, nothing is worth the price here.

We had a lovely big room overlooking the Marina. Amazing views! Bed was very comfortable,and slept really well. Great Rainshower with constant hot water. The only negative was the food in the restaurant,very disappointing. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.

Always use this hotel when doing a short break in our favourite Spanish secret Alicante. It's a short walk away from everything you need to visit, which means it retains it's spanishness but is a little bit calmer than other's. Love it!

My all recommendations for this hotel. Comfortable and cozy rooms, comfortable bed and I thought I sleep on the cloud. Breakfast is another wonderful story. Rich, tasty, delicious. Eurostars hotels will be definitely my first choice in every city if that group has hotel there.

Reception staff was very friendly. We had a double connecting room which was huge for our family. The two minus points are that some things in the bathroom are getting outdated (I actually had to fix the tap) and the sheets were a bit torn. Breakfast is great. They arranged the gluten free option well. It is easy to walk to the inner city and shopping areas from the hotel and the stops for the C6 bus...

Pretty good, breakfast and dinner is very good. I loved the decorations they look nice. Pool is awesome. There is 1 issue though, the room cleaner left our window open and when we came back there were alot of ants in the room.

The hotel had a nice pool but the water was a bit too cold. The staff is very friendly. There is a beach nearby but you still have to walk about 10-15 minutes to get there. 10-15 minutes away by walk there is a tram station and you can take line 4 or 5 to get to Alicante city. The hotel also has beautiful interiors. We had a very nice stay and would come again.

The hotel has been newly renovated with good service, and the buffet breakfast and dinner were very good. We had an à la carte lunch once, and it was an even better experience—I highly recommend trying it. We were disappointed that the double bed was actually two single beds that didn’t stay together. We stayed 2 nights and had a good time. The hotel is well located. The breakfast was excellent. The gym is useful, but difficult to use if there are more than 4 people. There is also a sauna available.

The room is in a good location, very convenient to the seaside avenue and the castle, within walking distance. Opposite is the vegetable market, where you can learn about local vegetable prices and food, and better integrate into the local environment. The hotel front desk can speak English, can provide kettles, and has an airport bus, 3-4 euros per person.

Hotel opposite the Mercado, close to the pedestrian area and many attractions of Alicante. Central location allows for convenient sightseeing during the day and night. Rooms clean and comfortable.

Although we went there off-peak season so not a lot of things were open in the hotel we still very much enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and well equipped. The buffet breakfast was tasy and plenty of food to choose from. It is located in a very quite neighbourhood but very close to everything. Only con is the size of the rooms. They lack places to hang clothing out of to keep a bottle... The breakfast is really good and so is the location. If you have a car you need to park at the port parking 25$ a night. Ahhh, my room has a transparent glass from the bathroom (all of it) to the bed, so you need to be prepared for this level of intimacy.

For sure it is not a 4 star hotel, more like a decent 3-star. First of all, the entrance looks kind of fancy and you have high expectations but the fact is that the rooms are small, even though the toilet is quite spacious. Met friends for lunch. The food was good but the service not. The poor waiter was rushed off his feet with little help from the manager. An English wedding party were very disappointed with the service as the level of English from the staff was non existent and the manager was very rude to them as I understand Spanish. Not good. We celebrated a professional event here, with a buffet lunch served at the Terraza Mirador, and it was fantastic! The staff is so nice and helpful they made the whole experience a success. The decoration and surroundings are idylic and the food was also great! I would highly recommend this place!

Lovely clean comfortable room. We did not use other facilities but they looked OK. Would well recommend paying the extra for a room with a view as the square and castle at night where well worth the extra €20 or so. The balcony was very small but is what it is.

The hotel is well located, clean and with comfortable amenities. I give a 4 star rating because of the fact that they advertise private parking which is actually a public parking some 10 minutes walk away. Moreover, they make you pay a deposit of 10 euro which you only get back upon returning the badge (same badge like the room card). The intention obviously is to get to keep the 10 euro from guests...

Chain hotels have their service standards. Nothing to complain about the room cleanliness and services. Location is indeed good. Literally a stone throw to the pier and airport bus station. BUT the room windows are not sound-proof so dont expect no noise before 1am each night.

Very firm beds and expect to hear outside noise at night. Weak air conditioning. Spotlessly clean. There is a kettle in the room although no English breakfast tea. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Also hand wash and hand/body cream. 24 hour front desk. Luggage storage service. Front desk will arrange airport taxis for those early flights. We didn't have breakfast here as there are plenty...

Not a 4 star hotel; I would say 3. However it was clean and comfortable, and in a very good location. I can't speak to the food, but the staff were friendly and helpful. Also without the AC on, the rooms are not as soundproof as you may hope. Overall, perhaps overpriced compared to it's competition.

Decent hotel, great location and spacious rooms (by European standards). I loved that the room had lotion, conditioner and an empty mini fridge! The only downside was the bizarre rule about coffee. There is no coffee maker or even instant coffee in the room. They have a great little coffee machine in the lobby but they won’t let you use it until breakfast is over (10:30). This isn’t really acceptable...

Great for a City Break. It's right in the heart of Alicante city. The staff are really friendly and happy to help plan trips and provide good advice on possible places to go for food and the sights (based on your interests). A great experience of Alicante.

It is a very good hotel for its price.

We found a good deal for a three bedroom apartment and were very happy with our stay. The proximity next to Alicante airport makes it very convenient. It is close to the airport but you don’t hear the planes! It is also close to Alicante if you want to visit the city. We stayed on two occasions and at first we enjoyed the pool area as it is excellent for small children. It is also not too busy or crowded...

Rooms nice …. Breakfast was always cold! Went to play golf …. 2 hours for 6 hole..pre- booked tee time was 12.20… told to come back at 13:00, no apologies. Called Marshall to try and speed up play , only to be told it it was busy… REALLY. Won’t be returning

Very good stay experience! If you don't pursue living by the sea, but care more about living comfort, quality and cost-effectiveness, especially for self-driving families with children, I highly recommend staying here. Although it is a few kilometers away from the city center, you can get a quieter environment and a larger room, free parking, a nice swimming pool and breakfast, and the guy at the front...

The breakfast staff were pleasant. I complained about the lack of vegetables for breakfast, and they stepped up their game the next day with a vegetable dish. Otherwise, the room is OK, and breakfast is quite OK for short stays but thends to be repeatable. The room cleaning service is not that good. We found our pajamas tossed over a bag, though we left them on the bed. And a pair of pants on the floor...

Hands down the most relaxing hotel you can book for Alicante! It is a 20-25min walk to the city center but the was is well lit and safe. You are close to the port and running trails. The gym, sauna, and jacuzzi is create for relaxing during the day when it’s too hot out. The safe is great and they accept luggage hold when you check out of the hotel.

I have been there over a month ago and I cannot forget the place. If I could put 10 stars for the food - I would. The mix of flavours is exquisite! They really elevate tapas. It was heavenly! Excellence defined… Food quality was some of the best we’ve had in all of Europe. Romantic yet sophisticated with fun vibe. Only regret is not being able to go again. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful city. We were lucky enough to get one of the waterfront rooms and the view is spectacular! With windows closed it was very quiet, if open the traffic circle was surprisingly busy and that was noisy. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and staff very friendly. Had a lovely stay at Casa Alberola for three nights. The room was lovely and had a modern/antique feel to it. The bed was also very comfy. The breakfast was great and had a wide spread/variety. The staff were on hand and went above and beyond for us. Will definitely be returning.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The shared areas were also very well-maintained and peaceful – perfect for relaxing. We love this hotel and Alicante. The hotel is in a great location, close to all amenities, beach, esplanade, bars and restaurants. It is our third trip here ,we requested a Marina view with an unobstructed view prior to arrival, this was provided. We couldn't fault the room and very clean. The breakfast is very good. We used the bar in the evenings and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Currently staying here and cannot fault the room. We are staying in the premier junior suite and it's just beautiful with a marina view. However I have one complaint! The staff in the restaurant and bar are just miserable and so unorganised. We never get asked if we want coffee, never mind if we want anything off the menu! and as for getting. Ice it's like asking for a pot of gold! I even got refused...
